Came into town for work and hit up Efes Restaurant for dinner. The menu looked amazing, so I ordered a starter and main, and the food came out super fast – I was starving! The food was incredible; fresh and the flavors were off the charts! Definitely going back!! Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Menu 10/10

Unfortunately I cannot agree with most positive reviews on here. Our food tasted horrible. Maybe it was a one off? Gutted as spent £100.

Food is nice .But for a given price portions could be bigger.Very small restaurant. And staff doesn't write down your orders therefore some of tour orders can be missing and you have to remind them again and again. It could be doing better then this.And there should be a face control or something so homeless looking people with sandals on a barefoot should not be allowed in.ITS A RESTAURANT after all!

It's probably the best Turkish place I have been to in London. The ambiance and atmosphere of the place are good, with very good service. The beauty of Turkish places are the million side dishes they bring for free along with the soft and succulent breads. This place surely does not disappoint on that front. Each and every dish we ordered on the menu was fantastic. I think you just can't go wrong with any dish at this place. Recommended dishes: Turkish pizza Lamb beyti Cold mezze platter

Way to expensive and charge for service at 12.2 % is to much. I feeled being rushed to leave as they wanted to make table ready for other customers, soon as I finished my last bite they will rush to clean the the table. I would not recommend.

Ordered a Chicken Kebab Box and a Lahmacun. Service was fast and the food was top drawer. Fresh and tasty with lots of tasty rice and sauces with it. Really couldnt fault it although the bread with it could have been warm. Overall a great meal and will be back

One of the worst restaurants I have eaten in London. We ordered a kebab and they gave us bread crumbs with sauce and small pieces of kebab on top of it on the plate. They are stingy with their food. annd very expensive We paid for two people 70£ Add to that the poor quality of the food and I would not recommend it at all.

Desafortunadamente, este por alguna razón los cargos son una cantidad ridícula de dinero como £ 20 para un plato principal, que es solo kebab, totalmente excesivo. Todo lo demás es caro en el menú. Y tampoco es un sabor brillante. Es una pena porque no hay una gran variedad de restaurantes en la ciudad de conservas. Pero no volvería a ir.

I recently visited this wonderful place and was blown away by the authentic Turkish flavours. We kicked off with the Meze Platter, and every dip was better than the last, especially the hummus and Cacik. For the main course, I had the Adana Kebab, which was perfectly grilled, juicy, and spiced just right. My friend ordered the Lamb Kofta, and it didn’t disappoint either, tender and full of flavour. But honestly, the highlight was the Baklava crispy, sweet, and absolutely addictive! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. This place is definitely a new favourite for me, and I can't wait to go back!

Expensive compared to the other Turkish. Portion wise i am not satisfied. With that price point, the service charge is too much. Mix grilled was too dry but the grilled fish was really nice after adding some salt.

I ordered from Efes, and the service was good. My request for utensils was included, which I appreciated. The Uber Eats delivery arrived within the expected time range, but the ambiance wasn’t a factor since it was delivery. Overall, the taste was acceptable, though I found the lamb flavor to be overpowering, and the aroma of the rice was a bit unpleasant. While it wasn't a standout experience, it was satisfactory enough for a quick meal.

The waitress was very rude because I came with my mentally ill sister, she served everyone but always ignored us and because of my mentally ill sister’s condition. She treated us very badly since we arrived at the store. Very disappointed. I am paying money and I need to be treated with respect whether my sister have a mental health problem or not. This place should be avoided. Not for food but for lack of service. Disgusting by this waitress because my sister suffers from mental health problem. Very awful. I also own a restaurant in city, which they seem to not understand.

Hello, went there with my colleagues for a birthday party last week . The food was under cooked , atmosphere wasn't very ideal .Flies all around and even one fly fell into the salad and had to throw that away. Way Too expensive . There are good quality cheaper options in town . will not recommend.

The staff are friendly and the food is always very good. We have had many takeaways from here but dined in recently and really enjoyed it. The meat, bread and salad is always fresh and tasty. Lots of variety on the menu and fairly priced. We had more food than we could eat and the Turkish tea is lovely and free. Eat at this place regularly and always very satisfied

We were excited to dine in with our family, but the staff informed us that we couldn't be accommodated because we had four children with us. The customer service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome simply because of our family size. It's unfortunate that a place claiming to be family-friendly would turn away customers for having kids. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to other families.

I’ve tried a lot of Turkish food around London to me this is one of the best diner that you can go to on everyday basis for high quality meats. The grills are on point 👌 This is my 3rd time trying the restaurant this week 😊
