We visited the outdoor restaurant and pizza bar. The bar area had a really nice holiday vibe where you could sit outside overlooking a stunning showjumping arena. The staff were very friendly who quickly served us and took our food order. We had soft drinks and vegetarian burgers, with chips and homemade slaw. It was delicious and competitively priced. We'll definitely return soon, even if to just drink and take in the atmosphere.

Dining at our village pub gets better and better - there’s always a warm welcome and Sunday lunch is a favourite when the family gets together. My roast beef was beautifully cooked, the vegetables were spot on, with Yorkshires and roast potatoes that went down a treat … with plenty of gravy (important for my lot!). Our thanks to Ellie and her friendly team.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch today, the cauliflower pakora starter was a delicious light starter, loved the minty dip, my partner had the roast beef which was outstanding, I tried the pork cheeks with the saffron risotto which was absolutely amazing, finished off with yummy cookie lava dessert & a lovely surprise Swiss roll to celebrate my birthday!, Thanks to the gorgeous Isabel & Gemma for looking after us! Had a lovely lunch, food was great although I felt that the childs Piza was exspensive as it was just 3 pieces of pizza and was £10 and £6 for his pudding. Drinks were also expensive. However tge Italian brunch was £15 per head and very nice although desert was an additional £8 if you didn't like tiramasu

It has been many months since i visited this pub with my wife and relatives and it has taken sometime to get over what could be the worst dining experience in my life. We chose the al la carte menu, minimum of four people, to get to the point the food was horrible, absolutely disgusting and a pathetic amateur attempt at providing a prestige service. I did take this up with the manager, after a very heated discussion when he failed to accept the blame, he went on the defensive and eventually tried to manipulate the situation to his advantage by accusing me of making threats against him. The Olde Coach House has never been a great pub and even after a refurb it still looks and feels dank, I felt sorry for my mother in law and her sister who paid the £180 bill, they were robbed, we all were.
