Hannah and Rodja are Amazing at what they do!!! Lovely people, great atmosphere, great drinks, awesome service and friendly locals. The place is so welcoming, I will most certainly be going alot more

Love this little pub atmosphere is great. Friendly landlords go above and beyond. Pleasant and accomadating for children and dogs. Our local now. Highly recommend Darts pool theme evening open mic karaoke. Get down and see what's going on.

Fantastic venue so welcoming great new owners and people are so nice amazing live music acts and open mic nights always something going on here you should definitely visit this little gem tucked away in the heart of glossop

This is a very friendly pub, landlord and lady and their dog are great. Board games, game consoles, darts, pool are just some of the things to do here. There is also live music on most weekends, with the occasional themed night thrown in. Beer garden and a car park, so much available from this pub and lots of different drink choices available.

Welcoming, friendly, inclusive - probably one of the nicest experiences I have had in a pub! Hannah and Rodger make you feel like part of the family. The locals who attend are friendly! Had a great evening!

If could rate 10 u would 😍 This place is incredible such a warm welcome, landlord and landlady are phenomenal made me and my daughter feel so welcome, board games and kids allowed unti 8:30 it's a fantastic place the locals are friendly also fantastic experience looking forward to our next trip to Glossop already definitely worth a visit will not disappoint 😁

With the newest landlord and landlady, this place now has live music, open mic nights, new pink pool table cloth and a great new atmosphere.

Nice cosy friendly pub, staff a very friendly. They have an open fire, which is lit for those cold autumn / winter evenings to keep you warm & Cosy.

Not doing food yet but beers are great quality and selection. Really friendly welcoming pub with nice locals, family and dog friendly and lovely new landlady/landlord. Beer garden is really nice, good for local walkscost to the centre of town.

We felt very uncomfortable not welcome

I'm having a lovely unexpected afternoon here. The boys are playing pool and me and my friend are just chilling. Customers and staff all very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Ken and Helen were amazing hosts. Just dropped by for a pint. Ended up staying for hours. Ken even turned the pub into a karaoke/disco for us. Top night was had by all. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hospitality from Helen and Ken for our informal wedding reception in December 2023 (24 guests and 10 extra running friends who had a quick beer). Service was very friendly and efficient. We spent quite a bit on drinks but Helen kindly made sure we got the 3 beers for £8 deal even though our guests did not order 3 beers at a time if that makes sense. Given so many places try to rip you off on these occasions this was very refreshing. Thank you!

I came across the Prince of Wales, by happy accident. Great pub, excellent landlord and very interesting locals. When I am in the area, it will be first on my list.

A proper pub , Tetley ale ! Hmm A nice change , Not a local , Always feel relaxed, In fact ,I'm going to be staying in Glossop for 3 days in the summer , Looking forward to spending more time in this fine pub, A few pints & a meat & potato pie, SPLENDID

Cosy little pub with a friendly atmosphere.

Had a great time at the Jubilee garden party on Saturday . Well organised and brilliant atmosphere.The staff never stopped and never had to wait at the bar. We had a great time and the kids enjoyed it too. The staff and some others were in fancy dress which was fun and created a super afternoon. Bonus the kids got free ice cream and there was a bbq for a donation to a local charity . Will definately return

Clean n tidy n a good pint but just a tad depressing.

Great pub just off the main road has a lovely beer garden at the back with grass and patio area. Staff are friendly and helpful also a Carribbean restaurant runs seperately at the pub

Nice place we went on a Caribbean food night and the food was gorgeous friendly staff too

Cannot thank the landlord and lady of the pub for their hospitality and understanding. With a last minute group of 26 people, they made us feel extremely welcome and offered us many amenities to help us stay comfortable after a wet and windy hike. Extremely polite and courteous. They also pull a good pint at fair pricing. Would highly recommend.
