Food was very good and the staff were very polite and friendly . The restaurant was very clean and price fair. We will return in the future.

Walked in to be met by a member of staff to be told that you can now only order food and drinks via the app. I said that I had no idea how to do it but the member of staff said it was easy which may be true if you understand computers which i do not. Luckily another customer explained how to use the app rather than the member of staff. As it happened I made a mistake and failed to order drinks. After I realised this I couldn't be bothered to order again. We ordered the buffet and the pizza was very good however the salad table was dirty and empty so also didn't bother with the salad. The pasta containers were also empty. Needless to say not an enjoyable visit. Because of the ordering system I will not be returning to any pizza huts anytime soon

Had a sit down meal - myself, husband and 2 girls. Fabulous service, manager couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic service. Food soooo tasty too. Thank you!

Decided to place an order on a Saturday for the first time over the phone.Wasn’t given a time when the meal would be ready to collect.From past experience they normally say 10 but I waited 30 minutes before I went to pick up my order.Arrived to collect my order and it wasn’t ready,was told by the member of staff I was told it would be a 30 minute wait (which I wasn’t),and as I asked for it to be well done it would take longer to cook.They also said they was busy as it’s a Saturday.With respect they was busier no busier than on a Tuesday when I normally order.I had to wait an extra 10 minutes and the staff member came across as rude as if I was causing a problem and didn’t apologise .I will be phoning up twice in the future before picking up my order.Once to order and the 2nd time to check it is ready to be collected.Take note if you order over the phone.

We stopped by pizza hut Skegness in the retail park to have a meal. The lady who attended to us said they had a table but we have to pay online. My phone battery was running low 5%. She spoke to us as if it was now Mandatory to pay online. I did not have the app for pizza hut. I had to download it. The guy who came to check on us told us to take our time and he would attend to us when we have paid. After going through the hassle of poor network inside and having to register on app. I was surprised to see the two other couples who got in there after us paying using their cards direct onto the machine. When I asked there was no proper reason we were given for being hand twisted to pay online.

There's poor mobile coverage at the location, so you have to mess around setting up the Wifi. The ordering website is fairly crap - awkward to navigate, hard to find things that you know are there (a great example of something that is poorly signposted is ordering a half and half combination), a lot slower than talking to a real person. When you want more drinks half way through a meal it's really annoying to have to go through all that again. You're asked to tip the staff *before* you've decided how good/attentive they are and whether they deserve a good tip. I would tip good staff much higher in person than I do because of this. Let me reiterate this - your good staff are getting less in tips than they deserve because your process is backwards. It takes too bloody long. It's really annoying to spend 5-10 minutes doing something on a phone that traditionally was a fun, (and faster) part of the social interactions of the meal. Your online ordering/payment system is the reason that I rarely go to Pizza Hut any more. You are losing 3-4 visits per year from me because of this. Make it optional rather than expected.

Good selection of food on the salad bar. Food arrived promptly and was piping hot. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Really friendly staff, great pizza, pasta and salad selection at the buffet now also on weekends which is a bonus. We always used to go to Raff for buffet but its gone downhill this year so tried pizza hut and all of us agreed pizza hut is our new favourite plus its cheaper.

Visited with the family and dog so needed to sit outside. Staff very accommodating and even bought water out for our dog. We found ordering on the app a bit confusing as we couldn’t work out the half and half but staff very helpful and came out to check we had managed it. It wasn’t very busy when we visited so didn’t have to wait long for the food which came out hot and great tasting.

Visited here before and was lovely so went again and was very disappointed. Firsty the online ordering is very confusing what happened to servers taking your order? I ordered and there was an error I told a member of staff immediately he said not to worry as he would correct it to what I wanted I was then told 5 minutes later by another member of staff they couldn't change it. We wasn't given any dishes for the salad bar and when I asked for our desserts we was told we had not ordered any when I persisted I had he then insisted I get the email up to prove it . We will not be returning

Me wife and 11 year old on a Friday evening. We had booked for 7pm but arrived 25 minutes early. The staff were very accommodating and seated us straight away. We ordered from our phone although we were given the option to order via the staff. A starter each an individual pizza each and bottomless soft drinks. Food came in good time and was obviously freshly prepared. Free salad was nice. Staff were attentive throughout without being intrusive. Bill just short of £50. Good vfm.

