Very bad First they didn’t bring all order what we was ordered And we finally find hair in salad

So dry and overcooked, the chicken was tasteless and I had to bin it straight away. Do not recommend eating from here sorry

Worst kebab shop I've ever ordered from, ordered a large chicken shish and they sent what looks like one grilled chicken breast they cut to pass off as a shish, it had no flavour was dry and the didn't even cook the pitta bread. Utter rank do not buy food from here

Worst kebab shop ever should be shut down for fraud, do not order a chicken shish as you won't get one, ordered a large and ended up with one dry chopped up chicken breast utter rank, looks like they fake reviews as the genuine ones all slate this place. Worst food I have ever had delivered

This is the best kebab shop around. Food is always fresh, tasty and always delivered Quickly. I never order from anywhere else the chicken Shish kebab is yummy

This is by far the worst we have ever had. I ordered scampi and chips ,the scampi was all burnt, I could not eat one bit, and so had a very expensive portion of chips .Well, I say a portion . The kebab was not the best. Never again. A shame ,as it used to be OK.

I have enjoyed kebab orders from here previously but will think twice about ordering again after my latest order. I watched the live update of the delivery driver online. When he was near my house he turned in to a nearby road before passing my house. He then drove straight to the property that is at the beginning of my postcode block.This is a classic symptom of a non UK national thinking you can put a postcode in to Google Maps and navigate to a house by going to that postcode. This incorrect idea will sometimes work if the house is at or near the beginning of a postcode block. My house is at the end of my postcode block, 300m away from the start which is in a different road around the corner. The driver apologised for being late, saying he could not find parking. I do not accept that reason, having watched his failed navigation driving around my neighbourhood for about 10 minutes. I enjoyed the food but it was not up to their usual standard. I ordered hot spicy chicken wings but received wings with no spice whatsoever. One of those chicken wings was in my kebab - not a huge problem but an indication of them being less attentive than usual.

This place has gone down hill rapidly and I’m sure the only reason they are still running is due too drug dealing or money laundering

Worst kebab I’ve ever had missed part of order and turned up cold when I phoned up to ask the shop about these missing orders the man was extremely rude and just put the phone down on me

Ordered kebab and chips with salad and chilli sauce with burger sauce as extra for chips but no chilli sauce on kebab was given. What's a kebab without chilli sauce meal ruined!!!

In 56 years of life, I’ve never been sent Such a worst kebab in my life. This was not a shish kebab. It was big slabs of thin sliced fatty chicken. No cubes of meat as you would expect. It was really horrible. I couldn’t eat it. And nobody was interested in my complaint. If you like a traditional, sheesh kebab I wouldn’t bother. This is very disappointed as I’ve eaten here many times over the years but won’t be going back.

Best kebab place in the area and I know, I have tried them all. Nom, nom.

Was dissapointed on portion size considering amount paid for the kebabs small compared to other shops. Kebab did not taste nice not enough seasoning and didn't respond to my comments for sauces for the kebabs not well packaged. 1st time ordering from them for a while and I was definitely dissapointed.

It was about 10 minutes early which was great as we were really hungry

It's extremely expensive especially for the wrap over £8 for a kofte wrap of that size is a joke and a rip off shame really because it was nice but me being from up north and visiting family down south i find you get hardly anything for your money here and up north you would get fries , drink and wrap for about £5-£6.

UPDATE: Instead of closing at normal kebab shop times, I’ve walked past on numerous occasions seeing them shut at 8.45 on a Friday! The portions are still shocking, and quite frankly the regular price boosts are unnecessary, giving the quality of the food being so terrible. Thanks for reading, find the original below. 2019: Service was poor. The staff were rude and need to work on their manners. My chip portions always differ. I feel that the amounts are unacceptable.

Had a problem with the order the person pick up the phone at the place was rude and hung up on me. Not good value of money for what you got. Wont be ordering from them again.

Kebabs were amazingly presented and tasted great. The only problem was I ordered the pitta and hummus but only the hummus came and for £4.07 that’s a bit crazy. Would recommend though

We have been loyal to Green Lane for two years now as the kebabs are the best around the Sutton area. Sad to say we were disappointed this time. The large mixed kebabs had very little chicken shish, and contained 3/4 lamb Doner. The meat was dry and overcooked and the salad old and floppy. We’ll give Green Lane one more try and hopefully it would have been just a blip

I cancelled the order after waiting for nearly 2 hours, they did not return my money .. do yourselves a favor , do not buy from them, use garden kebab in morden.

Prices have gone through the roof. Used to order from here regularly but never again. Kebabs are average. Not worth that sort of money. They've lost a customer.

I was sick for 2 days after eating a lamb donner kebab from this place so was my mate. It should be closed down!!

Got a text to say food was ready, but was 17 minutes earlier than expected which is annoying when you need time to get there and your food has already been prepared. Also owner/ employee was so rude phoned to say next time I want sauce in a pot I need to pay and when we collected order was so unfriendly and rude.

Always happy with the service and food! Never anything to complain about!

Disappointed, it’s like you order from a new place and the food is amazing then when you order again it just isn’t the same, food wasn’t hot, it was greasy and oily and the chips were soggy.

One of the best kebabs i have had only thing I could say is the pitta bread could be a bit better but other that the meat was tasty :)
