I went to this place today for the first time and had an excellent experience. The customer service was exceptional and food came extremely quickly. Had a very nice relaxed and chilled atmosphere in there. The food was amazing and the prices definitely match the amount of food you are served. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for amazing customer service, amazing food and a relaxed atmosphere!

Thank you khushi for making the waffle so tasty. The best part was it's was really quick we told them that our bus is in 15 minutes can you please make it bit fast and guess what khushi hats off to you she make the waffle in just 5 minutes the fastest waffle every. Last but not on the least they gave us free galeto how sweet of them.

Took my daughter here, lovely little cafe in town near the haymarket. Shiv and Arjya were great and looked after us, and the milkshakes were great. Would definitely come again.

Loved the cute Shop and the lady serving was lovely. Such a shame the actual eiffle tower was made using cheap, waxy chocolate. This has been on my daughters wish list for ages.

I absolutely love this place, I always order from here when I want a desert because I'm guaranteed a great deal and it tastes amazing! If I order a hot desert it never arrives cold which is what I love.

Tasty dessert and great service from Khushi, Taral, Yusra and Arja. They're a really friendly team. The shop is clean and comfortable to sit in.

This place is a cut above the rest and there is alot of desert shops out there. Had the waffles and pancake platter and it was delicious not too sweet either. I must say Ahkma the girl who served us was fantastic very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Oh and the alpa did vegan ice cream for one of my kids.

okay overall however not as good as they used to be when they opened. Will probably not order again from here a little disappointed specially for the price.

Forget to add a scoop of gelato, however was quickly refunded. Although the gelato appears to be of high quality the scoop size against the cost at £3.75 is significantly mismatched. Additionally the soft scoop serving for cookie dough is tiny. Great quality food on the whole and will not hesitate to order again.

My wife and I love this place. We come here almost every week. Love their Red Velvet cake and Milk cake. And their cold drinks too. Today we had a lovely time. The cake chef Shiv is amazing with his cake making skills. The cakes are fresh and not too sweet. Just perfect! Thanks Irsa for the great service with your smiling face and happy presence.

The dessert here are pretty good. I feel like they prioritise design more over the food itself when you see it. The prices and portion sizes are relatively fair, with some being a bit smaller than expected. The prices, however, are a different story. Compared to other dessert shops, this store has above average prices, it's a bit expensive to go here often.

the cookie dough came with chocolate only, no reeses pieces toppings and the waffle was missing the reeses pieces too

Cookie dough was rock hard and dry, spoon broke it was that burnt. The milkshakes had gone off milk taste too so all round just shocking.

Absolutely appalling service. Wrong order delivered and they would take no responsibility for the mistake. Told me to email Just Eat and they would reply in 24 hours, they would not redeliver my food or give me a refund. Not good enough customer service at all.

Our wonderful server, haiqa, was very polite. The food was also very good.

Brilliant service desserts were delicious and coffee latte. The staff were extremely attentive a special thank you to the chef Shiv and Arjya for serving us! Would be definitely coming back here again!

Our server Arjya was very kind and helpful.

We dined in and recieved the most beautiful and delicious desserts ever! Presentation was beautiful and the taste was even better. Our server Arjya was very polite, smiley and friendly and assisted my friend with her needs for a vegan menu. Only problem is that you have to go up to the bar to order rather than them offering table service but is understandable with only one member of staff working out front at a time :)

Amazing service and dessert! We walked all across town looking for a dessert shop and this was the only one open on a Friday night and what a treat! Will definitely be back! Thank you Raiya for the complimentary icecream and Shiv and Tarell for the amazing dipped cheesecake! We left with our bellies so full!

The food was delicious! The ultimate midnight dessert shop. I came here at around 1am on a Friday night after drinks and I ordered the pistachio dipped cheesecake… it was absolutely excellent!!! I also got the chubby hubby ice cream on the side and i’m a sucker for peanut butter and pretzel combo, so this was to DIE for. I highly recommend this place, the aura was great too. My server was Raiya and she was very polite, she even served a complimentary scoop of vanilla ice cream for us!

Thank you for the lovely note. We order from this place a few times a month and it never disappoints! The waffles are always fresh and not shy of toppings. The red velvet cake is my favourite and always a generous slice. I would highly recommend as a the best dessert place to order from. Thank you for the extra ice cream today. The server Arjya , provided the best service I have ever received he showed the upmost respect and due to it being my first time here he made me and my wife feel very welcomed. An amazing experience. Arjya was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. He also helped me decide what was the best choice off what I like which I very much appreciated. The oh fudge cake did not disappoint, it was very nice and soft, Taral the chef did a great job on this. All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone

We had two different milkshakes and cakes; it was really nice. Too many options for everything. I recommend everyone to try the delicious desserts here. Surprising facts is they serve mocktails too which might give you a bar vibes. Service from a guy was on top. Have a visit.

I tried both the Happy Hippo cookie dough and Magic Stars cookie dough over a couple of visits during a worktrip to Leicester and both were amazing!! Service was fab and with a smile. Would definitely recommend it!

these are the people that serve you gone off whipped cream that's liquid into your milkshake. the cookie dough is so thin its not even normal ccookie thin. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Ordered from here loads of times and normally love them, but they left items out of our delivery and we couldn’t get hold of them to inform them. Feel very let down after so many positive experiences 😞
