Prima Fila in Elmbridge

Patricia, Sabrina, and Nicole were excellent hosts and took very good care of us. The food was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back here. Me and my wife had multiple different foods and drinks and everything was very nice. Will be back here very soon.

I had an incredible experience at Prima Fila! The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as exceptional, with Patricia, Sabrina, and Nicola making the evening even more special with their warm and attentive care. Had the lunch menu. Garlic mushrooms starter then the ham and pepperoni pizza with a glass of house white wine. Will book again in late march or april!!

I was part of a large party that dined at this restaurant. The quality of the food and service was excellent, which is difficult when there are so many guests on one party. Well done to Vito and his team.

5/5 stars! I absolutely love this place. Food is number one, authentic italian cuisine. The chef always tries to accommodate to your needs. Atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. If you come later at night you may be able to enjoy some Italian party music and dance. Service is top and the owner is just brilliant!!!!!!!! You must try it at least once. 👍👍👍

Authentic Italian with amazing food and service. Highly recommended! Update: Have been many times here over the years and it is still absolutely amazing! Forget any of the chain restaurants this is the one if you want a proper Italian meal with great service to boot!

20 of us came to eat which is really hard for any restaurant to serve , Vito and his staff were brilliant, food great ,didn’t have to wait to order more drinks ,i would highly recommend Prima Fila if you want fantastic service and authentic Italian food

This is one of my favourite restaurant. The service it's always fantastic, the staff genuinely care and are so attentive, the food is delicious and there is always such a good vibe. Perfect for specjal family ocassions, date nights and celebrations. I can't recommend this restaurant enough

What a fantastic meal. Great atmosphere and good service. We went on Christmas Day and had a really lovely time. The staff couldn’t have been nicer

Truly terrible experience, the main course was perfectly fine, starter bland, however, the restaurant was brightly lit and definitely a bit cold, and service truly appalling. Big guy (who we think was the owner) served us, food stains all down his front, he was literally shouting to a single diner in Italian opposite us, didn't understand what parmesan was for our mains. Didn't ask how our food was, buggered off for ages while women opposite played loud music on her phone. We eat out a lot and while it is honestly these days hard to find truly very good service, this was by far the worse we have ever encountered.

Four adults and two toddlers, we enjoyed a warm welcome, seats for our kids and wonderful service. The pizzas were delicious! Many thanks to the chef and staff. We'll be back!

We ordered Tagliatelle Capesante on its today's special menu. It says there are mussels, scallops and prawns in the dish. But it came out that there were only prawns. We checked with the lady manager. She came back insisted that everything was put inside the dish! We showed her the photo and she kept insisted without even having a look. She also said that the Chef may have cut the seafood in pieces. Unfortunately we found none there. After all, its not the food that matters, attitude does!

The service was very good, everyone there was incredibly friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The food was incredible, clean plates all round. The bolognese pizza was exceptional.

Even though we had no booking they gave us a table. The service was great and the food even better.

Great time with wonderful food - always!

We first went here several yearts ago because it was open on a Monday. It was so good that we've been back quite a few times, even though we don't live that close. This time six of us, from Southport, Wokingham, Shepperton and Brentford went there for lunch and it was just as good as always. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the Trebbiano was good and I had the calves liver, as usual, delicious. There's a paid car park very close, Drewett's Close.

The food was lovely and I really enjoyed the service, the staff were really friendly. The food tasted quite fresh and it was very filling and it came up to a good price!

Wonderful place -always have the same meal and never disappointed. Staff are amazing too.

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal this evening . I had my favourite dish Rigatoni con Salsiccia. This pink creation was exquisite as ever and though I have tried to order it elsewhere, it is not in the same league as here. It is such a treat to dine in friendly surroundings enjoying flavoursome al dente pasta with wonderful service .My husband chose the chef special , sea food tagliatelle and was pleased with his choice which was very tasty . This is our favourite restaurant recommended to us by our Italian friends. We look forward to our next visit . Thank you to all at Prima Fila.

Decent food, very expensive. £14.50 a lasagna with zero sides.

We dined here for the first time and found the food served, to be disappointingly mediocre. I had the seafood risotto, first off, it lacked the creaminess a good risotto should have, there were two small king prawns, a few cut up slices of squid rings and the rest of the seafood were clams. Plus, there was really no flavour to speak of. My sister had a pizza, the base was pale and clearly undercooked, again bland. Overall, if I’m going to pay £35+ per head and 10% service charge, I’d like to enjoy food that is bursting with flavour, not food I can cook better at home. Unfortunately, and for these reasons, we won’t be returning.

Looked really nice from outside. Went in on time and we had to wait for our table. Food average for any Italian restaurant but not worth the extra money they want to charge for a meal tbh. Dessert forgotten had to ask to order a drink even though we had waited outside after what seemed to be the owner telling us the table wasn't ready. Would have preferred to order a drink inside tbh. Won't be going again sorry.

A fantastic authentic Italian restaurant in a handy town centre location. Really friendly staff and always seems busy. Managed to get a table for two on a Saturday night without a booking. Had the aubergine bruschetta and filet tagliatelle which were both excellent. Very flavourful and beautifully presented.

We went here as looking for a restaurant not far from our hotel and it was lovely from start to finish. There was lots of good choice especially for the one vegetarian, the wine was excellent too. All the staff were so lovely and friendly-the restaurant was really busy which shows how popular it was. My only slight criticism was that the courses came out a little too quickly when we wanted to enjoy the evening for longer.

