KFC Lincoln - High Street in Lincoln

It's ok for a KFC, food is ok but not hot enough, service is slow and staff more bothered about talking to their friends than the customer.

Ordered from here plenty of times and the food never disappoints! Service however is 4 stars since they forgot my other gravy but replaced it with beans instead? Not sure what happened there but once again kfc didn’t disappoint! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

6 piece, all drumsticks and they were cold and slimy.

Didn’t get the right Zinger Burger Meal, so who’s checking the orders? Should it be the staff, then the delivery driver?

portion sizes are very small and you cannot order the large gravy from the menu which is double the size of regular and only 1pound extra so they are deliberately forcing consumers to purchase 2 small sides for the same quantity of a large and making us pay 3 pound more than one large side they will not offer it on the menu it is a deception and forcing customers to spend more to get less than they deserve.

Order wrong. I bag of chips, 5 beans and 2 large gravy but only 2 chicken. I ordered mash and 1 gravy and 2 chicken but okay thanks? Would have rather an even ratio of carbs to chicken .aletss give more chicken if in doubt guys! 🙏 Delivery was great service 👍

Food was cold, soggy, all thrown in together and only chicken legs. Rubbish - would not recommend especially given how much they are charging.

i’ve ordered from here twice. both times the food has been cold

The order was 1 hour and 30 minutes late and when it turned up it was stone cold, it’s like they cooked it at time of order and then it sat for 90 minutes waiting to be delivered, it was incredibly disappointing and not worth the £30 it cost us

Not the best. Filthy toilets, filthy seats, filthy tables. They obviously don't give a monkeys about cleanliness, hygiene or customers dining in.

It’s never came I need a refund

I ordered a party bucket meal on this restaurant on 6th of march and unfortunately, I found this red label on my food. This was extremely off putting to me and my family and friends as I lost my appetite immediately. I was disappointed because I expected a fresh and properly prepared meal for a well know restaurant chain . Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority, and this experience made me question the restaurant’s hygiene standards. I hope management takes this issue seriously to prevent future incidents. Based on this experience, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I hope they improve their quality control.

What’s happening with incorrect order

some of the food was cold, driver didn't have the food in a bag, just in his hands

Could not access drop off location at a military base with no UK ID. Spent ages talking about it and trying to find solution to app not allowing the delivery code to be entered as too far from drop off location. Food got cold. No solution for if someone else asks for delivery at location.

Missing all items given 4 chicken pieces for £25

One of the pineapple sticks was tiny which resulted in tears from one of the kids. Chips were cold as usual, bone in the mini fillet burger but the double down was bang on

Was freezing cold. Delivery time kept getting pushed back delivery driver had the bag open getting it out of car. Mash was replaced with beans.

This is twice now I have ordered cookies, I paid the £6.99 for 4 cookies and only got two. Not happy at all. Won’t be ordering ever again.

Delivery lady was lovely and polite. I am not sure how many stops there were before, or if it was sat at the restaurant for a while because the food was very cold. Barely warm.
