Krunchy Fried Chicken in High Peak

Took a very long time to arrive but can be forgiven if they are popular, food was hot and fresh on arrival with some extras presumably to apologise for the wait which was nice of the staff. A decent example of the franchise, our go to fried chicken shop

I only ever get hot wings, but my god are they delish 😋 Excellent customer service, we always have a good chat whilst I'm there 👍🏽

experience was great in the shop, absolutely adore the peri peri salt on the chips!!! this place puts kfc to shame, atmosphere was great all the staff especially libby made me feel so welcomed 100% reccomend and i will be coming back!! (for that chicken)

Never had a delivery from them in under 2 hours.

I usually order but this time I went in with my partner and one of the workers that was in a red top decided to try and look up my gf skirt

Served me raw chicken, didn’t want to help and told me that’s how it is. Deffo wouldn’t order

**AVOID*** Served me raw chicken and blamed it on the marinade - tried to sort it direct but wasn't interested and told me she won't send the driver to pick the order back up.

Absolutely disgusted with the food and service from this place our order on Saturday night was 40 mins late half of the order missing and what did arive was cold and un enable after being told on Saturday to call back when the manager was in for a refund, just called them only to be told they will not be offering a refund and told to never order from them again,what a shambles stick your refund n sort your attitude out

Great for a snack. Occasionally order to add to a meal cooked at home, works a treat!

Remember going here when it first opened and it was pretty good. About a year later I ordered online and it was chewy and not crispy at all. Thought it was probably just because it was sat in a bag for so long and it had gone a bit soft and nasty. Well I went back today to give it another go in the actual shop and it was agin, chewy and nasty and tasted weirdly fishy. The food had clearly been sat there for a long time in the heater… shame because I remembered it being really hood when it first opened.

3rd time we've ordered and it's been cancelled because they've closed early.. ( 30 mins earlier tonight) now got to wait 3 / 5 days to get money back... Won't be ordering again.. that's it now

Late, cold, dry and chicken peices smaller each time especially strips and hot rocks

We order from here regularly - the chicken burgers and cheesy chips with gravy are beautiful.

Ordered through Just Eat, delivery time was decent however the chicken was soaked in grease and far to soggy to eat, chips were cold , wrap was cold and hard and £5 drink was missing, after leaving a review a member of staff phone me on a personal phone number saying the boss asked her to contact me to find out the issue , she continued to persuade me to remove my review as “i’m the only one to leave a 3 star review tonight” with a rude attitude and kept emphasising how i’m in the only one to leave a low review and what can they do “right now” for me to remove the review, i never complain about food orders but when i spent the amount i did and had to bin it as it was not eatable, i was not impressed especially with contacting me to remove my review in a rude attitude…

Told me it would be ready for 9:10, they only just put the chips 5 minutes after o arrived despite there being 5 of them sat around. A woman was sat with her feet on the side where a girl then proceeded to pack my food 🤢 The chicken was cold and this morning both me and my partner have got extremely upset stomachs !!

Sadly food delivered was cold chicken was hard and gravy was also cold not enjoyed atlall

Ordered from there today for myself and my family, food was hot and fresh, taste was absolutely amazing!!! The 50% off scheme is brilliant. So much help and support for the local community during the school holidays. Staff are so friendly and they even give free ice cream inside the shop to the smaller children. Everything inside the shop runs smoothly and the staff communicate well together. We didn’t wait anymore than 10 minutes for our order. So impressed!!! Love this place

This is the third time I’ve ordered and once again missing food! Very abrupt when you ring back! At to wait 45min for missing food, and when it came it was still wrong! . no wonder there doing 20% and 50 % off food to get customers!!!

Came recommended to me i was a bit sceptical but I ordered on the app for collection so paid on card however was told in shop it’s cash only, was real chicken not processed we all enjoyed and will return I spotted a lady with a milk shake (I didn’t see on app they hidden with deserts) they on bogof lady before me didn’t want her free one so was kindly given mine for free not many places would do this… this was my first but not my last visit, the lady was so friendly . Thank you 😊

Shocking 50p for half a tub of sauce, overcooked chicken and a delivery driver that just drops the food at the door and goes. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Usually very good quick delivery but last order missing 2nd gravy ordered and other one looked gross all lumpy n dried edges like been left out for hours. What's happened as usually great food? Not first time they forgot extra gravy we ordered

Chicken on the bone is great, chicken Popcorn not so great.

Make sure you have plenty to drink as this is the driest chicken I have ever purchased. The chicken rocks I think they where called scrape all the way down your throat. I will never go here again. Fries good though.

Hard to get really good fried chicken anywhere nearby but this place is absolutely amazing. Quality and service spectacular, highly recommended if you love your chicken!
