Had a lovely meal once again at Tai Pan, simple surroundings but terrific food. Always a warm welcome from the owner who seems to appreciate your business....highly recommend.

We came in early, greeted nicely, great service when taking order, however..a bit into us being there a large party of about 8 or 9 which we overheard did not book came in which were all obviosuly drunk. This changed the atmosphere of the whole restaurant for the worst. They were yelling and swearing and we even overheard and saw one of the guys try get his “package” out, which was luckily stopped by the wives as there were children around. We assume they did it anyway in the toilets as the all walked in together. The server seemed visibly annoyed by these customers, however the lady who was the boss kept giving them more beers and encouraging their behaviour. Food was nice however the atmosphere ruined our night.

Our first visit to Tai Pan since we moved to the area a while ago. Can’t fault it in any way. The service was great, prices sensible and the food was, wow! It has to be one of the best Chinese meals out we have had and we are very very fussy! It was piping hot, obviously using fresh ingredients. My beef was just excellent and my other half’s chicken noodles was reported as being incredibly tasty and again piping hot. Thanks, we will definitely be back soon. Ten out of ten.

A fantastic experience, our first visit and definately going back. The lady owner is very friendly and so are the staff. The food is excellent and really good value.

Visited October 2020 impressed by their attention to Covid19. Took name phone number, had to scan in on arrival to track and trace, temperature taken then shown to a table, which had full length plastic screen dividers. All staff wore masks and gloves and were very attentive throughout. The starter was superb pork in lettuce, the best I had tasted in a long time. Main course didn’t disappoint either I had a mixed curry and my friend had sizzling beef, overall a very enjoyable experience, the price for two with drinks was £42 I would highly recommend visiting.

A pleasant visit. We obviously booked and were welcome very friendly. Our temperatures were checked at 1st, as a kind of Covid prevention and we were asked to clean our hands. Very much appreciated by us, as it could/will prevent contamination,So , we were shown to our table and handed over the menu as well as the wine list.We ordered a Sangria and a nice Red Wine, a St.Emilion.To start we ordered a few dishes, with and without meat.- Fried Seaweed- Vegetarian Spring Rolls- Sesame Prawn Toasts- Skewered Satay ChikckenThese all tasted very nice. I was kind of impressed the fried Sesame Toast were nor greasy in any way, clearly fried in clean, hot oil.Our mains were the following:- Fried Beancurd with Blackbean Sauce- Sizzling SteakSteak Beef with Black Pepper Sauce- Roast Duck with Plum Sauce- Fried Crispy Noodles with Vegetable Soft NoodlesWith these we had some Egg Fried Rice.During our mains we ordered another wine, a Bordeaux Supérieure.Everything tastes great, The beef strips in the pepper sauce were very nice. And I was impressed by the crusty duck.A treat, thank you.We appreciated the commitment of the staff, thank you.We will not hesitate to return.

Order takeaway as soon as reopened. It was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and will be returning. Loads of choice for a vegetarian.

Went on Sat night for hubbys birthday, plenty of social distancing and lots of cleaning going on. They were very busy but we were made to feel welcome and our table was ready for us. The service was quite slow but the food was excellent, very tasty, and there was lots of it which made up for it. The staff were very friendly and very efficient. They were very busy for takeaway and collections but manager was very calm and dealt with all of this. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to return soon.

Looking forward all week to Chineese takeaway but no delivery turned up this evening unlike last Saturday when we enjoyed tasty Indian takeaway from restaurant next door on Eastgate. Massive disappointment.

Thank you so much to Myra and her team for yet another superb meal.This time we brought our elderly mother and opted for the set meal for three. The food was cooked to perfection and served piping hot. Including drinks, the bill came to just over £20 per head and there was enough left over to feed two of us the following day so it was really good value for money.There was a real buzz about the place, which is proof of its popularity. Eat in or take away, the varied menu ensures all tastes are catered for. Needless to say, we will be back.

We sat in the resteraunt for a meal and have to say it was the best i've ever had! I'm not normally a fan of chinese food but this was amazing we both regreated not ordering more!

