We ordered 15 wings, but instead of chicken wings, we got chicken drumsticks. I come back to complain and they tell me that it's almost the same thing, that they don't have wings, and when I ask for a refund, they tell me that I have to wait or come back to see the manager.

My go to place, never fail to disappoint. Their lamb doner and mix doner is awesome.

I don’t usually leave reviews but really happy with this place! I ordered the lamb doner, pizza, grilled wings and burger meal. Delivery came really quick (ordered via website) and driver super friendly! Wish the fries were more fresh but other than that perfect!

This place is my all in one place to go to, especially when each family member want something different. They do donner, chicken, pizzas, burgers, basically the lot. The food quality is good, service is excellent whether I'm picking up or I ordered online through their website and have it delivered. I've done very large orders with them and they have never got them wrong. Now about the food, Doner my favourite and is the spicy doner done on the grill, I usually go for medium spicy and that's spicy enough for me. Taste very nice and is different from the rest. I've tried their 7" pizzas only but they are very nice. Burgers again very good, same with their fried chicken wings, spot on and fresh. For a place that does so much variety, I'm surprised they get it all right. One to defo visit...

I don’t live in London. But when I visit my parents, I ALWAYS order from Chilliz.

ist time ordered here and quite impressed.Delivery was a few minutes early and all items hot, fresh & tasty.7"pizza was beautifully cooked right through but had to search for the chicken & mushroom.Would like to order pizza again hoping to find a good smount of chicken and mushroom.It was really tasty.The fresh tomatoes on it were scrumtious

Food arrived on time, at the earliest of the estimated time frame. The food in general was great. The reason for the 3 stars is because we specifically asked for no burger sauce on the bugers and to give mayonnaise instead. But they did not comply on this occasion.

Best Food!! Chips are crispy, burgers are excellent and wings are made to perfection.

This is one of the best places for kebabs, they grill it and add some awesome tasty sauce to it

Poor food, poor customer service.

First there was missing item in order and when I call them they told me they will deliver item asap after half hour I called them very rude reply, and when someone came to drop the item he told me that I am lying about missing item. missing item came at 20:53 where I am writing review I don’t like to give negative feedback but this time they really behave very rude even though they made mistake.

Quick and easy. The main issue for me is that the donner is not fresh they get it out of a tub where it looks like it's been for ages.

Poor customer service, no manners or respect for customers. Food was not all that, crunchy chips which was hard nothing inside. Doner lacked any flavour and the wings was also dry.

Food was terrible. Chips were limp & soggy, and they tasted like they were fried in old oil. Wings were dry and must’ve been a few days old. Donor kebab flavour was nothing special. Waste of money & calories. Do not recommend

Food was good but I did ask for no onions in 2 of my meals but ended up with them in both meal so by the time I picked them all out my food got cold

The pizza dough was rock hard, really disappointed as I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. Wasted my £16.00.

Cold food. Wings were not cleaned before cooking. Had all sorts in it. And again was cold when arrived.

Food arrived late then 40 minutes after lost delivery driver keeps calling my number asking me that he has food and is in a unknown location. A error made by restaurant after explaining 4 time’s he’s getting rude on the phone and won’t call the restaurant his delivering for 😂 where do you find these people

I think the portions were incorrect for the food but it tasted good so it's ok.

I requested for my order to come for 9.15pm clearly they cannot read the instructions and also they missed out on my mix doner and chips they said they will send it over clearly it did not show up compulsive liars they are i want my money back dont order from them people waste of time and money my order was nearly £40 ridiculous

The food came in a horrible state with sauces leaking in the bag and food coming out of its container. Such an unpleasant experience.

I ordered the super special seekh kebab deal and did not receive what was in the picture. Everything else was packed and delivered well with no leakage.

Bad customer service and extremely slow preparing food, such a shame as food tastes good...been here a few times and every occasion is the same! Spicehut down the road never takes more than 10mins for food to be ready. Sadly won't be visiting again.

Driver came across very rude! “Doesn’t your phone work?” Never received any calls. Retraining or even training probably required for the said delivery driver. Can’t fault the food 👍🏻.

Ordered a pepperoni plus thinking it was just pepperoni, but it had onions and peppers on. Restaurant was really helpful after I realised my mistake and even tho they had cooked the pizza they sent me an extra 7” pizza with just pepperoni as well as the original pizza. To top it off the pizza was top notch. After lots of bad experiences with takeaways on Just eat, this was a breath of fresh air, top service guys 👏👏👏

Kebab was average, chips were in a polystyrene container... They Were soggy with steam and tasted like plastic..... Will not be ordering from here again!

Good brothers working here, very polite and efficient service. The food is so consistent. Priced perfectly for what they provide. Very small eat in space. So, wouldn't advise large groups of eat in.

Now these guys have been in the area for many many years. I think nearly 10 years. Although a takeaway please their food is very nice. The delivery Service is fantastic and they are very very polite I have been using them for many many years although a takeaway place I would recommend it

Over the years this place has gone downhill. I remember when they first opened, it was clean and busy. This is not the case now. It’s very upsetting to see.

Went in today and got the chicken bhuna curry absolutely amazing taste! so fresh and delicious it was! Will defo be getting more. Credit to the chef! 👍

Delicious food and friendly customer service. The guy on the phone was very polite 🙂 The prices are good for the portion size and the service is fast. The highlight for me, even though I love lamb doner was the pizza. It arrived hot and super tasty! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Also, the hot chicken wings are an absolute MUST with your order! Will definitely order from here again!

Food is nice mostly the donner for me.

You have to give this place a go, lovely donnar meat, and nice staff. It's a busy place but you'll get your food fresh.

Clean and delicious food, with excellent customer service.

Good food. Their secret chilli sauce is very spicy and taste is unlike other places. I normally go for their lamb doner roll or peri peri grilled chicken meals. Pizzas are good but very cheesy, but you can ask to reduce the cheese and they will do it. Decent affordable prices. Friendly staff. Will be a regular here, only issue is they don't take card / contactless payment, please introduce it guys!

Atrocious food. Why do these Bengali owned take aways think basting a chicken doner in tandoori massala turns it into a chicken grill wrap? Absolutely disgusting food. 219 reviews looks like all the friends and relatives have reviewed this place. My advice stay away unless you like raw tandoori massala chicken doner. Oh and also their cheese burger looks like my grandfather's leather sandals.

Disappointed. The food used to be good and previously I gave a five star review. However, after ordering today I'm forced to change my review. I ordered a "Chicken Donna wrap". It's actually tandoori chicken ! The chicken is just covered in tandoori marsala, the staff claimed it was grilled chicken! Haven't seen red grilled chicken before! Absolutely disgusting. The cheese burger burns were burnt !
