Ordered first time a month ago and doner & chicken kebab was brilliant Tasty and big/long chunks well seasoned. Whole family loved it. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about today order. Meat shredded for small dry pieces... Nothing like the one before. Totally disappointed ☹️

I think they make most generous and fresh pizza in Lincoln. Also all staff are friendly

I have used this place regularly for the last year or two and it's consists good tasty food, It always looks clean and tidy

Tried chicken lovers pizza and it was really delicious. Just one suggestion to give bbq or tomato sauce with it.

Put the phone down on us when we said the wrong order was delivered. I have the ticket with what we ordered, still refusing an issue their end! Awful customer services ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely fantastic food, discovered them on a whim when trying to find alternatives to domino's and my god was I impressed. The value of the food is perfect and every order i have made has arrive faster then predicted. I also ran a society at the local university and started using them for pizza when we ran events everyone loves it. 10/10 the best pizza place and takeaway I have ever eaten from.

Delivery took 2hrs 30mins from order time. Apparently their website was crashing, we rang after waiting an hour and a half to be told the driver was on the way. Half an hour later we rang again and been told the website was having issues and the food hadn't even been made. Took another half hour to be delivered, apart from that the pizza was amazing and the chips. Just the timing of how long it took was a bit silly. Never usually had an issue before with this place so hope it improves.

ignore every negative review on here. kings (& possibly queens) at pizza planet always deliver delicious food, super hot; and they always adhere to the order instructions. i’ve never been disappointed by them yet.

100% Recommend this takeaway! I've ordered from here twice and both times it's been amazing. Food was very hot on arrival. Looked at the note aswell asking them to add or remove something which they did. Decent prices aswell. Cost us £14 for Curly Fries, Burger, Chips and 2 cans of pop! Quick delivery aswell. Cannot fault this takeaway at all

it was not worth ordering from them, you are wasting your money, my order was delayed an hour and when I received the order it was cold and disgusting. If possible I would give 0 stars for delivery and food. AVOID !!!!!!

avoid ordering food from them as much as possible, and if you still choose to order and you have a 20-minute waiting time, you can rest assured that you will receive your order in 1 hour, and if it is not enough, you will receive cold food and spread across the box. 0 stars for delivery!!!! 0 stars for the food!!!!

Just ordered two kids meals one wrap and a chicken Donner clean and tasty food fast delivery first time using pizza planet I recommend and will be using as my new takeaway 10/10 thanks guys top job

Order pizza from here all the time! And always on point never had any problems. So sad to see on the reviews that some people experience it. The food is always really good. Order pizza only from this place. Definitely recommend it.

Order here the other nite received completely wrong order paid cash at door, rung up to tell them got promised would redeliver in 15 no one turned up! I have tried ringing and even emailing multiple times since but no reply. I would like a full refund please. This is what we got but it isn't what I order. It got wasted as not even anything me my family would eat , not even enough either. Paid over £16 for my order 😡😡

the best takeaway in lincoln in my opinion. the food is consistently perfect, early when delivered, warm and tasty. always blow my expectations out of the park, if i could give more stars i would!

it was 45mins late yes I get traffic but after several phone calls which they wasn't even bothered...no apology and it was cold..sorry not ordering again..shame because the food could of been nice

On a Sunday night you wouldn’t expect to be waiting an hour and a half for one pizza and a portion of chips. Ordered at 11:30, didn’t receive until 1am. Had to make several phone calls, each time we were told the driver was on his way. He wasn’t. No apology, just seemed keen to hang up on us. When the food finally arrived it was average at best. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It's OK. Some staff don't seem to care about your food you're purchasing, example being ordered a burger for my partner (I'm a pizza kinda guy) and they're using the food tongs to stab and peirce the burger wanting it cooked faster presumably. Problem is this only means what you're being served resembles a partially chewed burger falling to pieces and very dry because any fat that was in the burger had seeped out after they'd poked, prodded and stabbed the burger so much with the tongs. A little care goes a long way. Pizzas are nice and a little more care and attention is given to them so for that reason only they get 3 stars instead of 1.

Great pizza, great sides, and great service. Tried this place whilst visiting from London and wasn't disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately,after years of great pizza something has gone wrong. The way they make the pizza’s has changed. they used to be thick, cheesy and generous with toppings now they are like every other kabab house in Lincoln. Don’t know what’s happened guys but it’s terrible.

Have ordered multiple times with friends, this time tried ordering to our house. They said they had delivered the order however they hadn’t. The driver admitted delivering to the wrong address as we asked what photo he had taken which was the incorrect address. They then blamed me and refused to send out another order or refund.

As a loyal customer, ordered today and extremely disappointed. The chips supposedly a large were the same size as a small. Not only were they small, there were 2 hairs in them. Taking this a sign and will not be ordering from them again, have had too many negative experiences with them recently. Such a shame to have to write this but they were what I considered the best takeaway in Lincoln.

Amazing food always. Cheap but amazing quality.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab on line for collection. Pizzas seemed decent on cheese and toppings, not impressive, but ok. Tomato sauce on base almost non existant. Topping comes nowhere near edge! Huge crust. Kebab meat was tasty, had doner and kofte. Quantity not so impressive and almost no salad. The whole takeaway gave the impression that they can do good food, but are going to give as little as they can get away with for the money. There are more generous places with equal quality and price. Shame.