Had a family meal this evening. Although it was busy, staff were very accommodating and able to find us a table at short notice. Easy to use order at table system. Service was very fast and efficient and Liam was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Great food. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend

Visited the Skegness branch on 17/8 at approx. 19.30 - 21.00. All the staff were rushed off there feet. The chef who boxed/plated up orders. He was soooo busy but continued in a cheerful attitude. I asked the Manageress his name. She told me it was,Dion. He is a credit to your restaurant. How he kept up with the pace of work was unbelievable. A lifelike Inspector Gadget! As his colleagues were soooo busy he served our meal to us. Another customer was about to complain about the long wait for his meal, but Dion calmly and cheerfully explained that the customer's meal was really! My Grand-daughter told Dion that her Spaghetti Bolognese was the best! Please pass on our comments of Excellent Service, above and beyond excellence. Gillian Granville

Disappointed as we'd had a very long day & just wanted a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately we had forgotten it was a Friday night so the place was packed. Shown to our table after a few mins wait & then gave our order in for drinks. We checked out the salad bar which looked like a bomb had hit it, with food all over the bar & floor. Quite a few tubs were empty & we noticed no staff refiled or even cleaned it up during the couple of hours while we were seated, so 3 out of our party went without the salad. Surely if anything is self service where food is concerned, a staff member should keep an eye on it??? We than had about a 45 min wait for our food & I do accept the place was busy. My son ordered the ribs & when food appeared, he was told that they'd run out of onion rings that went with the ribs so they'd doubled up on the chips. That was a complete joke as was only a small handful of chips on his 'board' & I did query this with the waitress who shrugged & confirmed it was a double portion. The ribs looked like the ones you get in the chilled/ frozen section at the Supermarket for £5. Definitely not value for money at £13.99!Our pizzas were ok but why do they have to be served on those horrible boards??? They're not cooked on them & I don't think the boards are hygienic judging by the state of the rest of the place! This place seems popular with the locals, due to location & parking, but I think Pizza Huts are few & far between now and used to be so much better years ago. Avoid!

Staff were absolutely lovely but we ordered online and received no updates so food was cold upon collection and due to being on holiday we had no way of reheating. For the price I’d expect it to be kept warm until collected.

Well done pizza hut gave you another chance to night after my last visit, didn't think I would as I was ill for 2 weeks after. Tonight you managed a gluten free meal and I'm not ill whoop whoop service was good and for a gluten free pizza a little bit dry but that's when I know it is gluten free lol. Very nice to be able to eat with my family and come away without feeling poorly. Thankyou to the lovely young lady that served us both times.

I come to this Pizza Hut every 6-8 weeks with my friends. We always have the lunch time Buffet. I have also been with my son who always has a pizza and side off the main menu

Unfortunately what should have been a relaxing night after a quick bite out, turned to a nightmare as the meal that should have been gluten free was unfortunately fully loaded with gluten. Resulted in an extreme allergic reaction and a cocktail of drugs since to get sorted. Not what I'd expect from a chain like pizza hut. Disappointing. However staff at the time of the meal were lovely.

Excellent service as always, very friendly and polite, held the door for me while leaving. Cookie dough now comes as a takeaway complete with its own little tub of vanilla ice cream and spoon. A truly decadent pudding for a cold November Sunday.. Quick service also got served straight away. Would recommend

The service was efficient, the staff was helpful. They did not have the buffet as it was bank holiday, only main menu but as we were hungry, we went in anyway. Really well made pizza and yummy sides.

Always go as a family for the children's birthdays. Would not say its pricy as you can help yourself to unlimited salad and soft drinks. Always found the service to be pretty good......will return soon..

We went here before our long drive home and were shocked that there were people in the car park waiting for it to open at midday. We got there at 11.50 and we were the 5th car waiting. Some bigguns in there. They clearly over indulged far too frequently. What a bargain though, considering how much was eaten!Manager was lovely. I didn't catch her name but she was short, long dark hair and told us that when her children were little they used to come and only eat a slice. With this in mind, she kindly didn't charge us for our 16 month old daughter who only ate 1 slice of pizza and a breadstick.

