one of the worst dessert place i ever been. they dont give exactlly what u order.

Well I go here usually but the service isn’t good at all.For example I went today and we ordered waffles but the waffle machine broke down.Shows they have unreliable and old equipment.They had forks and knives in a bucket with water which they took them out from dried them and put them on tables.Also when the waffle machine broke down my dad had a word with one of them one of the workers was giving me and my family very bad looks and after we left they had turned around and started whispering.Look I’m not trying to put any accusations on anyone but this was bad service and hospitality.Moreover the food is okay and the atmosphere is ok.

Please please train your staff to give the right information. One min the offer is on for buy 1 get 1 child dessert free, the next it isn't. Then it is but only after 4pm then it isn't. Then it's on only during term time but then I had claimed the offer during the holidays 3 days ago. This has more twists and turns than a rollercoaster.

Very helpful staff. Specially Jaweria was very helpful. The girl is really careful if you talk about having any allergies. She tried her best to give me the best options she had available there. Also Saif who was helping me to suggest nice options in Gluten Free, Jamal & Ameera took special care to prepare the food. And they made sure i get the best service and definitely the best food too. One more thing they do the best is the presentation of the food. Which is phenomenal and always outstanding. Thanks for the service and care they give to every customer coming there. Young kids but very professional in their work. Highly recommended and always my first preference is Heavenly Desserts. ❤️❤️

My experience at heavenly desserts was fantastic. The food was great. The service from Yafi Islam was amazing, we found him to be very helpful and friendly!

First time here dispite being local. Brought my 2 daughters for a treat and was really imressed. Really lovely setting and wonderful attentive service by nadia, amira and yafi. Would reccomend. Was so good we got an order to take home for dad and I too!

Served by Ameera today who ran a full restaurant by herself with great professionalism until her colleague arrived. She made me the most delicious mocha too. Thanks Ameera- you were awesome x

honestly this is the best dessert i ever had it’s so delicious the food is so good the person makes sure if everything is perfect and okay he is so sweet and respectful to all his customers and gave our food on time even though it was busy and he was the only person that was working i really recommend this dessert place .

Dessert was amazing, staff were so attentive & took care of our experience. Would definitely come again. The staff were Ambreen & Rida who took care of us.

As soon as we entered we have been handed kids menu and normal menu , kids menu only says create you own waffle/pancake/brownie for £5.95 , it was mentioned no where that they will charge extra , kids choose their toppings and at the end I had to pay £32.50 for two kids create you own waffle and brownie. That one way of deceiving people as it should be clearly mentioned that all toppings will add extra .My daughter even asked and waitress replied you can choose as many toppings want didn’t one time mention that it will add extra cost to it, it’s ridiculous to pay £32.50 for two kids desserts.

Absolutely loved the ambiance of this place! My niece got the ‘I’ll have what she’s having’ American waffle and finished her plate. Most importantly, staff were very friendly, particularly Ameera, who was our waitress. She was attentive to anything we needed and a bubbly personality :) Definitely will be visiting soon!!

Amira took care of us here at heavenly and did an exceptionally great job,she was very attentive and polite and helpful, the deserts and drinks were fantastic as always but must praise Amira again for knowing to secretly surprise my husband in wishing him happy birthday and leaving a Lovley message on his desert thanks x

Hats off to Zubaida, Saif, and Jawaiya, who cooked my large order to perfection in under 5 minutes. They provided speedy and effective service. I highly recommend ordering and eating at this establishment. Every time I have visited this establishment, Zubaida has always served me; she has impeccable customer service skills.

We had a great experience at Heavenly Desserts, Rochdale. We tried the Monkey Bread and pistachio ice cream, which lived up to the expectations and more. Thanks especially to Jamaal, Nina, Isa, Ridha, and Zubaida for their warm and welcoming service. Will definitely go again!

Lovely food however whoever was serving today wasn't inviting and friendly, I took the menu and was asked to put it back and once I was ready to order I had to ask to be served and waiting longer than I should've. Could this be addressed please, let the whole experience down as I was really looking forward to it

Absolutely loveee this place! If I was able to give it 10 stars I would. I had the cookie dough and hot chocolate. Everything was deliciously made. Very clean and Presentation was on point. The staff was very friendly and kind. The long drive over here was definitely worth it. I left as a very happy customer.

Had a fantastic experience here. The young lady I think her name was ambereen did a great job. She was working alone balancing multiple customers while also making the dishes!!. She did a great job!

We had a delish treat here with the lovely Ambreen serving us, and helping us navigate the extensive menu!

Our server Ambreen was amazing, very knowledgeable on Gluten Free options and took measures to ensure we were aware of any allergens. Presentation of food was really pretty too, sadly can’t say the same for the Sheffield branch who have got worse with their service and food over the past year - they should take note from the Rochdale branch!

Ridha and the girls were great as always! Deserts were beautiful prepared will definitely be back! X

came to rochdale branch for our first visit and OMG the desserts out of this world tasted amazing would recommend to everyone.

Called in with my daughter on a Saturday evening. Greeted upon arrival, the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, beautifully decorated, we were given the opportunity to order via the app online or via a staff member. We ordered and paid via the app, which was fairly straightforward. The cheesecake, cookie dough & coffee were wonderfully presented & tasted just as good. Not a particularly cheap dessert, however it was delicious & and a very good experience. I’d not hesitate to try this venue again.

Lovely service from Ambreen on 18th May 7pm. Went out of way to accommodate 9 last minute, very kind to 'my toddler too! Also there were 3 staff preparing the treats...very kind to my children and showed them what they were doing! Fab experience and would come again!

I took my grandchildren for a treat. There was plenty to choose from. They have a children's menu where they can select their own base and toppings. You can also do.this in the adults menu. It was a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very polite and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We sat in one of the booths. There is plenty of seating and it's very clean. Well worth a visit.

Nice and cosey atmosphere. Very tasty desserts. Very good customer service from Aamina, she's a credit to the business. She's such a hard worker. Ps went in today and service gone very poor. 5 kids behind counter chatting away and joking with each other. Shop was empty! 10-15 mins before anyone took the order. 3 peoples desserts came and last dessert came once we all finished ours, why can't they serve them all at the same time? Aamina has left and service gone very poor.

I have been here before, I decided to take my wife and 4 year old girl, we stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes before approached, then asked where we want to sit, I said anywhere that is clean as every table empty was full of used customers prior, the server said, just pick somewhere and in her words (I’ll sort it mate) we sat down for 15 minutes before I got up and said can we order, she said take a seat I’ll be over, once she came over, we ordered, another 10 minutes went by and my daughter was thirsty, we waited another 10 minutes, at that point I told the server forget it, we will dine somewhere else and the response was incredible, waving her hands at us telling us drinks take 2 minutes and she’s on her own, sorry that’s not my problem, employ more staff and with training for customer relations, I’ll pass from from this place from now on, I was shocked and with u upset little girl.

Recently attended with a large number of people (45). We attend every Eid as a tradition with the family and are never disappointed. From speaking to Ambreen on the phone to the service at Heavenly, it was exceptional. All staff were accommodating, friendly and demonstrated great customer care throughout. Ambreen, Ameera, Jamaal and Yafti worked incredibly well as a team to provide us with a seamless service allowing us to end our Eid celebrations in a memorable way. Thank you once again for everything and the yummy desserts 🍨