Firstly this is slightly dearer than other nearby Chinese Restaurants, but and its a big "but" its well worth paying the extra, as the food is really very good, no fat and no grease or water. We went with friends mid-week, very quiet, bit quite authentic Chinese atmosphere inside, with nice piped music. The waitress was very efficient, and helpful. Meals served quickly and were all hot and good. Overall a lovely meal, and no complaints. Drinks are a little dear too, but again, for a nice occasion and a guaranteed good meal, then I recommend the Tai Pan, and will come back again.

Visited for take out Chinese food whilst staying at Kenwick Woods. Was extremely offended by the server who judged us for being from Grimsby & suggested Grimsby people we were lower class, have no money & are most probably labour voters! Apparently Louth is only home to middle/upper class conservatives. She did apologise if she “offended”us. A little too late!

September 2019, a Saturday evening. Visited here with my family.We all ordered vegetarian dishes, and every starter and main course we're absolutely delicious, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Chinese meals we've had in a long time. Great, quick service and very pleasant staff. We're going to go back on a monthly basis :) :)

The food is excellent here. The staff are great. It gets very busy, so I would advise people to book a table, especially on Saturday evenings.

We have visited Tai Pan as a couple and with family and friends on 6 occasions and the food has been consistently excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for what you get. What more could you want?

The restaurant is found in a Victorian terrace house in Louth, Lincolnshire. Inside it is all chinese! The food is well prepared and tastes great. Service is prompt, friendly and professional. We didn't have to wait for any great time for our food or between courses. There is a good choice on the menu and a well stocked bar. Best of all you get good value for money!

What an authentic restaurant. The food was superb we had sizzling chicken satay, seaweed, crispy spring rolls and chicken sweet and sour Hong Kong style definitely be going back

Food absolutely excellent could not fault it. Personally because of the remote location that I live which is only 6minutes by car would like to have a delivery service am sure that would increase business

Well what can I say... the manageress Myra was very friendly when we walked through the door, showed us to our table and got our drink order very prompt. The waitresses were very polite and friendly, they kept an eye on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The waiter on the other hand was a little unnerving, reminded me of voldermort when his is on the station platform in harry Potter the half blood prince Anyway... the food was very delicious and well presented, big portions so we didnt need to order loads. Best Chinese in louth by far!!

Outside it looks like a house, but inside it is pure china. The food is good as is the service. I will certainly visit again next time I am in Louth

The imposing entrance to this restaurant is looking very tired and it could do with a facelift. Whilst this doesn't automatically affect the dining experience, on this occasion it unfortunately did.

I visited this restaurant last month and was disappointed after visiting previously before. On arrival at least 4 waitresses went to greet but none of them knew who which one was going to do it, felt a little awkward. Sat down to be given pawn crackers which had a huge black hair in. Staff did apologise and fetch new ones. The menus felt so greasy to touch. I felt there wasn’t much soft drink options. After taking our drinks order, they soon arrived all bar my dads bitter... 15 minutes later we had to ask, and they had forgotten. Didn’t have a problem with the starter. Disappointed with the awful frozen chips. 1 main came out, and sat for 10 minutes before the rest came out. After more or less finishing our food, but still picking.... 3 times we was asked by 3 different waitresses if we had all finished. By the 3rd waitress asking, I was fed up, and told her to take it away. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant. I felt the waitresses should look after their own tables, then this avoids confusion on who’s asked who what. I thought the food was tasteless, and very unorganised.

Ive been going to the Tia Pan since it first opened and its continued to be one of my favorite places to eat in louth. Over the years I've worked my way down the menu and the food has always beautifully cooked and well presented, Mira and her staff are lovely and always warm and welcoming and Alan is just the best chef of Chinese cuisine...

This was our first visit to Tai Pan as we were visiting the area. It is easy to miss as it is not in the centre of town and away from the other shops, so only noticed it on our last night.

My partner is a massive fan and was really looking forward to a particular dish which he ordered but and out incorrect. As he is to considerate we didnt complain at the time, until we ordered something else which was wrong again. Some of the food was excellent but didn't make up for the rest of it being dry and tasteless.

Had a takeaway from here, the first from Louth. Very disappointing, meagre and overpriced. The Chicken Chow mein, a very small portion, very dry consisting of noodles, 4 pieces of chicken and onion. Oiliness was the only lubrication.The only flavour - soy sauce. Will not return. Cold when opened at nearby home.