Went here on Sunday night , we got sat down in a nice booth . The waitress came over and took our order for drinks and food . She brought us our salad bowels and glasses for our refills . But no bottles of bud which was ordered . Our pizzas came which was lovely . Still no bud and the soda machine was not working so the kids couldn't even get their drinks . We ate our pizzas and waited over half hour for a waitress to come over so we could get our bill , still no drinks ! My husband got up in the end and went and got a staff member he said to him oh I hear your not happy ?? So if you knew we wasn't happy why have you not been over to the table ?? They took the prices of the drinks off ( which we never got) we paid our bill and left . Shocking customer service !!! Really is a shame as the actual food was lovely . The servers are letting the chefs down !

Not normally my usual lunch venue.However, the charm of the young waitress and the all in one price menu persuaded us to visit whilst shopping for a fridge nearby. The pasta hot meal with herbs was really good.The salad was crisp and tasted good. The pizzas looked good but being on a diet unacceptable...sadly!The coke was there for as many glasses as needed, and the hot pasta meal tasted really good. Well done Pizza Hut.

Visited after a day in Skegness. It wasnt too busy and the food when it arrived was piping hot. Only seemed to be one member of staff out front but she was very pleasant All in all a good visit.

Visited as a birthday treat but were disappointed by the long wait for food. Daughters dessert of chocolate brownies had been overcooked (left too long in the microwave!) Although when we complained about this we weren't charged for the dessert. All in all a disappointing visit.

So the staff were quite ignorant and rude as we walked in but when we sat down we had Paige as our waitress and she was great made us all laugh and all the food was on time over all it was a lovely meal

Nice place but doesnt have everything on the menu as other pizza huts (ribs)which is apparently because it hasnt been refurbished the same as others and might not be, also its a bit out of the way but tbe pizza is still good and the staff are lovely.

Wonderful restaurant. A few miles out of Skegness but this is great because you have no problems with parking. Only downside is they do not deliver but you can order for collection

I was greeted upon entry which is always good. The waitress working there answered all my questions with a good attitude and smiling its a English girl with blonde hair and glasses. All of us are veggie And went for the buffet she came over to tell us that they maid some more pizzas for us which was very nice. The cheese and onion one was very good . Nice place would go again if iam in the area.. The other lad there was good aswell..

Visited today with my friend, sister and my two children. We were greeted upon arrival and shown to our table. Waited a good 20 minutes before being asked if we were ready to order. We were told she would bring our salad bowls over but no one did so we had to go and ask. We ordered milk shakes for the kids and they took another 20 minutes to be brought over. The pizzas were lovely and the kids really enjoyed their meals. I think £4.99 for a main, desert, drink and unlimited salad bowl is a great price. Our waitress came over once to ask if everything was OK. The kids had finished their meals so I asked if we could have bowls for their ice cream. She said of course and went off. She never came back. We could see her standing in the kitchen chatting and laughing with another member of staff and there were no staff in the restaurant at all for ages. There were only 6 other tables eating. We had to call into the kitchen for her to come out and give us the bowls. Our table wasn't cleared at all the whole time we were there. We asked for a box when she walked past and she said yes but again didn't return and went back to socialising with the other staff. We waited about 15 minutes and eventually had to go and ask for a box and the bill. I think that after spending over £50 I'm not happy at all with the service. Much too slow and an absent minded scatty waitress!

Called in at this Pizza Hut for the first time today, and I must say it's very good indeed. The staff are friendly, pizza's are lovely and perfectly cooked. Any left over they will happily box it up for you to take away.Free salad bar and go as many times as you want with a great choice. Great location just outside of the main hustle and bustle of Skeggy.We will be going again.

Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Pizza could have done with a bit more topping is my only criticism.

This is a lovely little place to meet up with friends or go out for a meal with family. The food is always cooked perfectly and arrives promptly. The takeaway service is very good too. I would recommend to anybody who wants to meet up with friends to grab a tasty pizza or Italian dish. If you want a quite meal out, or a child free night I would recommend going a little later. The food can be a little pricey but is delicious so definitely worth it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a delicious pizza.

Visited Pizza Hut last night, great welcome and good service. Salad bar was well topped up and had garlic bread starter with pizza for main. Service and food were good and it was only great value as we had an offer of 33% discount off the bill.Would visit again if we receive another voucher.

