The best restaurants in United Kingdom

Thank you to the lovely people at Eat Street at the Stadium - they went above and beyond to make battered fish and French fries for me - different from their current daily special of breaded fish- excellent customer service. Food was delicious! Thanks a bunch guys - great little find.

I had a dessert delivered and it was a little late I had 2 free donuts, they were amazing I would highly recommend

Oh dear- I really wanted to like this restaurant but it was let down by slow service, clearly "warmed -up" dishes and (at least for me) a gloomy atmosphere. There was one waiter on duty, answering calls, serving food and sorting out the buffet; a charming young man but much too much for him to do. Epping is blessed with other Indian restaurants and nothing I've had today will encourage me to go back to Coriander. Sorry!

Went here for the unlimited Sunday lunch. Was totally ignored by the staff when we arrived, stood waiting while the staff walked past us. I had to grab someone and tell them we had a table booked. A young girl looked at the reservations list then went off to check. Upon coming back, she walked straight past us and started serving in the bar. Again, I had to get a different staff member and explained we had a table booked, to which he replied “ I don’t think we have any tables”. I told him that someone could at least communicate with us and offer us a drink. We sat and waited, at which time, the staff began arguing with the manger about the table situation. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The manager then came over and did apologise and said he’d had 2 staff members not turn in. He took us to a table. The food was quite nice, though the gammon was extremely salty. Probably wouldn’t go back in a hurry.

If you want top quality fish and chis, freshly cooked, then this is the place. A hard working couple who offer a friendly service. We'll be back.

Not sure if the reviews on here are bots or they offered a discount. Half the size of what a burrito should be, minimal meat inside and the flavour was shockingly bad. Also the business offers no sides? For £12 Id expect more than a mini burrito and drink in a box. In response to island burrito's response - It was a group lunch order so you won't see my name. I'm concerned instead of addressing the issue you had to search for my order and falsify my honest opinion

The overall standard of dim sum in this restaurant is very high👍👍. Each dish maintains the traditional flavor of Cantonese dim sum and is very particular about the ingredients used. Whether it's steamed pastries, fried pastries or desserts, you can feel the delicacy and ingenuity of the pastry making. The price is moderate and cost-effective. It is very suitable for enjoying with family or friends or taking it home to enjoy slowly. Will recommend to friends and family to share these delicious dishes. I hope your next dim sum trip will be equally enjoyable!

Great little gem of a place, off the beaten track in the church yet accessible from WFC and the corridor above the buses

Edgeworth is a lovely quaint village that is tranquil and peaceful. I am the daily postman collection driver and if you're wanting a day out, stop by here for a bite to eat. They do takeaway too, and the food is excellent and homemade from local produce. The ladies here are lovely and will cater for ALL your needs. Very polite, conversant nothing's too much trouble. But don't take my word for it, try it out yourself, you won't be disappointed, trust me...

Sad to report food standard was absolutely terrible. Chicken Dinner... (so called) Processed canned or frozen carrots Processed rubber chicken Processed frozen broccoli Processed frozen roast potatoes Processed frozen Yorkshire pudding not appropriate 😒. Granular BEEF gravy with insufficient amount of granules or too much water! (basically coloured flavoured water). Tea was tangy and not nice. Absolutely terrible. I also noticed person sat behind had corned beef pie, unfortunately they had the same misfortune with the gravy. So that's two set meals i strongly recommend be avoided. Shame, because staff were pleasent, surroundings were clean and tidy. What made it more they seemed like nice people.......... Alas food was really really poor 😟

Absolutely loved this place. Stayed at the Signal Station and walked over on 3 different nights for dinner. Ate in the terrace restaurant each time and honestly was shocked at how good the food was. The quality was incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough.
