Booked a table here for 2 people at 11:30 on the 20th of march. The restaurant accepted my booked and we headed over from Henlow area (6/7 miles) to find the restaurant was closed down for what looked like a refurbishment - looking at the newspaper in the windows (see image) this was dated 10th of March, so 10 days ago. Very bad and the google listing is still saying the restaurant is open and the booking system is not paused and is clearly still accepting bookings! You need to manage your restaurant profile properly!

Each night we pass while walking the dog and place always looks busy and inviting. So last night we phoned for a takeaway we asked for something not on the menu and of course they said they could make it.
Our food was Amazing!!! not just in taste but smell and to look at!!
Thanks again and we will make this our new go too❤️

pizza very good, kebab would be better if the meat was of better quality. Fast delivery, everything came fresh, but I have to deduct stars for poor quality meat.
Such a wonderfully welcoming and relaxed restaurant with the most amazing food right in the heart of England’s tiniest city. We went for a family New Years Eve meal and the service and food was absolutely spot on. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!
Under new owners.. Italian food..Food highly priced.. had the sea bass for£21 pound. Small portion of fish(the tail end and so small and thin) didn't even resemble bass . Spoonful of mixed salad. And a ball of mozzarella on my plate. 3items in total. Side portion of chips for£4. Dearest fish and chips ever and was still hungry..
If you get pasta dish you will get plenty.
Average food.Long wait. Locals seemed to get priority. Rude language. would not return. very rude staff. People kept starring & commenting on our accents as we weren't local.
Absolute gem of a cafe. Doesn’t look much from outside but its a great little cafe.
I’m a vegetarian and they happily swapped out the sausage and bacon fron the full english breakfast for wilted spinach and rocket and sourdough. Cooked lovely. Coffee is delicious too. Friendly staff.
It was so goo that I came back for the second day of my stay.
Best fish and chips in Saddleworth. I travel there from Mossley as it's worth it. Crisp and tasty fish. Chips good enough. And cheese and onion pie is 5 stars too.
Staying in Aby village for a week's holiday and had to try the local pub. Exterior looks a bit "tired" but don't be put off - inside it's friendly. cosy and lots of character. Excellent choices of dishes on the menu and "daily specials" board - we especially appreciated the choice of gluten-free options and Dawn was happy to go through each option in detail. Good portions and served hot! Very tasty and wholesome. Wide range of dessert options too and it was evident from conversations with other diners, that Dawn would also be happy to adapt these just to suit individual requirements. Obviously very deserving of the many awards over many years.
Great food and charming staff, we had a really enjoyable
evening, For some reason we had not tried this restaurant
before but glad we finally did.
As well as the normal menu
there were also very interesting specials.
We had fish stew from the menu and a risotto from the specials
and would order them again!
Reasonably priced for the standard of food and
good atmosphere.
We are really looking forward to a return visit.