Booked a table of four on a Saturday night , we were taken to the table straightaway and drinks ordered and served within minutes . It was a full house only complaint was the table we were sat at received a Baltic blast every time the door was opened even though they had put screens up . Would have asked to move but the place was full just as well we were wrapped up for winter . The food as always was very good , the menu has something to please everyone . Even though it was a full house the service was excellent with everything coming out at a pleasant rate , can highly recommend

We, 9 people, visited Tai Pan to celebrate a birthday. A very nice place to visit, with a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly service. It was not too busy, but a pleasant number of guests.

Ordered take away this weekend. Sadly it was cold and really not convinced it was freshly cooked tbh. Been a few times as a customer eating inside and been ok. But will not be ordering a take away again or rushing back in a hurry.

Went for an evening meal. Love Chinese food. Staff very pleasant. Had the chicken curry which was really nice and the chicken was cooked. Dad had tried lemon chicken which he really liked. Was too full for a dessert though had a coffee which was smaller than normal but enough after the meal. Prices really good for what we had.

Another lovely family trip to this restaurant. Due to work we have not been for some time. But it was excellent. As always a good menu and excellent service. Very very child friendly

Entré y me gustó el aspecto de la vieja escuela y vistoso Restaurante de estilo chino. El lugar estaba limpio y acogedor. Una de las primeras preocupaciones era ver el propietario agitar los brazos y hablando esperando como algunos pueden instruir a su perro a realizar un truco. Algo que me cuesta ver. Menú era bastante bonito, con una buena variedad de platos. Yo opté por un nido lleno de fideos con mariscos y arroz frito. Llegó bien presentado. Estaba bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Todo lo que podría haber hecho con un poco más de salsa y menos de retrogusto grasienta. Todo era comestible, y ciertos aspectos de los mariscos eran muy bonitas. El personal era muy bueno y siempre sonreía. El propietario cuando viene a realmente parecía estar interesado en dar atención a aquellos que parecía que podía más bebida. Me preguntó si todo estaba bien y resultó incluso antes de que yo me respondió. Tamaño de la porción era abundante pero sin duda no ganaron con gusto. No regresemos.

Esta es nuestra 2ª visita a Tai Pan y tengo que decir que es uno de los mejores restaurantes chinos que he estado. Mi marido y yo tuvimos mariscos que fue cocinado a la perfección. El propietario es atento sin ser entrometido y el personal era muy cortés y amable. Recomiendo encarecidamente Tai Pan

A menudo nos visita el Tai Pan, pero después de haber visto algunas malas críticas en tripadvisor me pareció post esta vez una crítica. La comida es buena y sabrosa, el servicio es eficiente y amable, y no considero caro. Nunca hemos tenido una comida de pobres aquí, y continuará a visitar con regularidad!

Decoración y comida eran prácticamente del mismo nivel. No comer allí de nuevo. El servicio era bastante normal. Ojalá no hubiese molestado.

3 of us dined here. Half crispy duck to start - just how I expected it. Sizzling steak in onions dish, beef bird's nest dish, chicken noodles dish all excellent. Also had combination curry which was good but a little too spicy for me, but not for others. Overall an enjoyable meal. Service was very good with pleasant waitresses who knew what they were about. Will go again.

Visited here with family at the end of February.Food was really nice and the service was good with a friendly atmosphere. The one thing that I would say is that it felt overpriced. The lady who was serving us from previous reviews others had said I assumed was the owner. Didn't really give the right impression, she didn't look the part in the way she was dressed, very casual clothing and no effort made. I know some people will read this and think 'really ' but impressions are sometimes important. The other thing that I wasn't impressed with was the state of the toilets. As I said food was nice though.

Been there many times, undoubtedly the best Chinese restaurant for miles, the staff are very friendly, the choice of food is large, the food arrives speedily and is exceedingly good.

