Some of the order was missing tonight and this isn’t the first time.

The food was stone cold, the wrong type of chicken was delivered, and there was no dip. Absolutely awful experience

Two of the meals asked for gravy but got sweetcorn instead…. Not a big issue but would have been nice if no gravy available a note on the order explaining this …. As this is not the first time this has happened

What is going on with the Lincoln KFC's.... Teal Park screwed my last order, now the High Street send wrong or missing items... There really isn't any excuse when spending £30+ on what is becoming a gamble, shocking management, quality control and simple attention to detail, although I suspect nobody really gives a hoot nowadays, us customers seem more of an inconvenience.......

the thing is that drivers having few or couple accouns on different apps. and waiting for few orders to be delivered at once. to different people.. and your food getting cold while driver waits for other people's orders...

Chips were half the size of the bag given. Missing 2 porions of chicken. Chips were rubbery. Did the driver eat half my meal on the way? Is that why half of it was missing? Not happy

Missing bottle of drink, wrong burger for kids meal, and hot wings were way over cooked

Food was cold, chicken was squashed pale, no coating, no special blend of herbs and spices. Beans were burnt and cold, fries seemed to be cooked more than once and cold. Absolutely terrible

Not receiving whole order and incorrect drink is disappointing. Also meant there was not enough food for everyone.

We got wrong order. There was different food than that what we ordered. Definitely not happy with it.

Person did not delivered food he was on wrong street I told him it but he anyways tag he delivered. English was terrible no communication

Very awful customer service, cold and dry burger served to eat with no mayonnaise, paid for juice not until a toddler juice was served. So disgusting and oily fried chicken. First time experience but will obviously be the last, KFC on the high street so dry as hell. The old man will be crying in the grave rn.

Absolutely awful , there was food missing it was all freezing cold it taste awful two of the twister meal wraps only had one bit of chicken at the bottom and the rest was dry with nothing else in it half empty they sent fruit shoots for two adults I will never order from here again it cost £55 and it was the worst takeout I've ever had

Really disappointed. Fries cold soggy and tasted disgusting. Got 2 pieces of chicken both legs which had very little meat on them. Servers disinterested in customer service. Quiet yet bin full inside restaurant and used trays therefore piling up on top. Would not return here.

Everything on my order was perfect, tasted lovely and was hot enough to eat even after transport. A daft little favour I asked for (that I won’t repeat cos everyone will start asking for it! 😂) was also carried out much to my pleasure and it made a friend of mine smile so thank you so much. Ordered A mighty bucket for one meal via just eat with some extras added on. They sent the extras but not the bucket. How on Earth do you not notice there isn’t a bucket with a mighty bucket for one? Tried to call the restaurant over 80 times to get it sorted and no answer. Absolutely atrocious.

chicken overcooked and missing my bottle of coke

Missing hot wings, one corn on the cob in stead of 2 and all drumsticks no other check type

after waiting over half an hour over the delivery time chosen, it arrived by a man on a bicycle. the food was cold, not warm, just cold. I'm very unhappy, Friday night takeaway completely ruined.

We didn’t get our side (gravy) but everything else was good.

Delivery driver was absolutely lovely, he was polite, happy, friendly and got here in no time and came all the way up to my flat, which he did not have to do. Food was hot and well cooked and tasted yummy.

Although we had to warm up our food and a can was missing from the order, the food was good.

Spent £40 on a party bucket with 2 large gravys only for it to turn up with no gravy and coleslaw instead!! So i rang them for them to say they had run out and couldn't turn it off. Well I'm sorry but that's not good enough if i wanted coleslaw i would of ordered it wouldn't i. It's a joke really is
