The best restaurants serving Turkish food in London

Just had a delivery and it was nothing short of disgusting. Ordered at 6:50pm and it arrived at 8:40pm. Food was greasy and cold. Containers were all squashed with food seeping out of them. When we phoned the restaurant to complain, we were told that delivery could take up to 70 minutes. Well this was well over 70 minutes. Then person on phone just hung up on us. Rude, atrocious service. Always had good food from there in the past but this is disgusting. I will be taking this further as want a full refund. Pedí comida del restaurante Hilal esta tarde. Muy sabroso y un montón para compartir un montón de sobras. Es la segunda vez que pido comida.

It’s not professional when you go to order dinner twice you get information that there is no rice.!!! Everything about this place is below par. One employee in particular. Very brave and tries to approach you. I will never go back there again.!

Ok, solo quería un bocadillo realmente, debería haber hecho que Lamachun hubiera optado por la sopa de cordero, era horrible. Tendones de cordero, fibrosos, la carne era casi de color gris. Mi hija tenía pollo shish era muy sabroso. Limpie buen menú, evite la sopa de cordero. Panes sabrosos, sin licencia, volverían pero elegirían un plato alternativo.

Had a great evening at Istanbul restaurant yesterday. From the customer service to the food, the whole experience was on point. Our waitress, Gozde, was funny and professional and made the evening that little bit more special. All staff were lovely and it felt like being around friends. The food was fresh and the meat was tender. Our mains were at our table as we finished our starters, so no waiting around for long periods inbetween. I recommend having afew checky cocktails too. Thanks to all at Istanbul!

Salad wasn’t fresh. Chicken was chewy and dry. Used to be lovely food here, not a good experience tonight unfortunately

I ordered food, first of all food was missing and on top of it the food which was delivered was also wrong. The owner didn't want to listen. When I called to complain he starred shouting at me. Neither they delivered the remaining food as well. Do not ever order from these frauds.

Lleva años aquí. El mejor restaurante turco alrededor y a un precio razonable. Han perdido su identidad. Restaurante más grande, los precios subieron y porciones más pequeñas. Traté de ser como otros restaurantes. La forma en que los hicieron diferentes y atractivos. Verdadera vergüenza

My kids have eaten everything and said how good it is my burger and chips wore cooked to perfection salad was very fresh and tasty, Iv never eaten a kebab like it before im never going anywhere else Iv also left you very good feedback on Deliveroo I’ll be back 5********

Vivimos localmente y siempre estamos encantados con la comida aquí. Indiscutiblemente el mejor falafel que he tenido en Londres. ¡Todo es tan abundante que nunca te vas con hambre! ! Y no podríamos haber pedido un personal más amable, ¡gracias! ! Nos encanta apoyar a estos muchachos, vamos allí una y otra vez por su deliciosa comida. Gracias Mangal! !

Went to watch my local club at Wembley. We stumbled across this place on the way back to the car and bought Starters and two mains. We got half way through the starters between two full grown blokes. We literally couldn’t eat anymore. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. If I ever find myself in the area again I will make a beeline for this place. Amazing and well priced
