The best restaurants in New Mills West High Peak East Midlands

Our first visit on good Friday and we will certainly be back next time we are in new mills. Best fish and chips ever! There's a dining room attached next door, up and few steps. Our well behaved dog was welcomed inside to. Thanks Roger and team, thoroughly enjoyed 😃

Really fresh tast food, not greasy, nice salad too.

Lovely staff, well priced and cosy atmosphere - popped in for a quick cup of tea and a bite to eat and ended up taking a cookie home as a treat for later. Everything was served quickly, and was a good quality. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Lovely pub, great service, friendly staff and cool atmosphere make this pub nice choice for a drink.

Best Chinese in the area by far !

I've had a take away twice from here and the food is delicious very tasty good portions. Highly recommended .

I've been having pizzas from Papa Pan for around 25 years now, and they're still as good as ever!

We just came across this place when we were exploring Torrs Riverside park and Millennium walkway. Lovely ambience, Friendly vibe and Generous portion of Fabulous tasting food. Loved it and we will visit again soon when in the area.

Lovely attentive staff. Great views over the surrounding valley. However... the food was superb. The nicest we have had for years. Large portions to enjoy. Beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. They can do a smaller portion of certain dishes. I had Lamb Henry (shoulder) which was so tender with perfectly cooked vegetables. Eton Mess was on the dessert specials and was gorgeous. Strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberry pieces, meringue and cream. The best I have ever had. The other desserts were of the same standard. Congratulations to the staff who prepared our meal. It was superb.

Three of us went for lunch after hitting the charity shops in New Mills. We had to ask for the tables to be wiped down, but the staff did this quickly, no fuss. The food wasn’t quick to arrive but it was tasty when it did, and the americano coffee was decent too!

I would give no stars if I could. The food ordered wasn't what I ordered. Tried to contact but phone rings off straight way. Payed through just eat there no support either. Spent half hrs choosing starters two curry's and starter with sides yes was hungry. To be delivered, one curry chips and doc pepper drinks.

Order did not come togeather, had to wait nomialy 45 minutes until the rest of the order arrived and ended up eating on my own ... very dissapointed!

My chicken wrap hasnt even seen chicken, when I say I may aswell have given it to my daughter as she is a vegetarian it wouldn't be far off the truth. What a absolute joke shop

Forgot part of the order, driver said he would return with the missing item and never did. Phone always to be occupied so could not call them to chase up. Stay clear! Food was far below average anyhow.
