Poor customer service, no manners or respect for customers. Food was not all that, crunchy chips which was hard nothing inside. Doner lacked any flavour and the wings was also dry.

Smelly burger not well cooked, chips was frozen not well fried.. Wings and other food was good..

Bad customer service and extremely slow preparing food, such a shame as food tastes good...been here a few times and every occasion is the same! Spicehut down the road never takes more than 10mins for food to be ready. Sadly won't be visiting again.

One of fave spots for its spicy doner. Make sure you get chilliz special mix doner it’s amazing. Alhamdulilah.

Good brothers working here, very polite and efficient service. The food is so consistent. Priced perfectly for what they provide. Very small eat in space. So, wouldn't advise large groups of eat in.

Over the years this place has gone downhill. I remember when they first opened, it was clean and busy. This is not the case now. It’s very upsetting to see.

Went in today and got the chicken bhuna curry absolutely amazing taste! so fresh and delicious it was! Will defo be getting more. Credit to the chef! 👍

The guy spoke and said no order. I said to take order on phone, but prices were way more than on website Cancelled straight away and will never ever return.

Food is nice mostly the donner for me.

You have to give this place a go, lovely donnar meat, and nice staff. It's a busy place but you'll get your food fresh.

Clean and delicious food, with excellent customer service.

Good food. Their secret chilli sauce is very spicy and taste is unlike other places. I normally go for their lamb doner roll or peri peri grilled chicken meals. Pizzas are good but very cheesy, but you can ask to reduce the cheese and they will do it. Decent affordable prices. Friendly staff. Will be a regular here, only issue is they don't take card / contactless payment, please introduce it guys!

Disappointed. The food used to be good and previously I gave a five star review. However, after ordering today I'm forced to change my review. I ordered a "Chicken Donna wrap". It's actually tandoori chicken ! The chicken is just covered in tandoori marsala, the staff claimed it was grilled chicken! Haven't seen red grilled chicken before! Absolutely disgusting. The cheese burger burns were burnt !

Atrocious food. Why do these Bengali owned take aways think basting a chicken doner in tandoori massala turns it into a chicken grill wrap? Absolutely disgusting food. 219 reviews looks like all the friends and relatives have reviewed this place. My advice stay away unless you like raw tandoori massala chicken doner. Oh and also their cheese burger looks like my grandfather's leather sandals.

Went in late near closing time bit shocked to see them bring cold kebab meat from back of shop and reheat for a customer who ordered 2 kebabs I don’t know if it’s just bad standard of cooking they have and tried charging me £2 extra for stuff I bought I’ve heard that it’s not first time they have tried that with customers management should remember the are putting people at risk with reheated food shocking to see

Great food, awesome family deals but be carefull of the Chilli sauce

I decided to pick up a take away so decided to go for the peri peri chicken wings meal consisting of 6 wings, chips and a can of drink. The wings were not marinated in any peri peri sauce and it was just coated with tumeric and some other indian spice. It lacked any flavour, it was simply grilled and had a burnt taste to it. Furthermore, no salad was provided with the meal as shown on their menu. The can of drink was warm. No smile, please or thank you from staff. I have had similar meals elsewhere which tasted far better. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Very disappointed. Did not get the nan bread even though I mentioned to them to give me with donor kebab. How can you eat donor kebab with chips. The guy who took the order sounded like he is half asleep.

Wow this place serves really tasty food. Fried doner classic with fries and nan. If you are up for a challenge try the naga wings!

Their 20 wings and 3 Chips for £5 is a bargain collection only For the cheeseburgers, ask for them to be about more well done. Ones we ordered were pale grey looking would be nice more crispy and golden Donner pizza is really nice, pepperoni ones just smell funny. Got margarita for the kids, hardly any sauce and probably Staff there are very friendly and can change meals to your liking.

Pretty sure the reviews are false! This place is disgusting, man behind the counter thought I couldn’t understand Urdu and told him to give us old food lol... so be careful they’re selective about who they give good food to. Also the kebab tastes off! Wings are brown inside and dirty, they get served in a brown paper bag if you order more than 6. Never again.

Coming back here after a little while and must say the Naga wings are spicy and hot. Their chilli sauce is decent and their new sweet chilli is quite nice. Their hotwings are decent and their chicken wraps have a good amount of chicken in them. Their chips are always nice and crispy fried at the right temperature...price I don't think u can get any cheaper deals in that local area. Can feed a family of 6 for a tenner if u planning a greasy one

Food is nice at times but the hygiene and cleanleness of the shop is absolutely appalling, we usually order mixed doner with chips and 40% of the time we get put off because we find hair in the food 🤮. We don’t buy from them any more as their are nicer tasting food from other shops and better hygiene.

Rude and aweful service, turn up late when an orders been placed hours in advance and they do not even care. Also, the manager then keeps harassing you after you hang up on them. No decent discount or even a decent apology despite being so late I had guests waiting.

If you are a chilli sauce lover you must go and try it out, fillet burger was on point (they don't do small sizes either so plus for me) wings are decent but add the chilli sauce to anything you should be good to go

Chilliz has got good customer service and even better food. I had their doner kebab pizza 2 nights in a row. The wings are good too. I've only had their pizza and wings so can't say much about their other items.

Referring specifically to the delivery. Every time they send it and i do not specify to bring a fork they do not send one. however when ever i ask for a fork they respond in a rude manner that the fork alway comes with it , have been sent the wrong drinks twice but , was so frustrated with the ridiculous delivery time that i could not even be bothered to ring , not wanting to lose my temper on the phone over 50p drinks. Over all there over the phone manner needs to be worked on because it is genuinely enjoyable experience when you go in store and i can tell from the voices it is the same staff that is on the phone.

I've ordered from them in the past and there food was at a good quality and service. I ordered last night for my family they took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver. The food was cold and they had forgotten the chips. My son Adam said his food was disgusting. My wife has told me not to order from them again
