Fantastic find. Wonderful food, great veggie options and excellent staff. Go and eat there! Wish I lived closer so I could go back!

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Decor and atmosphere were very pleasant. Menu was varied and all our food was cooked and presented perfectly with fragrant fresh flavours. I would definitely recommend those restaurant! The only negative is having service charge added without prior notice. As we'd drunk alcohol, and our bill was already high, we feel we ended up paying a premium rate for our food compared to teetotal diners whose drinks need no more preparation than ours. We would have preferred to choose how much tip we gave, but decided that as the evening was so enjoyable, we'd pay it anyway. I'd love to return to sample other dishes.

Fantastic. Great atmosphere and lovely menu. Staff friendly and most amazing crispy duck that melts in your mouth. Will visit again.

A wonderful lunch on Saturday with the family. One of the best meals out I’ve had out for a long time. Food was delicious, service excellent, and the waiters really good and helpful, Everyone enjoyed their food - I had a pho dish that was hot soup and to which I added ingredients. Wife enjoyed fish, son also had a pho and daughter had some tofu noodles. Really pleased we have this in Warwick and will be going again soon.

Flavour starters were slightly above average and flavoursome, but the main course was terrible The lamb and beef dishes were tough meat. The lamb special came with raw onions and peppers. The beef main course sauce had no flavour if you’re looking for this kind of food I would suggest to go to Tambayan in Kenilworth

We visited for the first time during Smith Street Party. Our food was absolutely delicious & every dish that we saw come out of the kitchen looked equally as delicious. We're looking forward to going back & trying some different dishes. A very reasonable price for the quantity & quality of food & friendly staff, despite being a bit understaffed

Visited for the first time today and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the BÚN SẢ with chicken, and it was really tasty. My sister, who's GF and dairy-free, enjoyed the PHỞ XÀO. The menu had plenty of gluten-free and vegan options on offer. Also, the ginger and lemon tea was a real treat! Can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend for anyone with dietary needs!

We have been here about four or five times now, and the food has always been delicious. We would recommend getting any of the pho noodle soups, they are perfect on a cold, winters evening. The service is always really good too.

This is such a lovely restaurant, it feels a bit magical to walk in, its quite small, with loads of atmosphere. It was a Saturday night so a bit of a buzz! We had a great waiter who recommended dishes as this was our first Vietnamese restaurant experience. The sharing platter was excellent, with plenty to share. I had the recommended beef stew (not at all like a British stew!), it was fragrant, tender and delicious. Great choices of rice and accompaniments. Friendly, kind staff. Highly recommended.

We wanted to try this seemingly small, busy and bright restaurant. To ensure a good table I booked nearly a month in advance, requesting a window seat for Saturday 02nd December. This request was quickly confirmed stating ‘ I will keep the window seat for you’. Sadly on arrival 4 minutes before the reserved time of 1900, the restaurant was busy and all window seats full. After a little panic we were asked to follow the waiter towards a different room at the back. Which previous reviews have warned against We left to eat elsewhere. At 1917 I received an email saying our table was ready. We declined. Poor organisation equals disappointed customers and a poor reflection of service. We will never go again. It should be noted that no apology was forthcoming

Great food and very chill. A large birthday party arrived just after we sat down, without promoting the staff offered to move us to a quieter backroom , which was lovely!

Having booked a week ahead for a week day evening, were concerned to see all tables occupied on our arrival. However waiter said he would take us to their "new room" and took us through to a small, windowless and totally unrenovated presumably former store room with 4 cheap looking tables, none of them set. Two walls were bare brick, formerly external with sloppily pointed repair work, other 2 walls were plywood including a plywood firedoor. Totally unacceptable, would have walked out there and then had we not been with friends. Have come here since newly opened and have previously reviewed it well but will not return. Efficient, English speaking couple whe ran it in earlier days have not been here recently, service has slipped ever since and this evening they were busy and disorganised. Waiters who brought our food could not even say the names of the dishes clearly, and one who took the orders spoke some English but not enough to answer queries. There were long delays and they didn't bring the rice we had ordered. Table top did not look clean and we never once saw tables being anti bac'd as they emptied. Food was good, as always, but if they are going to seat customers in a setting like that they should warn them when they book (all bookings are by phone as on-line doesn't work) or offer it to drop-ins who have the option of refusing. Mens toilet was out of order so all customers had to use the sole women's toilet. Then they added their usual 10% service charge to the bill as well.

We were travelling back from Wales & came down the high street, saw this was a packed restaurant & thought great place to eat. Only table by door, looked at menu, waitress kept coming over clicking her pen, felt pressured to order. Got the seafood platter, a tofu dish & fried rice. It all came together very quickly. It was way too salty & very small portions, for the price. Staff friendly enough, but I said twice at end, how salty the meal was, waiter said will tell kitchen. Stomach hurt that night & couldn’t sleep & thought the salty flavour was MSG, felt off for last 2 days.

New(ish) restaurant - lovely tasty food. The service was pretty good though a little chaotic. Busy which is always a good sign - would return again for sure

Tonight was our first visit to Yum Yum but it definitely won't be our last. My husband and I spent 3 weeks traveling around Vietnam and the food we ate tonight tasted exactly like what we had on our travels. The service was very friendly and the prices are good so all this would explain why the restaurant was completely booked up tonight. If you want to go, I highly recommend making a reservation.

Walked past to what appeared as a fully booked out venue. Menu and food looked promising. Prompted to book ahead, just in case. Welcomed, friendly service. Sat down to a fully laid out table, including menus. Ordered various mains and others to share between us, to try then to gauge whether a return would be likely. All presented and tasted fine. Wouldn’t say generous in terms of portions, which for me is a deserving * especially in this range/type of cuisine and price bracket. The green layered pandan dessert was ‘interesting’. A good addition to Warwick and if local. Recommend trying at least once, to review yourself.

Food was excellent, good quality ingredients, beautifully presented, lovely tasting, sauces were light with no trace of oil or grease. Service was good, fairly efficient, pleasant and no mistakes made. Ambience fairly good, 11 of 12 tables filled on a week night. Didn't mind the 10% service as I would have left that amount of tip, but nothing on website or menu warned of the charge.

Had a lovely evening here, do make sure you book or you will be disappointed. Staff are welcoming and polite, if a little slow, but we were happy as we had all evening. Very good response to an email query I had and we will certainly go again.