We were showed to our table by Riley, she was really enthusiastic about her job and the products and made our whole 'experience' enjoyable. The food was up to usual Pizza Hut standards, good quality and quick to be served.A great visit, will use this Pizza Hut again.

Only went because they started doing gluten free pizza bases at Pizza Hut and well the meal was average, service slow and to be honest a tad rude... Turns out they didn't bother using the gluten free stuff anyway my poor son was covered in a rash the next day, won't bother again I shall stick to cooking for him myself

We took our 6 year old grandson to this restaurant after a visit to the beach. We were met by a pleasant waitress who showed us to our table and advised someone would attend to take our order. 17 minutes later we were still waiting whilst the waiter chatted to his friends on an adjacent table. We lost patience and left. No-one asked if we were ok just watched us leave. We certainly wont be visiting this outlet again

Visited on a Saturday, early evening, to a lovely welcome even though we arrived 20 minutes before our booked time. There were 6 of us, all adults, we were placed around one of their circular tables that was nice as we could all see one another to chat but the seating is a little worn, and some of it is uncomfortable. Our server was very efficient and friendly, he took our order quickly and brought drinks/salad bowls etc straight away. Salad bar was great and constantly being refreshed. Everywhere was clean and tables cleared promptly as people left. Pizzas were brought out quickly and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Three of us enjoyed the lovely deserts, my daughter commented that the icecream used in her sundae wasn't cheap icecream either! Will definitely return, thankyou Pizza Hut and the team at Skegness for an enjoyable family meal out!

When you think Pizza Hut you expect to throw the diet out of the window - but they now have a choice of 3 healthier pizzas (one prawn/one chicken/one veggie) each under 500 calories. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered the chicken version but it was really tasty, a good size - and I didn't feel hard done by. Definitely recommend it.

come here quite often and normally the service is pretty good but this time the service was pretty poor hence the low rating, the food here is always good and never had a problem with it, only problem I had was just the lack of service we had.

Came as a table of 8 and where quickly shown to a table. The food came really quickly after we had ordered which was great and everyone enjoyed their pizzas. The new thin base is really good. Service was a little slow when we wanted to pay and didn't seem to smile much.

Went here for a family meal. Beautiful building, walked inside to a beautiful young lady who instantly made us feel welcome. As she took us to our table my daughter had her shy son in the arms and the young lady made him smile and got him some color books while we wait for food. The food was outstanding! I'm not a huge fan on pizza but this was beautiful. Puts all other pizza places to shame. Very happy customers and we will return

Took the family for a quick dinner before going into Skegness.Food was good, staff were polite. Serve your self drinks machine looked like a syrup bomb had gone off on it, but other than that the restaurant was clean.Didn't really make much fuss over the kids, plonked a colouring book on the table with some crayons which is not like a Pizza Hut!? Every one in the restaurant was kind of bunched up in one section of the restaurant which isn't bad when it's busy because it can't be helped but when it's empty it's a bit annoying sitting in closeproximity to strangers when you don't really have to, especially when they areturning their noses up at your kids being loud!!?

i had never been to a pizza hut until this one opened in Skegness so thought we would give it a try as they had some offers on... not impressed at all i would rather eat at a local takeaway, their pizzas are much better and cheaper

Admittedly we went prior to 5 p.m. mid week on a special deal for £7 each. Good side: was just one aspect: The young girl waitress on this Wednesday afternoon Sept 23rd. was very very good. professional, pleasant helpful, considerate, went the extra mile - so we gave a very good tip.Bad section (i.e. almost everything except service): Numerous out of control small children running around screaming constantly with ineffective control by parents. One could say not Pizza Hut's fault - but is it? If I had been a Manager there I would have asked them to leave as it ruined other diners' experience and would lose many many repeat visits. We will never go to that Pizza Hut ever again. The food was very basic but then it was only £7 so what should one expect I guess. My suggestion for prospective diners at Pizza Hut - Skegness - avoid times that kids might be there and realise that deals often will mean that you get a special limited menu and that even items on that will be pretty basic.

