Little Dessert Shop Wigston in Oadby and Wigston

We had ordered 3 “buy one get one free” cookie doughs which would’ve added up to 6 for our children. They only sent 3 cookie doughs despite us paying the 2for1 price for the 6. They refused to send us the other 3 cookie doughs and said if we wanted them we had to collect them ourselves despite me not being able to drive. Very poor customer service we have ordered many times from here but for the bad customer service we will never order again.

Considering this is our first time visiting this dessert shop - we are very impressed! We ordered a share platter, two dessert and hot drinks, all was amazing! Service was on point, both waiters Alex and Taaha were very polite and welcoming. The presentation of the desserts were very well thought about and put together with care as you can tell by the images I provided. Will definitely be visiting and ordering from here again, I highly recommend!

Average dessert venue. I visited the place and ordered two items for takeaway. However it took over 30 minutes for the order. After the order, two other orders were placed and they also received their orders before me. Disappointing experience.

We ordered cookie dough and pancakes through Deliveroo. We received our order 30 minutes later and it was delicious! It was still warm which is always a plus. I’ve tried a lot of dessert shops and this is definitely one of the best. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

First visit. The dessert was so fresh and tasty it was definitely worth it. As it was mid afternoon it was quiet except for the chilled ice cream display unit. Despite this, we would not hesitate to return.

Another great visit to The Little Dessert Shop. Gabriel was most welcoming and even took on the task of a surprise dessert as my partner had too many choices. For me it is always a crepe, so Crepe Temptations with ferrero rocher, Kinder Buenos, hazelnut ice cream. Yummmmm!! The other half tried Tres Leche Pistachio cake. 3 milk cake, A sponge cake soaked 3 different. Definitely a delightful adventure into a Spanish dessert.

I ordered via uber eats I ordered strawberry sensation waffle with 2 icecream vanilla scoops but i have just received one !! Also the waffle wasn’t good and had less strawberries than normal and had some not fresh ones It is weird as i ordered before and it was good , but today i was really disappointed

First time attending - won't be coming back! There was one other customer in the place at the time we ordered, and yet our order took 30 minutes to actually be brought over to us. Our icecream was practically a puddle of cream when it was put down in front of us, and was accompanied with a dessert that doesn't look like the pictures in the menu or on the screens. So disappointing considering how much you pay for your sweet treat! Manners also wouldn't go amiss with some of the staff - certain people were friendly and were really helpful when we were asking where our desserts were and if we could have all of the icecream we paid for (as 1 scoop was missing), but one guy was just so rude and kept telling the uber delivery drivers (who were waiting as long as we were to collect orders) to "move" - no please or thank you at all!

I ordered a cookie dough with ice cream for the first time from here and it was just so delicious. Every bite of it was really yummy. Will be ordering from here again no doubt about that.
