Had a fantastic meal at the Queens head tonight. Hadn’t been for some time and was hoping that the food quality was as good as it used to be. Thankfully we weren’t disappointed. Everyone's food was fantastic. We had a wide variety of dishes and no one had any complaints at all. I personally had the steak and chips and it was as good as any I’ve had in a pub. Honestly couldn’t recommend their food enough. Staff were great as well and service was excellent. Really good choices on the menu. Lovely to see so many options for food allergies as well. Top class

Really tasty food, samosas were particularly good - well filled and crispy. I had the anarkoli chicken which was nice and garlicky! Big thumbs up from me ☺️

Not the place for a meal out. The restaurant was unwelcoming and lacked ambience. No background music or noise, which probably wasn’t helped by no customers in a place of about 20 covers. The only sound was of the fridge / freezer which was loud. Shame as I imagine this place once busy when it opened but has likely changed hands. The food was average. I have had better burgers for the same price. They also don’t do alcohol (no licence I expect) which isn’t an issue but a bit odd for a restaurant. Definitely more of a take away place you can sit in but we won’t be back. Unfortunate as liked the idea of a local burger bar.

We had ordered 3 “buy one get one free” cookie doughs which would’ve added up to 6 for our children. They only sent 3 cookie doughs despite us paying the 2for1 price for the 6. They refused to send us the other 3 cookie doughs and said if we wanted them we had to collect them ourselves despite me not being able to drive. Very poor customer service we have ordered many times from here but for the bad customer service we will never order again.

To say i was disappointed is a understatement i have been a few times in the past and food was always top notch. But last night after arriving for our booking we was sat at our table then ordered drinks no sooner had they brought them they asked if we was ready to order we said no we needed a little longer. when we did order it came in a matter of minutes then we asked for more drinks. when ready for our main course that to came in a matter of minutes too felt we was being rushed and the food was not of a good standard. All in all the price for two people was a staggering £81.00 for a platter 2 main courses with 1 special fried rice and 2 pints of cobra and half of fosters. Honestly will not be booking here again.

The best tea I've had so far in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The decor was beautiful, service impeccable, and the food amazing. Yes, I've been to the Ritz and 4 Seasons.

An excellent restaurant that offers great service and great menu, every item ordered off the menu arrived at the table piping hot and exactly as described, lovely tasty food
