Relay good food!!! And Secil was super nice and kind!!!

The staff are friendly. He gave me free dates when he know I’m fasting. Also, Turkish tea in the end. By the way, the lady staff is cleaning the floor using vacuum while I’m eating, which actually damages the eating atmosphere by the noise and behaviour.

Thanks for the service, the food as usual was amazing and waiters polite and respectful.

We ordered our food via uber yesterday and received uncooked disgusting food and uber even did not care.We charged for nothing but stomach pain and bad food.Dont even think to eat from them

I have ordered lamb doner wrap today where they had a discount. When I started to eat it, I didn’t like the taste at all. I looked inside the wrap and realised the meat was white, not cooked properly and the quality was so bad. This is my first time making a review in Google Reviews and probably the last one because I don’t think I’m gonna order food ever again after this experience. I pretty much know most of the Turkish Restaurants in London and I really like Turkish Food. But this was too bad unfortunately. I will hopefully not get a food poisining lol.

The food was so outstanding. Top rated, excellent service and all areas the food was cooked to perfection. The staff were so friendly, very nice and welcoming. From starters, to mains and desserts, excellent choices, a good job to them as well. The toilets looking clean. It is accessible near to the Canning Town Station. I would recommend eating here. I would come here, it's banging and a straight 10/10.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! First and last our visit there. We are very disappointed. There zero Turkish atmosphere. We came 4 people. Order drinks and “effes special 1” just after taking order they brought us small plate of salad ( I would say one person portion) a bit off bread and two dips. Food came and I asked for additional salad and bread. Meat was so dry . When we got a bill they charged us 2£ for salad 2£ for bread and on top of that 13,18 £ service charge. We felt really scammed. Nothing to compare to real Turkish restaurants in London . But “ cherry on the top “ was that Turkish tea cost 2.00£ shame! Everywhere tea is free . Never ever going there again!

After a long absence from coming to this place I decided to treat myself to lunch The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The staff were very nice and unlike the newly opened place nearby they don’t charge for Turkish tea, hassle you to buy their recommendations or ask you to leave a good review! You don’t need to be encouraged as the meals speak for themselves. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Turkish food

The staff are friendly and the food is always very good. We have had many takeaways from here but dined in recently and really enjoyed it. The meat, bread and salad is always fresh and tasty. Lots of variety on the menu and fairly priced. We had more food than we could eat and the Turkish tea is lovely and free. Eat at this place regularly and always very satisfied.

Visited here Friday and wow, the best customer service in a restaurant we have experienced in a long time! The young lady and gentleman waiting staff were attentive, polite and welcoming. We didn't have to ask for our jug of water to be filled, everything was just taken care of. The food was delicious and cooked really well. We walked out with smiles because of how brilliant the staff treated us. Efe's you should be really proud of your front of house team. We can't wait to return!

Got a mixed doner wrap to takeaway from here and it was so good! Staff were lovely and friendly and it looks like a really nice place to sit in as well. If I’m ever at another conference nearby I will definitely come back!

Efes has a variety of shops around East London and I have ate in quite a few of them. The canning town branch is in a great location close to the station on Barking Road and is a nice cozy resteraunt. I took out but the service inside was great they were having a laugh. I ordered the mix grill which came with a variety of meats including lamb shish, chicken shish and Kofte and they all tasted really good with salad on the side. The only negative I would say is for me it was slightly to salty and left me needing alot of water afterwards but it was still tasty so definitely worth eating. There is another Turkish opposite that I have never tried but Efes is a good chain with good quality meat. I had some Sujuk which was great and the bread was nice aswell.

Ohh my God !! I have been eating Kebabs but this very restaurant is so awesome with their services and hygiene. They are all neatly dressed in white polo tops and white hats, clean environment and sweet food . I will always come back here. I got the best food for my money.

We dined at Efes Restaurant in Canning Town (65 Barking RD, E16 4HB) between 19:00-20:00 on 12/11/2023. Despite having 4 adults and 2 infants, we were given a six-person table with only one baby high chair, although we needed two. The staff seemed pushy from the start, urging us to order even before we were settled. It became more uncomfortable when, mid-order, we were told we had to order more since we were at a six-person table. Despite our order exceeding £75 and about to increase, we were threatened with eviction if we didn't spend more. This left us offended and embarrassed, prompting us to leave the restaurant without further ado. The experience was disrespectful, and the money-oriented attitude was disappointing for local customers

The worst doner I have ever had in my life tasteless, so bad chips were odd and the baklava was disgusting. Like how do you get baklava wrong? I am so surprised they dont have worse reviews they must be deleting them some how. So overpriced for no reason.. terrible!

Been at the home build and renovation show at London Excel. Was recommended by a friend to go to a pub nearby and the pub recommended us to EFES… best restaurant I have been to in a very very long time… Food is AMAZING, hospitality the best and value for money is second to none… would honestly recommend this place 100%…. Very disappointing We had last time. It was nice. But today my husband ordered for 2 person sharing one and that was worst experienced i have ever had. We just waste our money they are expensive rather then other testy & popular Turkish food. For me this efes is not doing authentic turkish food any more. Most of their meat is not fresh. When we eat automatically we can compare their food with other turkish restaurant. Money is not worthy. Its completely based on my experienced. Money making is hard work. PLz carefull about your food.

The food was awesome and the staff wass very very good I forgot my walet out side the store and they keep it safely my walet and returnd to me i was sooo happy about it thanks to the staff and to the service
