Always the best for breakfast and we've tried many others in the local area.

I commonly get a maxi breakfast delivered with a milkshake, the delivery is packed well and always quick to arrive. The milkshakes are absolutely phenomenal! Rich, creamy, and packed with flavour – they’re definitely the highlight of the experience. While I typically go for the same meal, there are many options for the whole family. I went to the café to see what the experience would be like, it was a nice place, kept fairly clean and tidy. However, I can't ignore the service, which unfortunately wasn’t up to the same standard. The staff seemed a bit disengaged, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or friendliness. I would advocate for staying at home and getting it delivered. Still, the shakes alone make it worth the stop. If you’re a fan of milkshakes, this place is a must-visit – just maybe don’t expect the best customer service. Hopefully, they can work on that, because the milkshakes alone are enough to bring me back!

Ideal for a quick cup of coffee and a catch up

Stopped off here for a quick drink and it was very welcoming. Staff were very friendly and we were seated quickly. The hot chocolate was amazing and you must try it. Although we didn't have time for food the menu looked very nice with a great selection available. We'll be back for food next time.

Great place to eat and meet friends and family

Popped in with my wife and had a beautiful cooked breakfast. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were very polite and friendly, the tea was perfect, not cheap tea bags and our food arrived in a good time, which was brilliant as they were busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and cuppa. The prices are exceptionally good and very good value for money. We both agreed that our breakfasts had set us up for the day.

regular for breakfast or brunch. Have never been disappointed. Turkish coffee and the spicy salmon omelet - unusual but very good. All staff have always been first class - update - 16-7-24 - try the Turkish coffee, its so good. Also they do a spicy omelette, the Mexican, which they can add jalapenos and chilli too, its delicious. Avocado smasher with halloumi also excellent

Bustling small café with 2hrs free car parking. Excellent coffee - nice and strong. Way superior to Costa, Starbucks etc. Had their inclusive breakfast - a decent breakfast with coffee included. Had an extra coffee just because it was very good. The quality, cooking and service were all great. I felt very welcomed. A bit of a shame that they don't allow swapping of items. I prefer to avoid carbs so don't eat the toast or beans. If I could swap for an extra egg or two I'd be much more likely to visit. That said, I'm still likely to visit again anyway, just maybe a little less often.

Not happy at all. I ordered this at 8:40 and it arrived at 9:56, over an hour later, and during the wait time the only update was that it could arrive at 10 o clock and when I went to cancel my order I was told that I would not receive a refund! There were no apologies from anyone! For a dish that looks like there’s not too many mushrooms, there are more mushrooms than anything else. Everything arrived cold and wet. I will not be ordering from here again!

Went there on Mother's Day for breakfast, the breakfast was lovely and a good price. We live locally and never been before but will definitely go back as the menu they offer looks great .

Dropped in to cafe aroma in totton precinct yesterday lunchtime. Wow! Really good service, very busy, but always attentive to customers needs. I watched them all helping each person that needed help to move around the seating etc. great, I will go back there, and recommend it to others.

Place smelled like a toilet. Waitress was clearly new and inexperienced, and she rolled her eyes when we weren't ready to order. Food tasted okay, though it upset our stomachs. Coffees were really nice.

Very delicious food and they have delicious drinks. Something to highlight apart from its varied menu and delicious flavors, it is also a place where its employees warmly serve you and although I do not speak English at no time was it inconvenient 🫶 Thank you!!

Tasty meal when it finally arrived

Ordered a take away for breakfast. Didn’t realise it would be both overcooked and cold when it arrived. The veggie sausage was cheap and absolutely disgusting. Hash browns were burnt and soggy. Definitely not worth the price paid. Didn’t even eat half of it before I just couldn’t eat anymore

Excellent service and excellent quality food. The staff are always very polite and helpful. Richard goes above and beyond the normal level of customer service. He's a valuable asset to the company. Outside seating is provided and wheelchair accessible. It also has 2 floors for those who can use it. Very clean premises with an excellent rating.

Have ordered from here twice now, and both times the delivery was earlier than predicted. The food was very tasty. We've had the large fry up both times as it's very nice and worth every penny. Also had the homemade lasagne, which was very nice. Food delivered hot both times. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again ourselves.

Really enjoyed my treat I don't eat very often. I just can't be bothered while alone . It's hard to find delivery places that make a meal taste the way it should. I will definitely order again in the Future.

Not quite as it appears I would say. Looks very charming and the menu looks nice, but we only ordered coffee and it was…. Distinctly average. I didn’t actually see it being prepared as I popped into the lavatory, but there was a decent looking machine so assumed it would be made from that for the price. But the taste was very like instant coffee and powdered milk. We also didn’t find the staff very pleased to be taking our order, but looking at the other reviews, perhaps we caught someone on a bad day. They did offer decaf however, which was welcome.We didn’t have any food so can’t really comment on that. I hesitate to say this, as I’m not a general fan of Costa… but if you just want coffee, the one down from here might suit you better.

Excellent attention and good taste food, I love their Mexican Omelette (good portion) with a cup of turkish coffee, highly recomended.

Lovely breakfast but missing bacon fron breakfast so was a bit disappointed

Lovely food and the staff were very attentive. I was a little disappointed in the portion size especially after paying nearly £10 for avocado and poached eggs on toast. I didn’t expect to get 1 slice of toast with 2 eggs. 😕 This doesn’t take away from the fact that the food was delicious and presented beautifully.

First time ordering from here and we were very impressed. We had cooked breakfasts and they were made with really quality ingredients. Lovely thick bacon and huge properly cooked sausages. Was definitely worth the money as a treat after a late night.

Sadly, the fish was very overcooked and much of it had to be thrown away.

Ordered the halloumi breakfast, advertised as coming with toast and bubble and squeak. Breakfast arrived with avocado and baked beans instead . Phoned restaurant, was told sorry, we forgot to update the just eat description and to cancel the order to get a refund. When I said i cannot cancel because it’s been delivered, was told to email just eat.