First and last time , after living in Louth for years always wondered what was up them steps . Went for a meal last night ( meal was probably the wrong choice of word ) , as soon as we were seated we were ask what we'd like to drink without being shown a list ! We finally got a wine list and menu ( very poorly printed) . Within 2 minutes we were then pounced on by the owner ( I assume) asking for our order ! , the look she gave when we said we weren't ready ! ....To be fair the starters were not too bad but boy they were salty!! ( I love salt but even for me it was too much ) On to the main event ! This is where you turn into a vegetarian, I found two very small bits of beef in my beef satay ( yes beef in the title but not in the dish ! ) yes , there was a mountain of veg but I want meat . You'd also be expecting something special about the special fried rice @£9 wouldn't you ? Bit like the beef satay with no beef , the special rice came without the special . Noodles crispy, very ! I'm sure there is a fine line between crispy fried and burnt , on this occasion that line was well and truly crossed. The waitress was called and we asked for them to be changed....... the Dictator , oops I mean owner comes over with the plate of burnt noodles stating there was nothing wrong with them ! They were black on the underside! She argued and lost , noodles replaced .Not even offered as desert menu ! Needless to say had to have a sandwich when I got home . Reading some of the other reviews I was wondering if I had been to the same restaurant.At least I know what's up the steps now , first time and last time .

If Chinese cuisine is for you, this is the best place in the area by far. We've never had a bad meal here and their extensive menu has something for even the pickiest of eaters. And if you fancy something that is not on their menu, as long as you let them know in advance they will prepare it for you. This time we went for the mixed hors d'oeuvres (a definite must from here as the ribs are to die for!) followed by the sizzling seafood with ginger and spring onion, steak Hong Kong style and sweet and sour chicken with rice. The food was, as usual, cooked to a high standard and served piping hot by very friendly staff. The bill, including drinks from the bar and coffee, came to under £50 for the two of us and we couldn't have eaten another thing!Thanks to everyone for another very enjoyable evening. We will certainly be back.

having not eaten chinese food for some time it was a pleasure to discover the quality and variety offered.Although our party of 6 all ordered the same mixed starter (Yuk Sung - ribs, chicken crackers, seaweed, prawn balls and a spring roll) there was plenty of alternatives.The main courses were all different and most of us tried the various dishes. I did not find one that was not enjoyable - which for me with chinese cuisine is a bit of a rarity. The wine was quite palatable and I would say that the value for money is quite good.

A group of 20 visited mid January to celebrate a friends birthday. The restaurant was able to seat all of us together which was good of them. Some of us ordered the set meal while others chose individual meals. considering the amount of food to prepare we didn't seem to be waiting long. The food arrived all together which was good so no one was left waiting. Food was good, tasty & plentiful & everyone seemed stuffed at the end. Prices seemed reasonable aswell. Staff were pleasant, efficient & polite. I would not hesitate in coming here again or recommending it to others

We were visiting the area for the first time. We were able to book a table for the same day (Friday). The service was speedy, in fact we were asked immediately what drink we would like without having seen a drinks/wine list (not normal for a restaurant, OK for a bar).The food menu was extensive but not overwhelming like some Chinese. There were some less common dishes like the seafood in a birds nest that we chose as one of our mains.We normally go for a set meal but in this instance the set menu for a couple was uninspiring. We therefore chose our courses, mixed starter (enormous), Peking duck (nice tender duck) then 2 mains with rice. All the courses were large and if we revisit we will regrettably have to drop a course as most of our rice and 1/2 of one main we took home, unable to finish. To be honest, one of the mains slightly let the meal down. We had Chinese pork which although tasty and as mentioned, a large portion, it was literally well cooked pork on shredded raw Chinese cabbage. Yes, it was as described but it was pretty dull! Also, the Yung Chow fried rice was a bit over oily, and pricy. No reason not to try it but chose wisely!

We went the other day as a table of 4, and i have to say the food and service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely go again.

Wow. We only had a takeaway but were seated after ordering, the lovely lady brought us prawn crackers for free. All 4 of us ordered separately and the lady couldn't do enough , all orders came with prawn crackers all named for our ease . Next time definately a sit down meal.

It Was a very busy night and we added an extra 4 people to the table and they fitted us in nicely, the food was very good, really enjoyed it and we will be definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks for a lovely night.

We ordered a take-away for 13 people and thought it was very good indeed. It was ready on time and provided in a good box. Pretty good value and very tasty.

Table booked four 7pm- arrived on time. Shown straight to our table, drinks,menus and ordered quickly efficiently and without drama. Food arrived fresh, and hot and fabulously tasting. This restaurant never fails to please .Can't wait for next trip.

Always a warm welcome. Staff helpful and remember customers from visit to visit. Food well prepared and presented but best of all a great experience to eat. A personal favourite choice is Steak Hong Kong and Crispy Duck but never had a bad meal there.the relaxed ambience of the restraunt is popular with customers and is obvious from the moment your cross the threshhold.