We wanted an authentic Italian restaurant that made home-made meals and was not in a chain of restaurants and we were not disappointed! Great choice of meals on the menu and they even cooked a carbonara that was not on the menu for my son. Not overly priced and great service! I would definitely return if I was in the area again.

This was our local for a while, we took our families here from time to time. But sadly this place is not as good as it once was, for us the food is now overpriced and the quality not so good. We went in novemeber for lunch. The manager was smoking out the back while we ate, and filled the resturant with smoke. The resturant was unclean and dreary. He gave us incorrect order and didnt give very good service.

This is a revision of my first review of 5 stars. In my first visit the food was exceptional. Sadly on this visit the quality of the food has totally nose dived, had a shrimp dish for a starter and it was off, stunk the restaurant out and even tasted off, was sent back. Had filet steak for main and was definitely not filet meat, was of a very poor quality. To finish it off the dessert was burnt. Won't be going back.

I have to confess that I was a bit suspicious when popped in. However my expectations overcame! Pasta was blasting! Costly for the area but worth it.

What a fantastic restaurant on my doorstep I only found by accident recently. Everything was perfect. The food was superb, particularly the veal and the specials. Great atmosphere, excellent service and very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back

Walked past this place a few times and thought we must try it, Tonight we did. What can I say other than amazing !! Food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful . Definitely going back if not just for the steak 👍

Had the swordfish £21.00 for extremely rubbish fish very rubbery small bland no vegetables so had to order extra chips £5 more very clostrphobic place male waiter very rude I ask him for a drink and completely blanked me to talk to other people while starting at women's backsides (very unprofessional) Using a plate to hold up window!!! VERY HEALTH AND SAFETY. Couldn't cater for a lactose free diet.

The meal was delivered with the containers upside down and sauce from one dish had leaked throughout the carrier bag. There was far too much sauce in this dish, the fish and avocado were hard to find in a sea of sauce. The calamari were really tough and chewy, not at all nice. Very disappointing.

I normally love Prima but last couples of times foods been below par. Calzone was too doughy and undercooked and sauce tasteless. Hope you can look into it and get back to the tasty pizzas you once made 🤞

An excellent experience and lovely quality of food.

I visited Prima Fila for a quick Saturday night pizza after the cinema. I booked a table for two in advance, but when I arrived they didn't have a table for two ready. They took a long time to bring us our drink and to take our food order. They offered us a discount and then I think they forgot to give us the discount. I felt they needed to be more attentive and caring. It was as though they had something on their mind, and some difficulties between themselves. Even so, I think they are good people, and I would go back and hope they will be kinder the next time.

Went there for first time Saturday Night Excellent food and service at a very reasonable price did not realise this gem was just down the road, Would highly recommend not a bad word on anything.

I took my wife and son for a Sunday evening dinner here last night and we all left very happy and impressed with the quality of the service and the deliciousness of the food. Thank you! We’ll be back again!

A nice place, but not as good as we expected from other reviews. I had a starter and main that both had an element of tomato sauce, and the sauce in both was bland. The rest of the food was ok but we know of other higher quality eateries in the area. The staff were very friendly though.

After a recommendation from a friend we wanted to try a new Italian restaurant near to us. So glad we did, food was lovely and fresh and very quick service. Front of house are two very nice men giving a personal touch. Looking forward to going again. Thank you

I booked a table for my son's graduation dinner for nine people a week and a half prior to the event and phoned 3 days beforehand to confirm our booking and add a guest. I was told that it was all fine and that the table was reserved for 20:30. When me and my party arrived, we were told that there was a problem and that our table was not available and could we wait for 20 minutes. We did, and were told to wait for another 20 minutes and go for a drink in the nearby pub. After the third time of being told to wait, we did go to the pub. We eventually got our table an hour late. I bumped into a friend of mine there and when I told her our table had been double booked, she replied that hers was double booked also..that made me think that maybe it was not an overlook. It's a shame because the food was lovely, the staff is really nice... they were clearly embarrassed and tried to make amends by giving us a discount. A lot of stress was generated because of this, which could be easily avoided with a proper booking system.

Late and cold, called the restaurant and they had the food waiting and no delivery man came. Once it arrived it was all cold and spoiled. Shame as the food is usually perfect!! Just eat sort it out!!! One thing i will say though is that the garlic bread was wrong

Been recently with whole family and really enjoyed all the food and drinks being served. The staff was really friendly and professional, the tall guy with glasses really help use to chose the best Italian wine of the house. We will definitely going back.

Friendly atmosphere food was great

I ordered a meal on Friday 12th May at 5.45. The delivery time said 6.20 to 6.45. At 6.45 the website said driver at restaurant. I called the restaurant who said no driver had arrived. I got a text at 20.15 to say that the order was on its way. The order arrived at approximately 20.30 and I did not accept it due to the late time and also did not know how long it had been waiting for the driver. I would like to request a refund. NB: Your website does not make it easy to contact you by phone or e-mail, therefore I am resorting to contact you via this review. Despite not having eaten the food, I'm giving high rating to the restaurant as we always enjoy the food.

Proper Italian restaurant with high-quality testy food, made by genuine Italian chef, plus relaxing atmosphere and sharming staff. Nice wines too. Felt myself very well treated there, so definitely a 5 stars 🌟

Lovely food and lovely people. Very caring and patient with my elderly parents. I didn't have the fish but it looked wonderful. I had parmigiana and it was very good.
