Very tasty Turkish cuisine! And a wonderful responsive staff. We took a kebab feast for two. The meat was very tasty and there was so much food that we had breakfast in the morning. We advise everyone!

Very nice kebab but did not receive the salad or the mint yoghurt I’d selected. This is the second time in recent orders salad and sauce have been missing from this outlet. Think I’ll give another place a chance… shame as the food is good.

Food wasn’t great the chicken wasn’t nice it was rubbery the donor meat was okay the chips were really greasy the ketchup on the burger tasted really cheap food did come on time and was warm

Worse kebab I have ever eaten. Overpriced for a small kebab you have to construct yourself! Chicken very unusual texture, no flavour whatsoever so much so I had to leave the 5pieces of chicken I had as I was worried about being ill. Definitely will not return or recommend.

Excellent mix Turkish kebab. The little side salad is actually pretty nice unlike some places. Combined with the mint yoghurt and some hot sauce it’s perfect. Delivered in good time and by friendly driver. Cheers

First day in the UK, visiting from Michigan. Craving a kebab and they nailed exactly what we wanted. Fresh ingredients, good portions and amazing taste. Delivery to our B&B was fast and friendly. Perfect. Great job!!

Collected the food, so no delivery issues. We were happy to construct our own kebabs because this keeps the salad fresh and stops the bread going soggy. Lamb was very tasty and well cooked, kofta was well spiced, chilli and yogurt sauces are recommended and portions were generous.

Spent a fair bit on the food. wen it come my wrap was wrong my burger tasted like I was mad to days ago chips was burnt just wasn’t very nice definitely gone down hill if you’re thinking of ordering from here, don’t bother save your money.

Had a takeaway from here it was ready in no time .I didn't enjoy the food i had mix kebab with chips the chips was nice but the kebab meat was to salty for me .

Best kebabs in New Mills lovely family !

Deconstructed kebab.... I expect to assemble furniture purchased from IKEA. I don't expect to assemble a kebab. The chicken was quite tasty. But the salad thrown in the polystyrene tray, underneath the chicken, as well as the naan (cough flatbread not a naan) looked so unappealing chucked on top of the tray to put together at home. Should come with a warning "some assembly required"

Really nice meal last week when others would not deliver, we will be ordering again tomorrow. Superb kebabs

Had chicken kabab and it was very nice to. I was a bit baffled with the 50 pence service charge. After all aren't thay offering us a service. ? And there's us having to make ours up once home.. 🤔

Bad tonight guys chips raw , meat swimming in grease

Ordered a kebab to be delivered, waited and it swiftly arrived, great!. All downhill from that point though. I'd ordered a naan bread upgrade, it came with some sort of flat bread which snapped when I tried to bend it. The salad went in the bin as it was less fresh than the out of date salad I'd just thrown out of my own fridge. The only positive I can say is that it arrived!

Foods good, services decent put double check what note your hand into them because they're not adverse to claiming a £20 as a £10 if they think you're too drunk to notice. Shame as its favourite of my son but I don't like being taken for a fool

Gone downhill recently. Chicken Shawarma is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Wrong sauces sent with order and garlic bread was very salty.

Three Amigos Pizza was far too salty. The pizzas were too salty in general.

I ordered a chicken kebab thinking this could not go wrong but in the first mouthful I had to spit out gristle. Total confusion behind the counter. I did not order garlic mayonnaise but when they said it was included I said I wanted it separately. I watched another man who had not taken my order squirt it all over so when offered the side pot of the same I pointed out it was all over my food. They pretended not to understand. I took what I got as I was hungry. Large portions but we are not going back. Not a single welcoming smile from any of them.

Missing items and loaded fries where discussing. Watered down sauce. Asked for a refund and refused. Avoid like the plague. Will not be ordering again

Never had a problem until last weekend waited nearly 2 hours for my order when I rang up to check was told it wasn't on this system then when rang back to say the money had been taken out was snapped at by the woman in the phone that my food was on its way like it was my fault the order wasn't on screen but 5min later the food was on its way and then the pizza was missing half the topoings. Sort your customer service out

I had an issue with an order on Just Eat. The owner contacted me and personally brought me a delicious replacement meal. I can not change my review on just eat, so I want to highlight on here what great customer service New Mills Kebab has. Thank you! I will definitely order from here again.

Chips undercooked ( horrible ) Hawaiian burger went on back and added scrappy pieces of pineapple instead of grilled one . Was ill next day

Their farmhouse kebabs are amazing. The lamb is great quality and fast delivery. I don't standardly like kebabs but I happily eat from these guys.

