First time to visit this restaurant the service was prompt and the food was ok I had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and the flavour was very weak over all it was a nice experience

The venue is called Sunny's now, has been for over a year, but this website hasn't updated anything. Find it on the map, ask for the restaurant down the steps, enjoy some damn good food. The review: This venue has both a takeaway above ground, and a restaurant slightly below, with two different but similar menus, featuring fish and chips, kebabs and Indian inspired recipes for stuffed naans and mixed grills. Family got the large cod, large haddock and the aforementioned mixed grill and they were all fantastic! The batter on the fish was crispy and full of flavour (hard to find a chippy these days that can live up to the chippies of yesteryear but this venue nailed it!) and the chips were perfect. The Indian mixed grill featured fish bites, chicken grilled in three different ways, all served on a bed of roasted onions, served with side salad and naan (I went with keema). The flavours were incredible, not too spicy but quite overwhelming, which is what I was hoping for and this venue delivered with gusto! The naan was excellent, the salad was a little out of place but I daresay other customers will get a lot of the additional crunch. It was so much food that we had to take half of it away with us in a takeaway box, which the manager arranged without a second's hesitation. The manage in question, Jamie (hopefully the right spelling, forgot to ask), was not only helpful but brilliantly enthusiastic and very accomodating to our order changing so many times and all the extras we asked for. Just for her professionalism alone, we would make the journey from Lincoln to Horncastle again, and we'll be recommending this place to all of our friends. Bill was nice and light for what we were served too, would have happily paid a tenner more, it was spotless and the atmosphere was spot on, music not too loud and lots of care and attention has gone into the decor. It's October half term and we were staying at Tattershall Lakes. It was so busy we couldn't get through by phone so we popped down and placed our order in person. Having seen they had a delivery to a caravan just along from us we asked if ours could be delivered at the same time (about an hour from ordering) They agreed, the food duly arrived and was delicious. Hot, big portions and even included some non-menu adjustments for our vegetarian daughters. Leftovers were eaten for breakfast before the 5 hour drive home!

We stopped here for lunch after a walk around Mablethorpe, we had a toastied sandwich each and they were lovely! Just enough to keep us going for a few hours, it was quality and not quantity. We had the pepperoni, mozzarella and onion with garlic butter each - very tasty! As we were stopping over, we were originally planning fish and chips but the chippy closed earlier than expected so ended up coming back here for tea, and so glad we did! We had the pollo rosso supreme pizza (12 inch) and spiedini chicken kebab (we each had a bit of each!) and they were both very tasty! Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for a quality take away or eat in.

Food was very good and the staff were very polite and friendly . The restaurant was very clean and price fair. We will return in the future.

Terrible chefs shouting and swearing not good environment definitely for kids. Waitresses just stood there staring. Food was bland, Cold and hard. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Went here for lunch today a lovely young lady with long dark hair and glasses served me. Got to say the food was lovely but the service was fantastic so polite and attentive even though she was serving alot of customers it didn't stop her making g sure everything was OK. Will definately be going back thank you

Can't begin to say how bad this pub was, miserable landlady and landlord and the worst food I have ever not eaten. I say not eaten as we didn't get through even a quarter of the plate of awful food we were offered. My husband said the beer was okay but please don't bother with the food it REALLY ISNT WORTH IT.

Food tastes fine but the containers are only half full and they don’t give free prawn crackers. Normally I go to Canton House where 2 dishes is enough for dinner and lunch the next day. 3 dishes from this place and it only did one meal.

My friends and I have lunch at the Millers Daughter most Thursdays .The food is lovely and such good value for money. We have just been for Christmas dinner which was great. The service is always fantastic . We have never been disappointed !

good food. nice size portions, not costing a lot. you can see that care is taken with the customers and then with the serving of the food. the staff are super. very attractive in there attire,manners gosh they have in leaps and bounds. so many smiles. GOSH AM I IN A CAFE OR AM I IN A DREAM WHERE I AM JUST GETTING PAMPERD AND SPOILED WITH SUCH LOVING ATTENTION .THIS PLACE IS PERFECT .

Cancelled order after waiting for 2 hours for a 45 min delivery, start of the season so just looking after holiday makers not the people who live here.

We went specifically to this venue for breakfast. We ordered different breakfasts and made some changes to one of them with the helpful counter staff. The tea in the tea pot was cold and we took it back for a replacement hot tea pot. The breakfast was brought to us by a member of staff who did not smile or speak. Having ordered extra well done bacon we were surprised to note that it certainly hadn't been even well done. The plates were cold and so was half of the breakfast, the rest of it cooling rapidly. The toast and prepacked butter were placed on the top of the breakfast and we had to use our fingers to try and get them off the top, even though there was nowhere to put them (have they never heard of side plates)? All in all, very poor. Customer care is clearly not a priority.
