Always a wonderful dining experience. Delicious food and outstanding service. Rony, our waiter, was very kind and considerate. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The waitress was very rude because I came with my mentally ill sister, she served everyone but always ignored us and because of my mentally ill sister’s condition. She treated us very badly since we arrived at the store. Very disappointed. I am paying money and I need to be treated with respect whether my sister have a mental health problem or not. This place should be avoided. Not for food but for lack of service. Disgusting by this waitress because my sister suffers from mental health problem. Very awful. I also own a restaurant in city, which they seem to not understand.

I have eaten from this restaurant many times, and it is my go to place to eat in Canning Town if I want to treat myself. Yes, it is more expensive than many other Turkish restaurants but it is worth it, because it has the best Turkish food that I have ever had, anywhere, which includes Turkey. My particular favourite is the Sea Bass, and son's is the chicken shish.

Hello, went there with my colleagues for a birthday party last week . The food was under cooked , atmosphere wasn't very ideal .Flies all around and even one fly fell into the salad and had to throw that away. Way Too expensive . There are good quality cheaper options in town . will not recommend.

The staff are friendly and the food is always very good. We have had many takeaways from here but dined in recently and really enjoyed it. The meat, bread and salad is always fresh and tasty. Lots of variety on the menu and fairly priced. We had more food than we could eat and the Turkish tea is lovely and free. Eat at this place regularly and always very satisfied

This local Turkish restaurant has the best chicken shish that we ever had. So taste, tender and delicious. Along with great service. Outside the restaurant it is a busy road but inside the restaurant has a nice and calm ambience. Great for the money. Thanks for the baklava 😋

Rubbish customer service, food was full of salt. Please avoid and find another restaurant. If you have kids then they will try not to give you any space, they will come with booking excuse so please avoid this place.

**★☆☆☆☆** This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. ( — 1 star ) Our recent visit to Efes Canning Town branch was very disappointing. We were excited to dine in with our family, but the staff informed us that we couldn't be accommodated because we had four children with us. The customer service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome simply because of our family size. It's unfortunate that a place claiming to be family-friendly would turn away customers for having kids. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to other families.

Good food and a great service from our brother Rony

Second time visiting it and it was great. I absolutely love Efes Lamb Adanna it was soooo flavourful and Smokey and the rice was delicious and buttery with a thin flatbread underneath and some veg on the side. They also give warm need at the start. The lamb ribs were amazing also! We loved it and we will be back!!!

The filling on my wrap was great, but the wrap itself was so tough, I had difficulty chewing it. I also found a large chunk of hard plastic in the wrap, which luckily I didn't swallow, but it jammed on my teeth a little.

This food here is phenomenal. Ronny gave us the best service from the moment we entered and recommended us Sarma Beyti and we were hestitant but it was delicious. The bread , calamari everything was 20/10. And when he put the seasoning on the bread it was the cherry on top. Roshan your food is the dare I say the best I’ve had and your charisma and the love and care you put into your job shines through in the food and your service. Thank you guy so much! We didn’t have much hope finding a good place to eat at 12am other then chicken shops but this exceeded our expectations beyond our imagination Oh I almost forgot the baklava is chefs kiss!!!! Absolutely terrible lamb iskender. We’ve ordered 4 and all 4 were terrible. As a Turkish family we’ve never had worse. Unchewable pieces of meat and fat, nauseating taste, wilted and weird looking salads. I ordered from here as I’ve eaten doner from their Whitechapel branch many times before, thinking this would be an absolute feast for my visiting family. How wrong I was. They may have good enough kebab but I would stay away from their doner and iskender. I’ve paid over £90 for 4, and never had worse Turkish food in all over London.

Placed an order via the phone for a lamachun chicken doner wrap - £9. Fairly quick and prompt service. I didn’t need to wait long for pickup. The wrap was full of flavour (chilli, garlic and onions).

The owner was serving me , asked for a mixed wrap the guy started adding the tomatoes onions with his bare hands didn’t use gloves when i asked why is he touching the food like that got angry saying you wannt it or not! The staff are friendly. He gave me free dates when he know I’m fasting. Also, Turkish tea in the end. By the way, the lady staff is cleaning the floor using vacuum while I’m eating, which actually damages the eating atmosphere by the noise and behaviour.