Shocking. So bad and service… poor. Last three times I’ve ordered they get it wrong. Cold meat. I ordered chips and had crusty over cooked curly fries in them (which I didn’t order) wrong sauces after clarifying twice which I wanted and paid £20 for two kebabs to throw in the bin. Disappointed is not the word will never order again. 👎🏻

Not a fan of the separated kebab and wrap but the chicken Donna was Tay-steee. Friendly staff. Decent portion of chips with the meal deal. Was ready in the blink of an eye too. 4.5 kebaps out of 5.

Was on my way from work, around 10.30 pm when I saw something that made me change Original ratings from 3 to 1 star. Young fella that works there was cleaning kebab Station with wire brush mounted into electric drill while another one not even meter apart was preparing meal. Sorry but things like that in 2021? Definitely not! Originally I have given them 5 stars but that's when it was under different management and name. Food review now my observations at the bottom. This is by far the most important st expensive hamburger i have had in New Mills. And I had them all. From everywhere in NM. And I thought - this better be good for that price. Don't get me wrong. There are expensive burgers with chips in NM. But hamburgers are usually about 1-2 less depends is it 1/4 or 1/2 Lb. I had high expectations towards this hamburger. And I will give it strong 4 out of 6. They still need to learn how to properly put everything together so its not all over the place when you try to have a bite. Salad is on plus here. Meat also was well cooked and cheese is.. Well same as in any other takeaway. Same, plain tasteless. If I would have any complaints I would say bun could be bit better. As award for the best bun so far I keep for Kashmir. Moving to chips I can say they taste different. Not in a bad way. They are well cooked, taste OK, they got good colour and they not chewy. It's just the fact I haven't had chips like that before. Thus my opinion that they are different. Like em though. And now I'm not so polite. As we are in covid times, below are my observations and it's up to you to say is it good or bad. Cash only, staff didn't wear face masks, and there was 5 of them in very small area. And two kids. I will leave it for you to decide is it yay or nay.

Kebabs are okay but the order was incorrect. They can’t make pizzas or understand what a thin crust is. Scarce on toppings, pizza base undercooked; supermarkets make better. Only went there as Kashmir was closed for a refurb. Fortunately they will be reopened soon so I would recommend going there and avoid here. Previous owners actually cared about what they were doing, these guys don’t.

Amazing guys and gorgeous food! I never eat kebabs but my sister does and wanted one on her visit to new Mills. We shared a Donna with salad and it was so so fresh! Loads per person so taking the left over to work tomorrow! Thank you guys x

Male teenage customers in the shop not wearing face masks, not challenged by staff. Pizza Margarita was tasteless, cheese like rubber. Nothing like the quality of Kaynak. Need to use better ingredients especially the cheese.

They don't get your order right and do stuff like miss off all your sauces. 2 out of 2 separate orders wrong. Bring back Kaynack.

Really gone downhill since change in ownership. Ordered for collection, given a 50 minute wait time. Arrived after 40mins and the food was ready, already stone cold and overcooked.

I'm a foodie and I love to dine out. Been to some top restaurants and had some great food, but the lamb kebab I had tonight was the best food I've consumed in ages. Can't remember the name but it has mushrooms, onions and peppers. Lush!

I was outside having a cigarette whilst waiting for my food,I seen a door open at the back with a person shouting and brushing a rat out the back door. Thankfully I had not paid for my food so I walked off and got a amazing curry from a passage to India!

I am the owner of this business. The one star reviews all received on the same day are from the one person who has been harassing me. This matter is in the hands of the police. They have been blocked from Just Eat and their IP address has been blocked from our website. I guess this is the only way they can try to harm us! I did not threaten anyone. In fact I was the one threatened and that is why the police are involved. They called our shop about 39 times in one day abusing us!!! These reviews will also be reported to the police! The police have warned this guy to stop or they will be prosecuted for malicious contact. This guy was even abusive to the police and hung up on them. This will not affect our business as our food, reputation and great customer service will win every time!

Owner called me after a complaint and threatened to kill me. You order a pizza that turns up cold and you make a complaint. Next day the owner calls you to say she will kill you. Lol what a shamble.

Wasn’t happy with my order as they delivered the wrong food. A women told me it isn’t their problem and hung up. Sorry but how is them delivering someone else’s order not their problem. Very rude and shocked by their response. Never ordering again.
