Took a little while but was immediately made up for with how delicious the food was

Food took 2 hours 45 mins to arrive! Never touched it - awaiting refund

The bao buns were stale and terrible. We are very disappointed with the quality....this is the second time we are disappointed with the food quality from teriyaki.

food was delicious, order said it would arrive in 45 mins, took an hour, however food quality more than makes up for that and I wasn't that bothered anyways

Food is incredible! 10/10 loved all of it! The chicken in the noodles was beautifully cooked! The sashimi chefs kiss! And the kimchi! Loved every bit of it! Will definitely be ordering again

well cooked but not much flavour

Visited the restaurant for work lunch and tried their sushi. The suahi platter was work of art and we really enjoyed it

The food is very nice But ordering from uber eats takes the mick It’s not worth ordering The driver keeps changing to different people When the food gets picked up The driver has other jobs to do before your own delivery which is not good at all Food is fresh but when uber eats does this The food is not fresh Better to order from their own website

ordered at 8pm didn’t arrive till 9:45pm. Food was cold would not order again. Kept pushing the time back so I couldn’t cancel it as it had been accepted.

The food arrived in a complete mess. The packing along the delivery made all my sushi platter become one mushy thing. I am eating due to I am starving otherwise it should been binned.

New restaurant with a with a average taste food. Bubble tea was too sweet and fried noodles was too spicy. Beef steak bowl was good tasty and quantity was also good.

this place is disgusting we have ordered from here many times thing the food was amazing we ordered from here yesterday and there was a parasite in our food the salmon was also black in some places. spoke to the owner about a full refund he was rude and aggressive over the phone to us and refused to refund us in any way saying that we are lying. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Taking to long to prepare the food, and they cooking and prepare without using gloves, I ask them twice how long and they take a pice very disrespectfully

Ordered from here and the food was delivered safely and was piping hot which was good. I ordered the chicken chilli ramen which I was really looking forward to, the broth was really nice but noodles were overcooked and chicken extremely dry, which says something for chicken in a broth. Those are my only negative points, the benzo box was a bit basic from what I used to have in Japan but it was the best I’ve had in this country. Would definitely recommend trying again

We booked this restaurant because of the reviews about how authentic the food is so, we had high expectations. The food ain't bad at all, but I wouldn't say it's four or five star. It generally tasted quite cheap especially the beef bao bun which we didn't eat and to be fair they didn't charge us for, the man looking after us was decent. The atmosphere felt odd in there but we stayed because of the reviews on the food. Basic and uninspiring with nothing in there but basic table and chairs. This part is for the owners. Clean your toilets, if we'd have seen it before food I wouldn't of eaten there. The hand wash was grubby, empty toilet rolls on the side and I don't reckon it had been cleaned for a few weeks because it was pretty grim.

Delivery was quoted as 35-45 minutes on ordering. Waited 1 hour 35 for delivery. Food was excellent but delivery time unacceptable.

10/10 packaging was perfect and hubby who is a picky eater loved the food as well. The mochi was our favourite.

The vegetarian bento box needs work. The cats curry sauce makes it very soggy. We had to throw this away. I suggest you do your sauce separate in future so the plank does not turn it to mush. The beef noodles were nice but beef very chunky and a bit rubbery. Good portion sizes and the soup is a nice touch.

Beautiful Japanese food and great vegan options - the vegan bento box was just right. Service was friendly and attentive but we did go fairly early on a Saturday evening. The place itself is a WIP, hence the lower score on atmosphere . Will be returning next time I am in Cov.

Good service great taste of food. Reasonable price. And they are remodeling the place which will give a better atmosphere.

I dont recomand , staff are very rude and will shout at you when you ask how long the food is gonna take, i also found dirt all over the floor and where they would cut the sushi

Stopped here for dinner before a gig at the Library. Food was absolutely superb; we had a couple of sushi platters and a bento box; all delicious. Attentive service, and the restaurant itself will be lovely when they’ve finished decorating.