We picked up a takeaway from here and it was lovely. One of the best ones we have had and they were really flexible about the menu. This is a must go to.

Nice place inside and the food is good but very over priced. The high prices let the place down, and also the owner fusses around the diners all of the time. This is quite off putting and she should let the nice girls just get on with the serving. All in all an average place in my opinion, the food is slightly greasy as well.

First visit to Tai Pan and will certainly return. Food was lovely, highly recommend the crispy duck and the Szechuan beef with udon noodles, but everything was well cooked and flavoursome. The staff were great, very welcoming, polite and friendly. Definitely one to recommend.

Absolutely love this place. The food is always excellent, the staff are excellent, Mira is always so warm and welcoming and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a wonderfully evening. Recommending dishes and slightly changing dishes to suit your taste is no problem to them.In my opinion this is the very best restaurant locally and you wont get a better dining experience in Louth than in the Tai Pan.

Dropped in here on a whim. Really nice greeting and made to feel welcome. Went for a mixture if specials and tried and tested dishes. Finished stuffed and enjoyed every bit. One to add to our list of places to return to.

We went for a meal with friends, on a Thursday night it was surprisingly busy but still felt intimate. Our food order was taken swiftly, starters, main and coffee all arrived at just the right time, enough time to eat and enjoy and look forward to the next course. My husbands satay beef starter was amazing and melted in the mouth. I had the sizzling beef which was fabulous, whilst spicy hot it was full of flavour as opposed to hot for the sake of it. Every course was amazing, I can't wait to go back

We visited the Tai Pan after a break of around three years and had such a good time we couldn't understand why we'd left it so long. The food was fantastic, the staff very friendly and efficient and there was a buzz about the place that made for a very pleasant evening. We opted for a set meal and it was no trouble changing one of the main courses for another. It was without doubt the best Chinese meal we've had for a long time and we'll certainly be back for more. Thanks to all the staff for making our evening very special.

As always the food and service was amazing. The menu is packed with amazing authentic dishes which makes deciding on one difficult. The hot and sour soup is to die for and the spicy beef was so tasty.Highly recommened to anyone

Was astonished to see real Chinese food on the menu not pseudo Chinese for the British palate. Went 2 nights running for takeaway.Excellent, service good, food lovely, good value and nice venue to dine in.

Myra is the star of the show..great with our grandchildren (5 year old Oscar loves her)and recalls your favourite dishes makes excellent recommendations and is attentive but not too in your face..food is generally first rate and freshly made..good atmosphere..

I love the Tai Pan and always visit when in Louth. The staff are very pleasant and the food is excellent (The Duck Combo is to die for) Reasonable prices on both food and drinks. Can't fault it.

We visited Tai Pan after a long day sight seeing around south Lincolnshire.The restaurant was very quiet as it was early on a Wednesday night, and the waitress was very attentive.The surrounding are very clean and well considered, being in an old town house certainly surprise to find a feeling of oriental charm.The food was served fairly quickly and was very enjoyable, there was a good selection of various Asian and Chinese dishes, and the prices were very reasonable. Will visit again if in the areaThe steep steps were worth the climb with tired legs.

The lady that greeted us was less than friendly and looked like she had swallowed a wasp!! We felt slightly uncomfortable by her reaction. The service was quick but the restaurant was virtually empty. For the price paid we would expect the food to be freshly prepared, tasty and well presented, none of which were evident. We left the restaurant at approximately 10.30pm to have the door slammed, closed and locked behind us even though closing time is 11pm. Will not visit again and would not recommend!!

This must be my favourite oriental restaurant we have dined here on many occasions and never been disappointed, love the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and the duck and ginger simply superb, good service and fair prices not the cheapest, but the best never is.

I've been going here for many years and it doesnt change, always great food! I love that as a vegetarian they bend over backwards and will cook up almost anything on the menu without the meat or fish which is great. Fab place x

We always go early evening,we are met and served by a very polite and friendly lady.The food was excellent,we had different dishes so we could try them.Prawn crackers put on the table for us with our drinks order.The portion size of the dishes is very generous and the taste was superb.Overall a very enjoyable evening with great food well served.

The best crispy shredded duck anywhere! Quick and friendly service with amazing food. Start with a basket of complementary prawn crackers while you are waiting for your starters. I can recommend the chef special - steak with fresh mangos, with special fried rice!!

