So delicious, food came really quick and our server Hoa was absolutely lovely, so smiley, friendly and helpful :) i recommend the wok-fried noodles with tofu !!!!

The service by Linh and Phoebe was exceptional. We were asked about our allergies and sat on our table of choice. The food was delicious and Phoebe checked in on us throughout our meal if it was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I love Pho food but this is the first time we have visited Pho in Birmingham. The space was clean and tidy and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. It was very efficiently and effectively run. The food was lovely, hot and arrived in good time. We will all return again.

Went for lunch on a Tuesday, place was not busy, waited 50 mins for food, and the order was delivered incorrectly twice (completely different dishes). Food quality was poor.

After arriving from Chester we were looking for a quick meal and ventured into Grand Central and decided on Pho. So glad we did as the food and service were amazing. Fresh clean flavours.

I’ve been coming here for years, both to sit in and take away. The food has always been brilliant and we love that it’s dog friendly too. The staff have always been very helpful. Unfortunately, a few days ago, I tried to order a takeaway before I caught the train home. Which I have always done regularly after work, except for maybe the last 3-4 months. This time I was met with an absolute jobs worth, when trying to order over the phone. He was rude and abrupt. Yes I know that the squid is not on the takeaway menu because it goes soggy in the box. But every time I have ordered this in the past, the manager has happily obliged, after me explaining to them that I don’t mind the squid cold or soggy. It tastes just as good. To clarify I have ordered the squid MANY times in the past to takeaway on the train with no problem. This individual said that I had to sit down, order the squid on a plate, and then put it in a box to takeaway. I mean, can you get anymore ridiculous or petty? I’m trying to catch a train, and he’d rather stand there being rude, than process a £40 order at the customers request. I then tried to call Pho head office, and the phone just rang out constantly with no answer. If me the customer, doesn’t mind cold soggy squid for a train journey. What is the actual problem? Absolutely ridiculous. As a long time regular customer of yours, this experience has been quite disappointing! If you would like me to edit this review, then I suggest having a word with the manager in this branch, and giving him a lesson on customer service.

Having had previously good experience from locations in London, I am hugely disappointed. Waited for my food for almost 30 minutes, definitely not what you want of that's a pre-travel meal. People who came in much later were served quicker. Ridiculous. Food was only OK.

So the Pho in Birmingham is just as awesome as the one in Nottingham! This place really can do no wrong! Staff awesome, food awesome, value for money awesome, healthy awesome.......just simply.....awesome 👌 many thanks again! ☺️

The food was just awful. I got a takeaway, spicy noodles with tofu and mushrooms, they gave me 4 chillies in a little baggie with it. When I went to eat it the tofu tasted and felt like soggy bread, there was no flavour at all and the noodles were even worse, they were completely stuck together in a hard rock and had absolutely no flavour to them. the 4 chillies added nothing. Complete waste of money. If you enjoy flavourless noodles you'll love this place.
