Papa Pan Pizza in High Peak

Forgot part of the order, driver said he would return with the missing item and never did. Phone always to be occupied so could not call them to chase up. Stay clear! Food was below average anyhow.

Shame that the quality has drastically dropped off recently. Chicken on the pizza was dry and stringy, cheesy chips barely had any cheese on it, and overall just lukewarm. After 52 orders over the years I certainly won't be bothering again anytime soon.

We re from the North East and staying at Heyfield caravan site. I ordered online and they delivered within the hour no problem, order was spot on and absolutely delicious! Would definitely order from them again if we came back.

Well...they delivered quickly....FAR TO QUICKLY 🥴 We were staying at my brother's in new mills for one night and the kids wanted a treat. I won't go on but it was the worst pizza I've ever seen. Uncooked base, swimming in oil. I don't know how it tasted because my 9 year old, who eats anything, wouldn't touch it and so in the oil socked box it stayed. Garlic bread...just the same. Perhaps an off day? End of shift rush? The delivery guy very friendly. Message to owner....... seriously ITS PIZZA 🍕 it's not a 6 course Ritz meal. Have some pride in your product....this level of fail only gives Dominoes the edge. 😉

Used to be the best in New Mills, Im guessing its changed hands as you rarely see the old owner. Quality has dropped tremendously.

Still probably the best takeaway pizza around. I don't live nearby anymore but still get a delivery once in a while.

Pizza taste so nice and fresh but the chips tastes like there yesterdays coverd up leftovers with cheese! Absolutely horrible!

cons: -Greasiest pizza and garlic bread going, had to actually pat it dry. -cold (just about cooked) fries -Garlic bread is just frozen dough with minced garlic... Pros: Fanta saved the meal Pizza looked nice

Just got my pizza shocking not even cooked everything hard the mushrooms just sliced and put on after it was so called cooked i pressume, raw peppers raw onion raw raw raw its a joke

Had before was ok but last nights order of pizza was rank Soggy under cooked pizza was tasteless and seemed to be expensive for what we got Last time we ever go to papa pan

Great tasty pizza and chips and they deliver really quickly to Mellor.

After ordering deep an pizzas 14" for some time, we came to the opinion that deep pan only truly arrived at 11 inch. Could it be the raw dough is same size but stretched further for the bigger pizza??. After ordering 11 inch tonight and getting exactly as ordered, tonight's order arrived and it was amazing!!! Whoever cooked tonight. Please do it again. I won't hold my breath but would be lovely if this is the way forward.

Always good value before now, but prices have shot up nearly 25% since I last was in there, perhaps a sign of the times or are they just taking us for mugs? Qualification point for free sides has also moved up (no free fries with 2 pizzas) and I think quality has gone down. I think this is too much taken all together, next time I'll order from dominoes in Marple!

Tasty Pizza but unfortunately I will not be ordering again. I ordered a 14 inch Deep Pan pizza and found it was both a smaller size than usual and thin crust. Upon ringing the shop I was told I was wrong on both accounts, despite the pizza evidently not being deep pan (photo attached). I had measured the pizza just to be sure before I rang and it was under 13 inches at the widest part - I wouldn't have minded the mistake but the man who spoke to me was just rude, and didn't even offer me the money back I paid extra for the deep pan. They also do a free chips deal over £15 - every single time I've ordered they've also ignored the sauce request in the query section.

Good pizzas, thin and thick crust available, and not as greasy as a certain well known pizza co. Usually takes them up to 20 mins to cook.

Best pizza in New Mills no questions.

2 of us can't eat cheese so the option to create a non cheese pizza with a garlic bread base is great. Today my order wasn't quite right but a replacement was sent within 10 mins. This is our favourite pizza place for the food and customer service

Used this firm since they started. Never had a problem lovely food. Had a pizza takeaway last year and was totally different. Nice but not the same. Last delivery we had we booked through online system. Plus extras It was gorgeous. The chips weren't over cooked thin crisps, they were lovely. It is back as our fave pizza place again x the choice to have garlic cheese tomato bread on a deep base was fabulous x

Very unhygienic, guy was wearing one glove but using his other had to handle the ingredients for the calzone my friend ordered I asked for my money back but said he was using the hand with the glove on

I've used this takeaway plenty of times over the years & ive never had a problem with them about anything!!

Disgraceful customer service and they try overcharge you and say delivery is not free. Even tho it says free in a 3 mile radius. Food wasn't any better either.

My Mrs won't eat from anywhere else in New Mills

Disgusting Saw workers rubbing their hair and wiping their nose with bare hands then handling food. A very dirty looking rag was used to wipe down the sides.

This is the best place by far for pizzas.Really nice

Usually one of my favourite places but since the prices went up the quality has gone right down. I had colslaw that Had been sent even though it had turned , to the point where it tasted fizzy the calzones are far too expensive they are tiny and very thin with barely any filling inside. Its a shame really cos this used to be a lovely takeaway and have ordered from here for over 20 years dont think i will bother again

Cold pizza on deliver after 50 minutes

I like this place, always get a good burger and they also pre-salt their chips which should in my opinion be done!

No Food Hygiene! Handing money and food, stroking hair then patting down food. Using a rag to wipe down surfaces and using it to wipe utensils down. Avoid!

A tad dear but the pizzas are very nice and there is more choice than Kashmir
