Our favourite cafe 'The Loaf' was closed so we came here. As soon as we sat down and felt the sticky table and menus Imt husband and I wanted to leave. I went to have a look at the ice creams and the glass was dirty the cake stands were dirty. But we have a teenager who fancied a bubble waffle with ice cream. Our daughter said it was nice. Within half an hour she felt sick and it was repeating on her and later on was sick. She never suffers from anything repeating on her or being sick. We will never go back.

We went for a belated birthday meal for one of our party members. When we arrived we were taken to our table and were served very quickly. Half of us ordered starters and they came out as expected, if not better. The mains had been ordered at the same time as the starters and we found that we did not have to wait too long after our starter plates had been cleared. The food was extremely tasty! We were catered for as we needed for the party. OF COURSE we ordered desserts! As a party, we felt that we were not rushed to finish our 3 courses and had a lovely meal in a very comfortable atmosphere.

I had an amazing meal at Puccini, where I tried the pasta with chicken and mushrooms, made by the owner, Michele. The dish was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and fresh ingredients. Michele’s personal touch made it even more special. Highly recommend! 🍝❤️

While the food was nice, we weren't thrilled. We booked based on the menu we saw online, but unfortunately, the dishes didn’t match what was advertised, and the prices had all increased. It’s disappointing because if we had known the actual menu, we would have chosen a different restaurant. The portion sizes have significantly decreased. We ordered the chicken supreme, which was decent, but the cauliflower sauce was a bit watery and didn’t complement the dish well. The much-touted butternut squash gnocchi? There were only three, and calling them gnocchi is generous—they bore little resemblance to the real thing. The plate also included just three pieces of carrot and a slice of zucchini, which left us quite shocked. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake tiramisu, but it was a letdown. The coffee on the ladyfingers was overly bitter and overwhelmed the other flavors. Given that we left still hungry, the bill felt excessive for what we received. Overall, it wasn’t worth it.
