Went in today with family for a meal while on holiday and was seated straight away and service was also fast and can say we all enjoyed our meals

Welcoming staff with good service throughout . Great menu choices. Waitress very helpful and knowledgeable regarding menu . Food spot on and desserts were delicious

Here for steak Monday, me and Mum both like coming for a good rump steak. The service is always friendly, food is great, but steak night is the best.

Great atmosphere and the staff was really polite. Food was OK but could have been improved a lot. The photos on the menu was definitely more appetising than the meals

This place is just brilliant for an easy meal out. Great service every single time. The staff are so approachable and cannot do enough for you. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, the food is fresh and delicious. We go for every family meal and have had several fantastic Christmas Day meals there too. It’s like being with family!

Such a welcoming pub, the staff are great, do a fantastic job. The fish and chips were delicious. Two meals for £11.99. The wine was good quality and lovely and chilled. So many places serve you warm white wine for much a much higher price. Really couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Servers were so friendly and made us very welcome. We had the wrong food sent to us by accident (not a problem it happens) they were more than happy to sort it for us and fixed it quickly. The people who work here make the environment great!

Came here to enjoy the FA Cup quater final, the staff were extremely attentive. The beer was nice and cold. The chicken strips were fantastic. Honestly I've never had a more pleasant experience in any greene king pub, the staff in this pub need a medal, any time I come here, they make me feel like I'm part of the family.... they need to add a gem to that crown

Visited on Saturday 16th March for a quick drink. It wasn't particularly busy, however I was stood at the bar for at least 15mins being ignored, only 1 member of staff trying to serve mostly regular customers and ignoring others There were other members of staff wandering around behind the bar but not serving anyone This isn't the first time this has happened when I have visited but will definitely be the last as I will not be going again AVOID if you just want a couple of drinks

Had a lovely, chilled meal at the Crown and Arrows. I have only been to this pub a few times as I don’t live in Lincoln. I ordered a cheese burger meal using the buy one get one free deal. The waiter who brought the meal was very chatty and helpful. The presentation of the meal was good. Nice atmosphere too.

Absolutely lovely affordable food staff go above and beyond to fulfill their customers needs would definitely recommend to anyone visiting out of the area & within Lincoln

Took our grandad out for a meal and the food was spot on, Harvey helped us out so much with anything we needed and made us feel at home and relaxed :) will definitely be coming back again

The crown and arrows is a very very good place to visit all the staff are exceptional the food is top notch all the staff make you welcome it is a joy to visit greene king must be very proud of this establishment it is a must for anyone to visit I highly recommend this everyone deserves a medal see you soon crown and arrows

I have given a 5* review due to the exceptional customer service ( and the food was good too!) There was a slight mistake made with one of the orders but this was dealt with immediately and to my total satisfaction, in fact staff went above and beyond and their response was much appreciated! The food was lovely and served very quickly and piping hot and was excellent value. We will be back!

Upon arrival I witnessed another arrogant customer using really offensive language and complaining about the time it took to get the meal even though the pub was extremely busy towards staff. I think the Steven and Toby handled the situation very well and professionally. During the meal the staff was very helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very friendly towards myself and my young child. I wish customers would stop trying to get free meals and spoiling it for everyone else

Was in the area & had a notification on F/B about £5 specials so we decided to find a hungry horse & came across the crown….. well was greeted by a friendly member of staff & what a lovely clean & welcoming pub we wasn’t spending a fortune but wasn’t made to feel like a cheapskate so very relaxed & friendly I wish we had a pub like this by us as I be a regular customer the place was clean & the food was of very good quality Lincoln you are so very lucky keep up the good work a very enjoyable experience 😃

Great location for a family dinner. Amazing offers on many meals which meant we could eat whatever we wanted for an extremely reasonable price. Polly was the member of staff looking after us and she couldn’t do enough for us. She made a real effort to communicate with the children on our table and made sure that we all left more than happy.

Visited for the first time and were not disappointed, fantastic choice for gluten free. Service was great and our meals arrived within 15 minutes. I had the chicken parmigiana which was absolutely delicious. Will be returning every week to try everything from the menu. 🙂

Food was good from a price point of view. A nice 12oz rump steak and a veggie lasagne. Only negative for me was the lack of a toilet seat in the gents (easily resolved). Staff were polite and the service was quick.
