Delightz in High Peak

PLEASE AVOID!!! Appalling to say the least… chicken in the chicken burger was undercooked, pink and cold and the batter on it was soggy like it had been sat in their store all evening.. we ordered 9 doughnuts to which only 4 arrived on first delivery and were cold and greasy then we called up for the five missing doughnuts which had toppings of 2x crunchie, 1x Oreo, 1x Nutella and 1x bueno they came back 30 minutes later for there to be only 4 plain sugar doughnuts with no toppings what so ever, not what we had asked for and these were also cold and greasy, tried calling them 4/5 times and got no response baring in mind they were still open for a further 20 minutes before closing. I work in food industry but it’s baffled me how they have got everything so wrong after 2 attempts at trying to get it right. It wasn’t as if we ordered our food in busy hours either… shocking

I placed an order with these guys and I messed up with the address! I don't live in the country anyone and wanted to send my brother in law some cookie doughs for his birthday. As I messed up with the address's ( payment and delivery) they sent to the wrong house . But when I called to tell them if my mistake the guy that took the call sent them out the next day . Was always a great place when I lived in the area and stil a great place now .

AVOID - Used to be a really great place, ordered last night and wish we'd never bothered. Food came 40 minutes late, when it arrived it was actually shocking how bad it was - in the past, desserts were great from here, the state of them last night literally left everyone in the room looking shocked and confused - waffles that were advertised as having 'toppings' were sent with the tiniest amount possible (literally 2 pieces of banana and a teaspoon of syrup) I'm assuming the place has new ownership? Save yourself a total waste of cash, you'll be happier with Nutella on toast, AVOID.

I absolutely love this place wonder where they get the ice scream from its amazing and I always get my favourite forerro Roche 5 stars nothing ever wrong and the staff so polite

Donuts were quite greasy and far too much sugar on.. I wasn't expecting sugar on as well as the flavour. I.E. flake as it also has drizzled chocolate and the toffee/fudge also has drizzled toffee (no need at all for so much sugar or any)

Best place going! Amazing doughnuts! Brilliant milkshakes! So many varieties. Best for price aswell.

Delightz have started to make their own donuts and they’re incredible. They’re like fair ground donuts, hot, fluffy and fresh! There are many great toppings to choose from!!

Always loved the milkshakes from here! Come here for milkshakes all the time, the other week I bought a cookie dough from here and gosh it was luxurious! Top marks for you guys.

Shocking service and nothing but lies from them over the order told us they phoned then said they never then they said they couldn't find our house then said I forgot to leave my number 🐂

Disappointed having waited 2hrs only to have the order cancelled with no explanation. I called and was told they were too busy, maybe it's because it's so amazing but I'll never know now.

After being a customer of delightz since it first opened from différent addresses I have moved from I can honestly say I am shocked at the service tonight. It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered due to living away and I spoke to a lady on the phone who firstly agreed to deliver the £4 order with a delivery charge of a £1 because I am round the corner. To then be passed to a rude man (assuming to be the owner) who said “SHE” isn’t aware and that he won’t be making the delivery unless it’s £10 or more as he has so many orders already. It’s good to know they are doing so well for business but as far as customer service goes it’s disgusting. He rudely hung up the phone and it’s a shame that a nice guy I remember starting a new small business that was quiet at first has clearly got too big for his boots to even be respectful over the phone.

Not bieng funny i ordered 2 cookie doh and a milkshake and it hasnt arrived yet and i ordered it over an hour ago. I could have walked down there and collected it nyself quicker and i have to pay and extra quid for it.... typical. The cow isnt bieng milked now for the milkshake is it????

Only used this place to post a parcel much cheaper then the post office but the milkshake part was very busy so I can only assume that the milkshakes are good

I Went in the other day to a guy behind the counter playing a video game, he made my little girl a blueberry ice-cream cone at £1.30 not even looking what he was doing, his eyes were to glued to the tele. When my daughter came away carrying her ice-cream it dropped off the cornet onto the floor in the shop so I told him and he then charged me £1.30 for another even though he hadn't put it on the cone properly the first time. I wasn't going to leave a review then until today. I went in and yet again he was on his game. His attitude towards his customers is disgusting. To fixed to his game needs to grow up a bit and learn how to greet his customers spending money. Not the game he should be worried about losing its his customers

I travelled from Manchester to try this place as i had read good reviews, to turn up and and to find that it looked like one of the backshops in cheetham alleyway. The staff looked miserable, it didn't look the cleanest to say. I will say the cookie was alright, but the waffle looked like they was rationing the chocolate sauce, its not world war 2! So as for the shake my bf hasent stopped throwing up from it! Wont be visiting again!

Chicken , desserts and service are amazing and delivery within 3 miles after 5pm 7 days a week what more can you ask from a local dessert takeaway

The milkshakes from here have always been mega, now that they do chicken it just gets even better. You can get proper fat eating the chicken and even fatter on the milkshakes as a dessert. Definitely give KFC a run for their money if they could get the gravy recipe :-)

Love these shakes! It's the only thing we get from here and we love the selection of sweets or chocolates you can add for individual or mixture of. If you haven't already, you must try the cake shake 😁

The milkshakes here are made fresh using proper ingredients so you might have to wait a couple of minutes but it's worth it.

BEST PLACE I N THE WORLD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DELIVERY SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE PEOPLE ARE POLITE AND HAVE GOOD MANNERS. REALLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO AND TRY IT OUT.

The milkshakes are very nice and I highly recommend the wispa one however the delivery service was not good because we were sat waiting for the delivery for over an hour

Their delivery wasn't on and they ended the phone on us when we were talking

Ordered a couple times from here, if you're craving something sweet the this is definitely the place for you. Highly recommend the caramel Cookie Dough and the milkshakes are very tasty. Will be ordering from here again...and again....and again.
