Papa Pan Pizza in High Peak

Forgot part of the order, driver said he would return with the missing item and never did. Phone always to be occupied so could not call them to chase up. Stay clear! Food was far below average anyhow.

My god what has happened to papa pan ? Used to be great here now on top of the ridiculous £9 delivery charge the food on the whole is disgusting. Ordered a garlic , cheese and mushroom bread which was good and a large doner which was disgusting the Nan bread wasn’t the usual just a floppy piece of what looked like pizza dough, the meat was cold and the onions were non existent. You need to sort this out papa pan would of given 0 stars if I could. Just very expensive inedible food now

I don’t often eat takeaway but when I do papa pan was always my go to almost melt in the mouth donner beautiful char grilled Nan bread and the best kebab chilli sauce anywhere. I ordered last night and OMG what an absolute pile of S**T the donner meat was about 1/2” thick , cold and chewy god only knows how old the onions were as they were as dry as a bone and as for the Nan bread ….. what Nan bread ? I rec Play my 2nd rate cold kebab in a tortilla wrap!! Why do this it’s just laziness tortilla wraps are for Mexican food not kebabs. The only thing consistent was the temperature of food delivered COLD! The chips were cold and soggy and not fried enough the onion rings …. You guessed it cold ! Come on papa pan at one time I would happily feed my friends from here now I wouldn’t feed my dog from here!

Always good value before now, but prices have shot up nearly 25% since I last was in there, perhaps a sign of the times or are they just taking us for mugs? Qualification point for free sides has also moved up (no free fries with 2 pizzas) and I think quality has gone down. I think this is too much taken all together, next time I'll order from dominoes in Marple!

Excellent burgers. Fast delivery. Reasonable amount for the price. Ordered on line from website. Would recommend.

Tasty Pizza but unfortunately I will not be ordering again. I ordered a 14 inch Deep Pan pizza and found it was both a smaller size then usual and thin crust. Upon ringing the shop I was told I was wrong on both accounts, despite the pizza evidently not being deep pan. I had measured the pizza just to be sure before I rang and it was under 13 inches at the widest part - I wouldn't have minded the mistake but the man who spoke to me was just rude, and didn't even offer me the money back I paid extra for the deep pan. They also do a free chips deal over £15 - every single time I've ordered they've also ignored the sauce request in the query section.

Pizzas fine but person taking telephone orders is completely ignorant and needs to work on his customer service skills

Didn't really enjoy this wouldn't recommend staff a but rude and food was stony and tastelessdont know what else to say it delivers but I was waiting for mine wasn't worth the wait but try it for yourselves could have been an off night

Previously gave a good review but tried to order via telephone and he misunderstood my order,this isn't the issue the sighing down the phone did it for me hung up and surprisingly went to La Fontana and had a very good takeaway.Will not be returning just taken my custom elsewhere what a pity have been using for a few years.

This place does pizza burger chips etc 90 per cent of the time good but occasionally a bit hit and miss but definitely better than La Fontana in Chapel en le Frith.
