Absolutely the best little coffee shop near Leicester. Beautiful decor, welcoming staff and amazing coffee. This is now my regular go to. Surrounded by a lovely park. Very friendly and comfortable 🤩

Good coffee, plenty of (dog) walking space, dog friendly area for enjoying snacks, etc. You do have to pay for parking though (O&WBC,thanks).

First visit today , coffee shop nice, staff friendly and coffee good. Ordered a tuna melt panini, dry and strong tuna taste, don't think they add mayonnaise. Won't be ordering that again. The coffee was good though .

A bit noisy for conversation...maybe because it's so popular!

Café not even accessible to a disabled wheelchair user on their own or anyone with a wide pram! The automatic doors haven’t worked since it opened last year and one door is always locked which gives no room to get through. I have emailed Jenno’s regarding this months ago to no response. Not acceptable

Rude staff who weren't hospitable at all. Coffees were nice but didn't feel like drinking it after how the server and barista were.

Took my grandson here for a treat on Sunday afternoon. Love my decaf vanilla latte but need to cut down on my sugar for health reasons; was unaware the vanilla syrup was available as sugar free! A lovely frendly team member brought this to my attention and even offered to make me a sugar free version and said if I didn't like it she would make me one with the original syrup. As it happened it was delicious and felt so much more guilt free! Nice to feel the team member had time to give me some alternative options (I had asked for a reduced amount of syrup originally which obviously prompted the team member to give me this alternative option) We received exemplary friendly service! Will definitely be back to enjoy my latte at this Jenno's!

Always pop in here when I’m on my dog walks and am always welcomed with a smile. I feel so welcomed here it’s honestly a lovely atmosphere to be in when relaxing with my morning coffee. Service is always quick and efficient and everything is always clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend nipping in here when walking past. The drinks are incredible!!

Lovely looking cafe superb decor, really like the look. Went there for lunch, and essentially it's motorway priced sandwiches, toasties or paninis. Went for the mozzarella and tomato panini as it appeared to be better value than the £4.35 basic uninspiring selection of sandwiches. I got served it a couple of minutes later. I can't even begin to describe what it did taste like, but it wasn't good. Opened it up a barely any filling inside it, no traces of cheese, and couldn't finish it so I left half of it. £7.50 including a tea. Avoid.

Was on my usual walk yesterday at brocks hill with my 2 dogs and decided to stop off for a take out coffee. The Coffee was superb and the Barista that served me I think she said her name was Margo? was very polite and helpful when asking about alternative milks due to my lactose intolerance. Thanks very much Margo.