I made a large order for Saturday evening 10/10 for 17 people. The menu not as diverse as some restaurants but got to say the food was excellent. It was ready as discussed for 7:30 for me to collect. It was piping hot and tasted fantastic.Everyone ate as much as they could and still plenty left for a late night snack..The restaurant owner did me the 10% discount for collection and just a little bit more.Would return here if I was ever in the area again.

I have dined at the Tai Pan for years and in that time i became vegetarian. The owners are happy to tweek almost everything on the menu to make it Vegetarian and the food is as lovely as it ever was. Well worth a visit x

Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style is brilliant. Their vegetable spring rolls are delightful. The duck is their speciality. Service is always good. Take away service is offered and always on time. I visit twice a month and always enjoy.

Once again Tai Pan delivered a fantastic meal in a great setting. Food is fantastic and staff are great. I could not recommend this place more highly. You owe yourself a visit

Before posting any review I always read what others have said if only to make sure that I have not had a one off experience (good or bad) that contradicts the views of others. On this occasion I can only question the accuracy of some of the other reviews as what I experienced bore no relation to the reviews of others on this site. To start with the restaurant is not clean and the tables are sticky, with ‘bits’ stuck on the plates and the glasses and cutlery smeary. The staff, under the ever watchful eye of the owner are sloppy with food dropped onto the table rather than placed and there is no grace in their actions.Without going through our whole meal, the food itself was appalling and perhaps among the worst I have ever had. Why you would choose to cover rice in Soy Sauce (unless of course you wanted to hide something) is a mystery as is why all the food was greasy with as much slopped on the side of the presentation dish than on the centre.White wine should be served cold, a very basic requirement and if you can’t do it, then don’t serve it. We were questioned when we complained about the temperature of the wine and a couple of ice cubes were stuffed down the wine server and we had to ask again for some additional ice to add to the wine.All in all a thoroughly unpleasant experience and one that I will not be repeating. Just in case any reader thinks I was either having a bad day or indeed the restaurant was having an off moment, this was not my first time visiting the restaurant. It will however be my last and if anyone reading this review chooses to go and suffers the same complaints as me, sorry you have been warned!

This Chinese restaurant is always quite busy and the food never varies. It is always good and plentiful (we usually have to take some home for the next day!). The service is quick even when the restaurant is full and the staff are pleasant and happy to help at all times. The lady in charge is always keen to explain the contents of any dish, and answer any queries. All in all the best Chinese in town!

I live in a area without any decent Chinese restaurants so travelled 20 miles to visit this one and it was well worth it ,the food and service were excellent and will definetley will return

Visited a few times and always good food. Service is quick, food is tasty - standard Chinese Restaurant Fare. I'm tempted to say "Chinese Takeaway on a Plate" but I do mean that in a good way. Prices are reasonable. Chinese lady in charge keeps the staff on their toes to ensure quick efficient service - not sure staff would see it the same way though. Latest visit was early Saturday Evening and it was already busy.

Our third visit, again with different friends, though very pleased to say we got the same efficient service, food quality and atmosphere.Will rebook without hesitation.

Visited recently with friends.Table booked, quickly shown to our table , the atmosphere was warm, the food, the waitress service was very good, the price was great value too.Can't wait to re book.

The food her is excellent, we've had numerous take-aways and meals in the restaurant. The only downside is that it's quite over-priced at around £30 for a take-away for two, not including drinks.

Lovely food, great selection, large portions, fast and friendly service, beautiful dining area, not too expensive. What more could got ask?

Had a family meal, 16 of us in total. I personally did not think much of it. The salt and pepper prawns came drenched in oil and I could tell the temperature of the oil was too low. The squid was quite bland, and the duck lacked the correct flavoring, chicken cashew was OkThe portions of noodles were small. There were many other dishes tried by the others.My brother in law liked the halibut and prawns and it did look goodI think the others including myself thought well that's Lincolnshire.Service was not good waitress did not know what they were doing.The toilet does not fill fast enough so you are either forced to wait so as you can leave it clean or leave a surprise for the next person. Hmmm

Went mid week and there were a few tables occupied. The staff were very efficient, the meal was excellent and very good value for money. An amazing choice. The duck dishes in particular were amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
