Antep Durum in Enfield

1hr 40mins no food,call to cancel and owner instead of apologizing decide to call me to have a go at me and being rude, now hungry and fastrauted. =o( be warned if you looking to wait forever for your food and get faced by the owner of the shop to tell you its ok that they are 1hr 40mins late then order from here, never again for me. honest feedback left.

So disappointed by this resteraunt. First order was amazing, everything after that was just awful. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't refund me for an item I paid for but they didn't have in stock. Took hour and a half to deliver us cold food. Didn't put what we asked for. Sent no salad with 5 lamacuns. Man I spoke to on the phone was so rude and obnoxious. In the end I had to get just eat involved for the refund of the items I never received! Such a shame as I thought this was going to be my fav place to order from. They have let themselves down big time.

So far one of the best places to have a kebab special that actually taste good and fast delivery to compliment it!

you need to look at the time people request the food for, ordered it for 2.15 first time turned up at 1,40 then sent away and come back 2.05, food not hot, same food fro 1.40 reheated or just left in warming oven

Delivery was 25mins late. Food was ok but very oily and salty

Ordered soup and kebab wraps hour later food arrives with soup spilt all over the wraps food was soaking wet called to complain only a sorry was said we demanded a new order 1 30minutes later still no food called them they said they lost our order nearly 2hrs and no food was delivered how unprofessional never ever order from here no customer service what so ever business needs to be shut down

There was liver in the meat! A grill special never consists of liver. additionally there was literally 2 serving spoons of rice. When we called - the rice/cousous had finished so we had recieved the bottom of the pot. We have been promised extra coucous on our next delivery. But will not order again

Foid excellent as always. Delivery deiver very polite however I had to call up to add to order and person in the phones werent very polite and forthcoming. Overall very good.

The food tasted like plastic cheap pitta bread

Food was outstanding and plenty as always! Delivery was a bit late but the lovely meal more than made up for it.

This was an amazingly good meal.

Food took half an hour to come, as a result the Lahmacun was a bit cold

took 2 hours to deliver my food, its the second time this has happened as last time the excuse was it's raining no apologies and also forgot my salad.

Took over 1 hour 40 minutes, even though I live a maximum 1 mile away from their restaurant. Reason due to "traffic" No compliments either to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately the items described in the menu was not in the platter. Instead of ribs and lamb shish some liver was supplied which went in the bin. Would have preferred to have chosen something else if given the choice.

lets just say i really enjoyed the food that night, i tend not to order kebab online because when it turns up its cold and not enjoyable, but not in this case. Quality of lamb was soft and the chicken tasted amazing. Its now the next day and I'm still thinking about the meal i will be ordering from Antep Durum again!!

Beautifully cooked meat and loads of it in the special grill. Will definitely order again. Highlights would be the lamb shish and the lachmachun.

Antep Durum is amazing. The antep special is especially great value for money and the food quality is mindblowingly good.

Best Turkish that can be delivered to me on just eat. If you get the Antep special its crazy amount of food for £20. Good quality restaurant Turkish food unlike some of the questionable kebab shops on here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This place is ridiculous, ordered a house mixed special the order arrived an hour and a bit later BURNT! Called them and they said they were going to redo the food and pick up the burnt one they sent me... An hour and a half later still no sign of any food so I called them back and they said there's no driver to deliver the food and hung up. So I called them back again asking for a refund and they said the drivers coming now with the food but they said there's no drivers before? They refused to give a refund, got rude and kept hanging up so I called justeat and complained. Will never order from here again!

Every kebab is normally served with some type of bread/flatbread/lavas/pitta. Even asked specificaly for bread to be sent this time and nothing turned up. Very stingy.

Delivery time was pretty good, arrived ahead of ETA provided! The food was amazing! Everything tasted fresh nothing was over seasoned. I had the Antep special and its enough for 4 fairly greedy people! Lamb ribs well cooked and not yo fatty, chicken wings crisp skinned and tender on the inside, kofte well seasoned, rice, salad and bread all fresh all delicious. If this restaurant changes nothing it will remain great.

The kelle paca soup was a disgrace. The wings food was very cold but still tasted ok.!
