Went there on Mother's Day for breakfast, the breakfast was lovely and a good price. We live locally and never been before but will definitely go back as the menu they offer looks great .

Dropped in to cafe aroma in totton precinct yesterday lunchtime. Wow! Really good service, very busy, but always attentive to customers needs. I watched them all helping each person that needed help to move around the seating etc. great, I will go back there, and recommend it to others.

Place smelled like a toilet. Waitress was clearly new and inexperienced, and she rolled her eyes when we weren't ready to order. Food tasted okay, though it upset our stomachs. Coffees were really nice.

Very delicious food and they have delicious drinks. Something to highlight apart from its varied menu and delicious flavors, it is also a place where its employees warmly serve you and although I do not speak English at no time was it inconvenient 🫶 Thank you!!

Ordered a take away for breakfast. Didn’t realise it would be both overcooked and cold when it arrived. The veggie sausage was cheap and absolutely disgusting. Hash browns were burnt and soggy. Definitely not worth the price paid. Didn’t even eat half of it before I just couldn’t eat anymore

Excellent service and excellent quality food. The staff are always very polite and helpful. Richard goes above and beyond the normal level of customer service. He's a valuable asset to the company. Outside seating is provided and wheelchair accessible. It also has 2 floors for those who can use it. Very clean premises with an excellent rating.

Lovely coffee, which means they know how to clean the machine, generous portions and perfect chips, nice to sit outside.

Not quite as it appears I would say. Looks very charming and the menu looks nice, but we only ordered coffee and it was…. Distinctly average. I didn’t actually see it being prepared as I popped into the lavatory, but there was a decent looking machine so assumed it would be made from that for the price. But the taste was very like instant coffee and powdered milk. We also didn’t find the staff very pleased to be taking our order, but looking at the other reviews, perhaps we caught someone on a bad day. They did offer decaf however, which was welcome.We didn’t have any food so can’t really comment on that. I hesitate to say this, as I’m not a general fan of Costa… but if you just want coffee, the one down from here might suit you better.

Excellent attention and good taste food, I love their Mexican Omelette (good portion) with a cup of turkish coffee, highly recomended.

Lovely food and the staff were very attentive. I was a little disappointed in the portion size especially after paying nearly £10 for avocado and poached eggs on toast. I didn’t expect to get 1 slice of toast with 2 eggs. 😕 This doesn’t take away from the fact that the food was delicious and presented beautifully.

I used to visit regularly - seeing my partner during her lunch breakafrom another enterprise in Totton - before COVID ! Since that calmed I have returned but less regularly. The food is never spectacular but then the prices are not going to cause a spectacle either. Fast delivery, good quality, fair prices, good portion sizes - all valid terms. A safe and reliable option with friendly staff. Disabled toilet downstairs. Other toilets are upstairs

We called in here for the first time this evening for an impromptu dinner. The people are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They made us feel so welcome and were really thoughtful. The food was really good value and excellent. We’ll definitely be back… thank you so much! ☺️

The management has changed and not for the better sadly. This used to be an amazingly friendly welcoming cafe. The current manageress is arrogant and rude , won’t be going back till it changes.

Such poor service today , wanted breakfast before starting work , sat waiting for 35 minutes . You should have the courtesy to let customers know if there is nearly an hour wait for food ... I'll be going elsewhere now

Very popular on a Saturday morning, the were busy catering for everyone who arrived but couldn't seat them all. Good honest food, freshly squeezed orange juice, nice coffee. Outdoor seating.

Friendly cafe in Totton with excellent value food. Popped in for the first time into this cafe with my mum for a spot of lunch and wasn’t disappointed. Service was good and the portion sizes of their food was generous. Food tasted fresh and was reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

This place always surprises me. It looks like a cafe and serves cafe things but the variety and quality rivals most pubs and restaurants. On the weekend it’s easily the busiest place in the town after the supermarkets. Ample friendly and attentive staff. You don’t have to wait long but it’s obvious that everything is made to order. Proper tea leaves, coffee to make the Italians jealous, and a homemade hollandaise that would make Ramsay proud.

Very good breakfast had by all. Busy little cafe with lovely staff Fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee to start. Good breakfasts. The hollandaise sauce needed a little more acidity. Overall a top notch start to the day

would like to say have been a uber eats customer for a very long time and have used this cafe alot in the past when i actually went into the café to order found the staff very rude and obnoxious since the café has changed hands food has became very poor staff rude lazy obnoxious overall very poor service from food to staff will not be using again

Great place to eat and meet friends and family

Has been ages since we've eaten here, possibly pre - Covid; no reflection on the cafe; just never got round to it. Went there yesterday with family for lunch. Has changed a little (some new seating) & didn't recognise any of the staff but food was still lovely. Had Eggs Florentine - eggs perfectly poached & plenty of Hollandaise sauce. Clear plates all round. Can recommend.

Maxi breakfasts is my favourite 😋 I always order the same breakfasts.. doesn't mater if is lunch time! Love this place and the staff is always very nice.

Friendly quick service despite being full (downstairs). Food tasty and plentiful. Only one irritation......the constantly loudly banging door, not helped by the swinging metal open/closed sign increasing the racket! Sorry, but I had to mention it!
