The best Vietnamese food around. Food is always fresh and service is brilliant. Staff are super friendly and always serve with a smile on their face :-)

The customer service was spectacular here and I would definitely visit again as the food was also extremely tasty! I had the classical beef brisket and the flavour was amazing!

The service was very very good and the food was nice and delicious also the waitress Akhila was also very nice and friendly.

We were lucky enough that Helen (Pen) served us, the food was amazing and plentiful, the pork and lemongrass starter was perfect, or main courses; so tasty and the rice was impeccable. Highly recommend, please visit.

Been a fee years since we were last here, nice to return. Food as good as we remember, flavoursome and complex as you would expect from Vietnamese food. The pho broth especially full of flavour aswell as the wonderful peanut dip with the summer rolls! Had to ask for our water again as it looked like it was missed first time but all other service fantastic, even being recognised by a waitress from all those years ago! Wonderful experience!

Everywhere I visit, if there's a Pho, I eat there. The food is consistently fantastic. Large portions and beautifully made food. The staff here where so lovely, polite and kind. The vegan range is amazing and the vegan gluten free is more than a sala, which is a breath of fresh air! Couldn't recommend Pho enough in any city. Ηelen was the waitress who served us. From the first moment we met her, she explained us the menu and any question we needed. She was very polite, sweet and professional without interrupting us during the meal. The food was also delicious and clean. We recommend this place

The food are absolutely perfect. I ordered the beef brisket and it's the most traditional and best one I ate around UK. The environment is comfy and chilling with really really kind and sweet staffs.

Amazing Pho and noodle dishes. Fresh ingredients, so flavourful. Staff really friendly. A must to try. Recommend spicy king prawn pho.

Went for a pre theatre meal and must have caught them on an off day. Most of the staff were terse, snappy and service was poor. Food came out fairly quickly and was nice enough, if a bit dry. Gluten free options are fantastic. Had to ask to order drinks as they swept the menus away. Really terrible attitudes and it was clear they didn’t want to be there. Maybe it was just a bad day. Second time I’ve been and the first was good, but I can’t see myself going back again with so many other friendlier options.

I’ve been to this branch of Pho a few times now and found the service to be of a consistently high quality. I was service this time around by Susie who is the manager at time of posting this review. I had: Pork spring rolls, followed by chicken and noodle soup. Then banana fritters with honey and ginger ice cream and a pint of Vietnamese lager. As with most of. My travels, I was accompanied by my lovely Guide Dog Pyrgo who was also made very welcome with a bowl of water and some ice cubes which he really likes.

The food never disappoints, but it’s the incredible staff (honourable mention the amazing Darcey) that make this place so amazing regardless of the type of dining experience you are wanting for that day. Darcey and the team are so accommodating and never fail to put a smile on your face :)

Their brisket pho is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Also great atmosphere - the waitress Paulina was so helpful. And great prices for students;)

The atmosphere and service by Helen and other staff are always outstanding which is why I keep coming back. The quality of the broth is also the best I have had in Birmingham although the quality (and portion) of the sliced beef varies from day to day - but today was really good!

I had a lovely experience at Pho. The food was good, particularly recommend the veg spring rolls, and the atmosphere was excellent.

got seated immediately in the half full dining area only to wait 20 minutes without being served or even looked at. one server was wandering around but at least actually working, another was wearing a hoodie and doing his best to pretend he didn't work there, while two girls were having a right good natter behind the counter. hardest worker in the place was the woman seating people which isn't helpful if those people then can't order.

The waiter's service was very poor. I sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to take an order. I even asked the waiter during the period and said that the order will be here soon. But what the hell are you waiting for?

This place does great pho(ramen) but I used to get the steak one which was beautiful, I’m veggie now and tried the “hot & spicy THIS isn’t chicken”. I was not a fan of the fake chicken, it was a weird off putting shape and didn’t taste good. I’m not a complainer, but to my veggie people if you go there just get the tofu because I added tofu on top and that was nice!

Decided to try this restaurant on the spur of the moment whilst passing. Hadnt a clue what to choose food wise but we were given some great tips and ideas by our waitress. We chose the 3 meat combo and the spicey curry on her suggestion and it was so good. Great food and great service. Top marks to Paulina for her great service

Loved this place! Came here to visit from Canada for the first time, and stopped over for some pho. The food was delicious and our server Tan was super friendly, quick, and accommodating with our time restraint before our flight. Will definitely come back and bring others to try it out too!
