I only ever order food from this place, the people who work there are incredible and always go above and beyond for my little requests for extra spices and such. Love them

Había estado deseando visitar aquí durante bastante tiempo. Las fotos en línea siempre se veían muy bien y había oído cosas buenas sobre la comida y los precios. Desafortunadamente me quedé muy insatisfecha. La comida era bastante cara - pollo especial £ 18 solo, sin añadir un lado con él. El pescado frito de cúrcuma era realmente bastante soso y un poco masticable. Todo estaba muy bien cocinado y no tardó mucho en llegar a la mesa, pero se sentía como si le faltara algo de “corazón y alma” que esperaba llegar aquí. La salsa de curry y los rollitos de primavera estaban deliciosos, pero no fue suficiente para guardar la comida tristemente. El servicio estaba absolutamente bien, no hay quejas en absoluto allí. Es triste decir que no creo que volvamos.

Ordered the three roast with rice and my friend had the three roast with noodles The duck on both of our dishes had very little meat it was all bone or fat. I understand belly pork is very fatty anyway but it had the smallest sliver of meat and my food was cold but the drink was warm

What a lovely little gem in the heart of Birmingham, this small family run business in The Bullring serves up the most delicious selections of bubble tea and frozen yoghurt. Try the slushy versions of everything, will certainly get your taste buds satisfaction. All staff are polite and very helpful in guiding me to ordering my first bubble tea and frozen yoghurt. The service was quick and efficient. Will certainly be back here for more delicious refreshments, can't wait! :-p

Very weird experience. Vague description of the goat special. Not told we had to cook the food ourselves and that it would come as a broth. Very fatty. Very expensive. Then charged for an extra drink when we all knew we had only had 4 kids drinks not 5! Added gratuity on a meal for 2 with chips for 2 kids. 2 rounds of drinks over £125! Shocking

I was a customer for over 5 years. I was coming to Pho regularly, however over time the quality of the food, drinks and service gradually declined. Today I was eating at Pho for the last time as I was disappointed with what I received. Food was quite average however when it comes to drinks I was shocked. I have ordered as always Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk, however it was so weak, and half empty! It lasted three sips! For this price it’s a rip off! Never again!

We visited yesterday for the first time, and decided to have lunch. It was really busy. I ordered gammon, egg and chips, which was supposed to come with onion rings, but there wasn't any, and no explanation as to why I didn't get them. The egg was hard boiled rather than fried, surely it's supposed to be runny... My partner ordered fish and chips, was under seasoned and batter was soggy. No one came to ask if our meals were OK, so not sure we would visit again. However the bar staff were friendly, so no complaints there.

Discovered Banh Mi through this spot...and I'm hooked. Led me to summer rolls, rice noodle bowls, mango sticky rice and now that I've worked my way through the entire menu I can truly say I love it all!! If you're concerned about wait times remember it's only because everything is fresh and made to order - which also allows for the owners to accommodate special requests! (Tip: Visit in off peak hours of 2pm onwards or call in to order and collect). The hidden gem of leam! ♥️
