Costa Coffee in North East Lincolnshire

The staff are very friendly and welcoming

In my humble opinion the experience at Costa can vary wildly from Branch to Branch in terms of Customer Service & Greeting, Quality, Presentation, availability of Product, and Cleanliness & Presentation of the Branch. Happily this particular Branch (Birchin Way Grimsby) is very good in all aspects. After all this is a premium product at a premium price and Customer expectations are high.

The Grimsby Costa has gladly got it's toilets mended for a while but the stupid little milk jugs the milk is served in are so unstable. The slightest tap or movement and they top over. Jugs would be better.

Lovely as always and the new season maple Hazel Latte was to die for.

I always like to pop in for a coffee . And A toastie when I have time. I've visited many Costas throughout the UK and their coffee is one of the best out there. The food is just a snack. But tastes good. Staff particularly in the Costa at Hull interchange were Chirpy and Chatty .. that's always nice to see. And you can guarantee whenever I'm around that area I always pop in.

I went to the Costa drive thru and I quite liked it. The drinks were nice and it wasn't too busy in there. The tables were clean and the service was really fast. I'd recommend going there if you're passing. I got a regular hot chocolate and it was really nice and chocolaty. (Much better than Starbucks) . The only downside was the lack of car parking spaces.

After buying a latte large in paper cup this morning then having issues with my lid I would like to thank the staff for all their help and understanding this morning customer service is of its upmost in this shop thank you so much 10 out of 10

Decent coffee as usual from Costa. Beware when parking here. Make sure you park in Costa area, not the rest of the shopping area otherwise you will get a parking ticket if you over stay. We stopped for a coffee & two of my colleagues got tickets

This particular Costa is nice as its not inside a mall etc, can get busy at peak times as its on the beginning of the A180/M180 only stars deducted because during summer it's unbearable inside no air-conditioning.

Always a great place for a stop. We generally stop for coffee and snacks on a Saturday on the way home

Busy but nice. M and s food which is 👍. Maybe needed done one more team member as busy

The better Costa in Grimsby as it has a drive through, seating, and plenty of alternative food choices in the complex. Nice place to come for lunch, typical Costa prices (£5 sandwiches), good service, and good coffee. Quite happy.

Good place for a stop off for coffee and a snack. Outside seating as well.

Ordered a takeaway cappuccino and not for the first time was more like a latte. Do think staff should be trained on how to make drinks.

Plenty of seating, plenty of space, great service, lots of cakes and sandwiches to chosoe from, paninis, hot/cold food, hot/cold drinks. Two toilets to the left of the entrance and hand santiser available.

The usual high standards I've come to expect from my favourite coffee shop

First time I have even been in one, as usually get my coffee from a machine, but I will definitely be going again, staff really helpful, even helped with the app to claim my free drink

What an amazing bunch that work here! Nick served me with her beautiful energy, Ellie made me the most delicious drink I feel I've had at a Costa. Also I had a couple of questions and requested that a really helpful gent called twan helped me with, can't recommend the place enough.. anyone reading this tell twan he is a legend from me x

I've been coming to this Costa for 18 months and had nothing but great service from the ladies here. They obviously care about what they do, the place is always clean and tables tidy. Even when busy, you get served with a smile. I'm moving out of the area, and so, very sad to be leaving this Costa behind 😢

Went into the store at 16.38 to be told I had to use drive through even though I only wanted a coffee to take out . Good luck if you haven’t got a car and want a coffee after 4.30

Special shout out to Tawan & Meg who went above and beyond with the customer service today. I went through the Drive Thru as normal and was greeted by Tawan. I gave him my order and collected it at the window only to be told this one was on him and thanked me for being a nice & polite customer. He said not everyone who passes through is polite and it's refreshing to have customers who are polite. I want to thank Tawan for his generous act of kindness today. I didn't expect it at all and it really made my day. I've been coming here a couple times a week for a few months now and all the staff have been really nice and pleasant with me. Meg who was working a long side Tawan told him I've been coming here a while so it was nice that the staff remembered who I was. All the staff at this branch are really nice and polite. I've not had any negative interactions with any of them. If anyone at Costa Coffee headquarters reads this, I just want you to know that this is a great branch to come too and all the staff who work there are a credit to your business.

Love this place especially if your a coffee lover, service is spot on.

Friendly staff and a clean shop.

It's usually pretty good but we went this morning and asked for 2 drinks and a sausage bun, one of the drinks was with coconut milk as my partner is lactose intolerant and it came with normal milk, they forgot my second drink so had to ask me again at the window and then handed me the drinks and forgot about the sausage bun I had also ordered.

Quick service nice & spacious. Down side was asking for extra shot of coffee & paying for it (was on receipt) but when asked if they had put extra shot in it had been forgotten how many customers is this done to over the day etc. This happened at 2 previous Costa restaurants ive visited too one being York.

According to the website, this Costa was supposed to be open til 9pm. We got there at 7.45pm to find it closed. Not impressed at all.

ordered the new mango+coconut bubble frappe, mainly for the bobas in it as they are delicious, but they didn't put any in...

One of the best Costa coffee shops I've visited. The food selection was very impressive compared to my own local Costa in Aylesbury. Coffee was better too. All seating was comfortable not just a small select area, unfortunately was visiting on route to the North so unlikely to visit again.

Person in front of me took two coffees back. One he said was cold. He only got his replacement when we had nearly finished. Ours were barely warm and went cold quickly as a result. Didn’t bother getting it replaced as had already been back due to 33% overcharge. Always check your receipt folks. In future will only support local coffee shops sadly not many close to here.

The drive through is great on this visit we sat inside. I know its still currently covid times but as the numbers increased , not full or crowded the windows started steaming up showing lack of ventilation. Departed rapidly . if not for that could of given 5 stars.

Quick treat on the way past,still relatively new premises,clean and pleasant staff.

Nice place, tables needed cleaning as most had dirty mugs left on them young man cleared them up as quickly as he come, though it would be a nice idea if they had a spray bottle and wipes handy so customers could wipe down there own table if busy.

Always enjoy a visit to the Costa. Was given a freebie by staff for moving my car for someone today, very kind from the staff!!

Clean regular run of the mill Costa. The staff was friendly and working hard to keep to sides going (shop and drive through).

Great Costa. Both drive through and indoor seating area are what you come to expect from the Costa chain. I use facilities to work from sometimes for an hour the WiFi is ok when it works so I wouldn't rely on that when you are there. Refreshments are good, always fresh! Staff very friendly, facilities very clean. Free parking onsite but beware of parking restrictions if parking in Wickes.

A very well run and immaculately clean place to go for coffee and a bite to eat they offer a wide range of hot and cold drinks and the staff are super friendly and. covid19 practices are keenly observed all in all a great place to meet for coffee and free customer parking too

Amazing staff; the young lady serving me was fantastic, she had the coffees ready in no time. Great place to stop before a long travel back home. Clean toilet facilities as well!

Costa is my favourite drinking place. Tonight we thought we'll try the drive through and was slightly disappointed. We ordered a hot chocolate and a cappuccino. The hot choc was lovely but the cappuccino was more like an expresso. Sadly we had driven to far to take it back. Was so looking forward to it aswell😒