Went on a date with my partner and the food was amazing, the music was a bit loud but not majorly and the service was fairly quick Would absolutly reccomend We splashed a little but the menu is absolutly budget friendly too

Worst restaurant, unhealthy and dangerous

This place needs to be a must have for eveyone in Coventry! Even if you’re not from Coventry, you’re not going to regret coming all the way here for food. I had the spicy ramen, spicy cocnatsu curry in the mains and oh boy 10/10! In thr starters I had the Karaage chicken and the chicken Gyoza and both these are a MUST try. Thank you so much to Mohammad for his amazing service and hospitality!

I ordered the torched salmon nigiri, but the not-torched one was delivered

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was outstanding and so reasonably priced. Really good vegetarian/ vegan selection. We had the Ramen and Vegan Crispy Rolls. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Went there last week, I’ve been thinking about it non-stop ever since. Best underappreciated place to eat in coventry, completely changed my opinions on japanese cuisine. Would recommend the firecracker wings to start. Lovely owner, you won’t feel bad about supporting this place. All the best to Mohammed.

Muy contento con la comida, recién cocinada y grandes porciones tamaños. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El propietario era muy servicial, ya que están renovando arriba y por lo que arriba no es tan accesible, pero nos hizo espacio para comer arriba. Sin duda volveremos cuando las renovaciones estén completas en un par de semanas.

Wonderful teriyaki noodles, all the drinks bang and the sushi are fresh with authentic sauce/condiments. Mohammed is an amazing host and delivers some of the best customer service I have received. The best restaurant in Coventry, as a uni student the prices are really affordable.

Hidden gem in Coventry, as a uni student this place is like a second home with some of the best food out there. Muhammad’s service is the best there is and he’s like a dad.

Delicious food, i had chicken karaage, spicy chicken ramen and kimchi, all very nice but the kimchi was the best I've had, not sure if it's home made but it was excellent 😋

Ordered on Uber eats, I order from here quite often as the food is delicious. Decided to try karagee chicken for the first time and it was Devine! Very accommodating and kind as well when I made an additional request to swap an item. 100% would recommend food is delicious and fresh, will leave you craving more!

Food took almost 2 hours, when it did arrive it was hot and the food was very good but our drinks were missing, if it arrived faster and the drinks were there i’d have no complaints

Visiting over from Birmingham, I wanted a ramen dish, I wasn’t disappointed. The dish was very tasty and the sides were extremely tasty, drinks could be a little bit better but we still enjoyed it nonetheless. Although the atmosphere was a bit odd, the service was excellent and the catering was thoughtful. Thank you!

I've ordered before and everything was nice but I've ordered today and the chicken tastes like it's been sat out all day and just reheated there's hardly any sauce and the rice is cold 👍After reviewing my review I was contacted and offered to have new fresh food which came and was amazing service and much better food thank you to the manager 👍

One of the best Karaage I have had, loved the ramen, and the vegetable gyozas are sooo nice from here, I have them nearly every time. The food arrived hot (which is crazy bc it says more than 5mi away!!). This is genuinely one of my favourite restaurants to get food delivered from, I have ordered from here like 4 times, with a different order each time and they haven't disappointed me with anything I have ordered! I got the spicy sirloin spicy ramen, chicken karaage, and the veg gyozas (100% would recommend)

I love the coconatsu and rice here. Take in or delivery both bang! All the staff are very attentive and friendly. I think the food is cheap for how good it is, this is not a request for a price increase. 🤭

The food here is really good. The bento Box combo are great deals as well. As someone who loves different cuisine, I like the Japanese Food here. The delivery service is reliable and fast. They maintain good hygiene. Limited eat-in capacity but great for takeaways.

The food is so nice ! The little issue will be that the portions sometimes are not really generous but overall the taste is on point ! The staff is also welcoming and friendly ! Sometimes the wait is long but it is worthy because it is always fresh that’s why they took time ! The quality is amazing ! I would definitely recommend;)

Very delicious food and great customer service

That atmosphere is absolutely amazing also their service. The food is so delicious. We tried the Vietnamese chicken and it was so juicy. I am so satisfied and their quantity is also good. We ordered bubble tea as well and the taste was so rich in creamy. It was actually a great experience. I had so much fun with my friends there. Thank you teriyaki for this experience!!