Most rude obnoxious service I have ever received. Order was wrong, I was called a liar, I was informed I’m not English! Food was wrong 2nd time around and cold! No refund! Food not edible as was so cold. No customer service skills whatsoever! Never using pizza planet of 130 high street again.

Paid £10.40 for a "half pound" cheese burger (turned up as a quarter pound) and small slice of cheesecake. Took about 50 minutes to arrive. Ordered on the online menu, was overcharged for lukewarm food. (9 months ago) **New Review** Ordered a margherita, vegetarian pizza, chicken burger, beef burger and onion rings. Both pizzas were nice, the vegetarian had a very nice amount of toppings and cheese although heavy handed on the mushroom. The beef burger was tasty, unfortunately the chicken burger was not, at all. They also do not offer the option of onion rings or burgers without chips which ends up with you spending a bit more and maybe wasting food as it is a lot of chips. Asked for free diet drink and recieved it! Very happy will give new review of *** 3 stars and even an extra half for quick delivery. (17th July)

Best quality food in Lincoln/North Hykeham

Best pizza in Lincoln - beware of reviews that talk about delivery. I work on the Just Eat network and while many restaurants have me waiting around for ages after I get there, before the order is ready, these guys always have it ready to go within 5 mins of me arriving and it smells so good I wish I could eat it myself lol Couriers are self-employed, and many rely on the work for their main income, so they give a good service, but some are 'casuals' who don't care about the customer (why should they? they don't have a boss to yell at them, nobody tips, and if people are unhappy the restaurant gets the flak), they only work a couple of hours a week, so they'll run 3 delivery apps at once to get more orders in that time, and make more money. But this has nothing to do with the restaurant which is trusting them to take the food straight to you after they pick it up, not go pick up and deliver other orders for Deliveroo, Uber etc while your food goes cold in the car. If the problem is with the food (other than it being cold) or the order being mixed up, call the restaurant. If it's with the delivery taking too long, especially if the food is cold when you get it, then complain to Just Eat because that's the courier's fault, and the restaurant has no say about it. If enough people complain to the right people, they'll kick those bad couriers off the network so they'll stop bringing you cold food and giving the rest of us a bad name.

Terrible service, website under change phone number just says coming soon. There was no knock at the door, after half hour I rang them and they said they tried to ring but it was an old number, when it eventually arrived, they turned up with 2 10" pizzas instead of the 16" pizza I ordered. I explained to him that this was not the same, beyond there being more crust to pizza ratio, doing the GCSE math to calculate the area of a circle, you only get 3/4 the amount of pizza! After all this hassle, he tried charging me £2 extra for delivery despite always having free delivery including on the website, highly do not recommend unless you order to collect.

Amazing chicken wraps. Really recommend. Prices are average. Chips could be better, they are really chewy and could be salted

Absolutely outstanding pizza and service. We travel over an hour to buy our pizza from here as it's so incredibly delicious. Nowhere in Lincoln or Nottingham can make fresh pizza like the staff here. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. -10 stars actually. We Just placed an order at work for some pizza, as we are doing a night shift. We have people with diet requirements (lactose). ItIt w quite a big order, and the person who rang up to place the order, asked if there were vegan options, and the person at pizza planet said "vegetarian?" To which the person placing the order said "no, vegan". The person at pizza planet then said they could do a vegan base for a pizza, with vegan cheese. They then rang up 5 minutes after placing the order, asking if it was vegetarian or vegan, to which we said "vegan". When it arrived the vegetarian pizza was covered in mozzarella cheese, there wasn't a single vegan pizza. When I rang up to ask which one was supposed to be vegan, they said 'no vegan, vegetarian' and I said 'why did you tell us it would be vegan then?' and he basically said that I was lying and that we never asked for vegan cheese. Awful service, and to be made out as a liar as well. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I am now without a lunch, on a night shift.

!!!!PLEASE READ!!!! Id heard good things about this place but after paying over £50 they brought the wrong pizzas (not even to the door, what the hell is the service charge even for? if not the service of delivering to the door) id try to calling them to complain about my order to which they said it was my fault for placing the wrong order, after about 10 minutes of trying to explain to them they had simply made a mistake the guy hung up on me. Very Rude and Obnoxious and after trying the less that mediocre food. i will never order from here again and i hope you read this before you buy!!!!!

Food was absolutely a waste of money chefs obvs carnt cook I had spent too days in hospital from violently throwing up and even when I spoke to them they were rood no remorse for what they put me through!

Not happy at all order pizzas and they arrived 2h later and i found a long hair in one of the pizzas so that went in a bin and they were greasy , cold and not tasty at all i can definitely say i won't order from them anymore

Run of the mill high st pizza shop, pizza's all taste the same, ok after 10 pints I suppose but 0 quality .

Always order from these, there food is fab. Great service whether you deliver or collect. Extremely happy tonight as ordered on just eat, they called me straight away to say there has been an accident so traffic is bad so may be a little longer. Good not cooked and was two hours late

Ordered the meal deal with 2 pizza's and 1 chips ane 2 cans of drink yet received 1 pizza and thing that i dont even know what it was, nore did it say cheesy chips but thats what i got, not good at all
