First time ordering for delivery, excellent service with a friendly driver. Food was great, crispy chilli beef was crispy! Will be ordering again! Added the menu as I could see one online.

First time I've ordered here for delivery. They were super quick delivering to hayfield and the food was hot chips were a little salty but everything else was great. The driver was super and friendly

Always used China Red but after ordering Sweet snd Sour Speciao and Egg fried rice and only relieving egg fried rice and sweet and sour sauce then after phone to say they've got my order wrong and they don't have the decency to replace the order I won't be going back

Went to get my tea and I have to say, I'm impressed! The service was good and the worker that attended us were very polite and very patient as well. The food was great, and overall, the experience was good! I will be back soon!

Ordered salt and pepper chicken wings , sweet and sour chicken and chips . Chicken wings like turkey legs squashed hardly any meat on them . Sweet and sour like water light red and strange smell and taste . First and last visit there

Is has to be the worst , the curry was cold and the mushrooms were raw

Friendly local. Always good food

This place has been up and down for a long time. Due to it being on my doorstep, I ordered £20 of food and got the worst food I've ever had quite honestly. I'm not a fussy eater or a complainer but this was almost uneatable and seemed like they'd just thrown last night's left overs in a wok and served it up. I'm sorry to be so blunt but each dish I opened was awful and barely edible. I would do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Unfortunately I have to leave a star as I can't leave any less.

Thought we would give China Red a second chance tonight after a bad meal last time . And I am sorry to say tonight's meal was worse than last time . Absolutely disgusting uneatable food . Singapore chow main was the worst I've ever tried as was the curry sauce . Total waste of money don't know how they stay in business

Good food wide variety and reasonably priced

We nearly avoided this place due to the reviews, glad we didn’t. Very tasty and prompt delivery. It goes to show people are only quick to leave a bad review. We will be back for more!

It's awful. Just awful. Trust me. Avoid at all costs. It tastes like everything they use hadn't been cleaned correctly. Vile place. You have been warned.

Delicious food and very reasonable prices

Food didn't taste too bad. Was OK, apart from the glass like stone that I crunched on while tucking into my rost pork fried rice! At first I thought part of a tooth had fallen out or something but on closer inspection of both my mouth and said alien substance, it definitely came from the rice dish! It looked like a chip of marble/stone/glass maybe? I have no idea! I wasn't going to leave a bad review, I was just going to never order from here again, I also thought about contacting the restaurant but to be honest, what kind of acceptable excuse/reason could they possibly give me as to how that bit of glass/rock ended up in my food? I dread to even think! Do with this review what you will! 🤢

Tragic. Staff can hardly speak English. Food is really bad 👎 give it a miss or you'll regret it. The chips are catering chips. Like what I imagine prison chips are like.. baffles me that they really have no intrest in making good food.

Easily the worst Take away I've had in my life. The sweet and sour sauce has zero sweetness, is a weird watery neon colour and tastes vile, smells like varnish. The chicken balls were undercooked pale white batter and full goo. Even the prawn crackers were stale. Not a single part.

It was beautiful typical English summer (it was pissing down) when i though - I'm gonna have Chinese today. Full COVID protection from members of the staff. Well shielded and everyone wears a mask. Even one of the cooks when he brought my order was wearing gloves. Nice touch and it shows how important it is to make every one safe. By the time i get there, as it took me about 15 minutes walk from where i live i said to my self it's better been worth it. Als got bottle of cheap wine to washed down taste in case if it isn't. And im glad to say wine was not needed. Let me say one thing about me self. I'm a fascist when it comes to salt and pepper chips. For me proportions of salt, pepper and other ingredients needs to be right. Or just about. As too much salt makes them hard to swallow and you need to drink a lot of fluids (beer) to ger rid of that awful taste. This though was just greatly balanced. Not too much salt, pepper was great and you could feel it just on the edge and green onions where nice touch to flavours. Love it! Here comes the squid... Well thats what she said. 🤣 Portion was just enough for one person. Squid isn't easy meat to eat as it's a bit chewie and if its not prepared right it can turn to rubber. Or bit like eating old leather shoe. Here it was made great, with meat cooked well. And ot wasn't just sauce with some vegetables and two chunks of meat. Here meat was in the first olace with veggies and then sauce. Veggies where nicely balanced with fresh garlic, spring onions, i think it was bamboo as well? Carrots and bit of leak. Sauce was mildly hot amd its hotness i would place around biryani or tika masala if compared to Indian curry. Works well with vegetable and squid on your table spoon. And bite of just rightly made salt and pepper chips. I could not but give them 5 stars. Food was made well, from the moment I've placed my order it didn't take more than 15-20 minutes... It was Saturday evening and phone rang all the time. So no complaints here. I did really enjoy it. Next time i will try something else and definitely taking chips. If you're not sure what you want, no 145 on the menu is something worth trying.

Seen some bad reviews of the food here, which is a shame. The food was good for us and the staff were attentive. The pork in Szechuan sauce was particularly appetising, and number three son was chuffed with the amount of prawn crackers..

Yet again the food was lovely and delivered on time (even in terrible weather!) Would recommend this takeaway every time!

Ordered twice from here first time wasn't well afterwards but put it down to bugs going around but ordered last night and again woke up being sick and just not well, me and my partner, but I'm pregnant aswel so not happy at all DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

OK chinese, foods OK, cash only though

Told me it was going to be 45 mins. After an hour and 15 mins, I phoned up to ask where it was and they said it would be there in a few minutes but didn't know where the driver was. It ended up coming after about 45 minutes late. The food was nothing special either and as I was starving you'd think I was able to eat anything. My partners special chop suey tasted like sweet and sour and my crispy shredded beef was already shredded so I didn't know how much I had. Also the soup was very bland. Also there was no discount for it being late. But the crispy noodles were brilliant.

We have ordered from here a fair few times and its always good and they have a 5star food rating

The BEST salt and pepper ribs we have ever eaten! Also the salt and pepper prawns are amazing, everytime I'm in new mills I make a point to stop and get some.

Food ordered and delivered in 15mins. (I live 7-10mins away) Threw it in the bin and reported them tho environmental health. Wasn’t even cooked! No way I was eating it! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.

Excellent Chinese take away and the owners are fabulous.

Our usual is closed so been using other takeaways. We were not impressed. The chicken curry was not tasty at all, I only ate mine because I was starving so I didn't get a chance to taste it, my hubby barely touched his. The barbeque ribs were drowning in red sauce which was tasteless and the ribs didn't taste fresh. Our son had beef in ok sauce which he always has and he only managed half of it. Never again.

Great food best around high peak area

Excellent food. Very tasty and reasonable price. The bad reviewers are either lying or have no taste buds. Highly recommended. However, just be careful when ordering vegetarian because they can make mistakes but they will replace it immediately.

Rubbish food ordered a Korma and ended up with sweet sour cat very poor

If I could give it lower start I would the food was bland sat and pepper everything was not salt and pepper everything was dry and hard I waited for 1 hour and 20 mins for this rubbish worst take out ever!! Do not advise!!

This meal was really impressive, I had driven past this place for years and not tried it but we did tonight for Mother's Day and it was really good - food delicious, well presented and even the crispy duck had been pre chopped which saved me doing it, we will now make it our Chinese take away of choice!

Food always very freshly cooked, Good service. Never been disappointed in past 18 months of using this place regularly.

Fantastic takeaway. I had amazing jumbo sausage and chips.