Service here is second to none, have never had any problem with the staff, they are all so friendly and lovely! The food is absolutely brilliant, the restaurant is clean and looks great after a revamp earlier in the year! Quick service and very reasonable prices - fantastic

Pizza Hut always do good pizza and this place is no exception - however it really is a pain having to come and collect our pizza when we want a quiet night in, or I get home from work and want to put my feet up (I can't drive so if my other half is away I have to go elsewhere). Domino's always used to deliver from about 20 mins away and now Papa John's do the same so our business tends to go to them more for that reason - so come on Pizza Hut get a delivery service at this store!

You really can't go wrong with these guys! We went as a family of 4 (2 young children under 5). We can all have a feast for under £30 which is excellent value for money.Good service, attentive staff, salad bar clean, tidy, well stocked at all times, drinks dispenser working, all food piping hot and not to tight on the toppings either! The kids destroyed the ice cream factory.Well done Pizza Hut for another good meal and one happily stuffed family!The only complaint this time is that the aircon had packed up, so the restaurant was rather warm to say the least!

Visited when busy with large family groups. The 2 young waitresses running the show worked hard to keep everyone happy. They were friendly, polite and worked hard. The food was a great example of the Pizza Hut brand. All piping hot, non greasy and a well stocked and clean salad bar. A good choice for a good value meal!

This was a lovely Saturday evening trip. We expected good food but were so impressed by the high quality and freshness of everything. The salad bar was regularly replenished with a good selection of foods and the nibbles / sprinkles were excellent. (We did all miss the cucumber, however.) Everyone's pizzas were beautifully cooked, of a good size and the drinks were tasty. The youngest member of our party (just 3 years old) was well looked after by staff and made to feel welcome with his own colouring set. All staff were courteous and couldn't do enough to help.

Just got back from pizza hut and just felt compelled to write a review, I have to say every time we have visited pizza hut the service has been very very good and the food is always fresh, hot and tasty. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern with a good layout! Tonight's visit has exceeded, seated immediately food and drink order taken promptly and food arrived very fast. Nice assortment at the salad bar which was nice and clean aswell. Special mention has to go to the young waitress that served us I believe her name was kirsten what a credit she is. Pleasant, friendly, talkative, helpful and polite she made our visit even better! don't get me wrong pizza hut is not the cheapest place to go for food. But I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my visit, we will be back again soon in sure!

pizza hut in skegness is located on the outskirts of town so there is parking. the food is always freshly cooked when ordered and the salad bar is a great touch. now there is ulimited soft drink which makes things even better. you also recive a good standard of service!

We went here on New years day for dinner.We were seated straight away by a lovely waitress who talked us through the current deals.Service was quick, food was well cooked and hot.Restaurant was clean and warm.All in all a nice peaceful dinner

Went in on a busy Friday night, speedy seating and speedy service by a lovely waitress called Louise B. Food excellent as always in Pizza Hut and a great value deal. Service was attentive throughout and we weren't ignored when we wanted the bill which has unfortunately happened on previous occasions. Excellent and would recommended.

Recently visited for my son's 3rd birthday. As expected he enjoyed it and did my 6 year old son. Service was brilliant they even gave him a birthday card which was a nice touch. Drinks are self service and unlimited refills so you can get your monies worth as with the salad. Meals are always a little on the pricey here for the toppings you get but if I'm honest that doesn't really bother me. I'd recommend the sharing platter for 2! Very good value! In my opinion.

Food nice but staff are shocking! They'd rather stand on their phones and talk to each other than serve paying customers.

We went here with 4 of us 2 adults and 2 kids that don't eat that much. We had a drink each and the medium pizza for 2 kids got kids meals with ice cream for after.And apart from garlic bread that was it.Then the bill came £30 quid plus after the wife picked me up of the floor I then picked her up. Haven checked the bill 4 times it was right one big rip of and will never go to another. And to top it all we was still a bit hungry when we left and for that money could have gone to a proper Italian and will do next time. Deep pan pizza co was a lot better in skeg shame it went.

Pizza Hut tend to be very samey but this is one of the better ones. Always clean and tidy, staff are friendly. Food is 'Pizza Hut' but never had anything poor at this one which can't always be said of this chain.

We ordered this as a takeaway the night we arrived in Skegness. Really enjoyed it, lovely pizza. Very helpful member of staff helped me order as the app wasn't working. Overall good experience

We went early to get the eat as much as you want buffet. The food was ok but the pasta was not replaced for quite a while. salad was lovely but you can get this free with any main! Staff were very helpful and pleasent though.
