Marathons Kebab in Camden

Driver was polite and friendly and delivery was on time. However, the shish was the most tasteless I have ever received from a kebab shop. could not recommend these.

Part of my order was missing I called marathon and they said the driver must have taken it to which I informed him was impossible because the bag was unopened when I received my food

Very quick cant fault food big portions

£11.3 for no flavour chicken kebab, few raw veggies, warmed chips ,not crispy , no colour, barely cooked , bread super dry cut in a way that makes it looks like it trying hard to pretend to be a sandwich but obviously big failure. Only suitable for extremely drunk people that can’t walk even 20 meters to find anything else open .

Great atmosphere the staff are extremely friendly. The food is straight off the grill and tastes incredible, with low prices honestly I couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for families cause they have great seating.

Best kebab and chips and falafel in the whole of London, all the staff are kind and welcoming and the quality of food and freshness is always at the highest standard. Best in London!

you forgot my chips I paid £5 for and the driver was standing down the road next to his bike as if I'm supposed to collect my food not have it brought to me, terrible service horrible food won't be ordering again

kebab size is TINY...ordered x2 large donner and the portion size is very small.

I've been going to Marathon for years: best kebab shop in Camden by a mile. The staff are super friendly and food fresh and delicious. Also known for it's Fish n Chips.

Driver stopped outside door,then strangely went across the road and stood forv10 mins. The food is cold and inedible, everything was mixed together and just a greasy sloppy cold mess.

Marathon have gone down hill, i used to always order my kebabs here. I won't be using them again.

The lamb chops, salads and bread were packed in one styrofoam container, bread became soggy with the sauce and not enough sauce to use! They were supposed to be packed separately not together!

An institution with so much history. If you don't know about this place, look it up. It's certainly changed since the old days but you'll still be well looked after and well fed.

Love their Marathons and took it to hotel. I love kebab, it close at 12 midnight, thought concert finished 11 or later, glad it finish about 10pm.

Very generous and tasty regular portion of chips for three quid. None of that nonsense about paying extra for a tiny sachet of ketchup - help yourself from a big bottle like a proper chippie!

The driver dumped my order without an apology or explanation for his delay.

Delivery gentleman was apologetic in his own way about a minor delay.

Food is always great here, it's our go to local! However, tonight the delivery driver got confused despite instructions being left on the receipt and then when he finally turned up, instead of handing the food to us, he put it on the floor and faffed around with the receipt several times. We don't normally have problems with drivers, so this is unusual but still upsetting as we asked multiple times for the food to not be on the floor but were ignored.

I tracked the driver and the time kept being delayed and once the food arrived it was nearly cold

Used this restaurant lots before but really really gone down hill. Chips were black and bruised looking. Lamb Donnor meat was really undercooked and pale looking even though I asked for it to be cooked extra on the grill. Definitely will not be ordering from here again!

Excellent fish and chips - little disappointed as the accompanying ice-cream was not Marine Ices as advertised - substitute was acceptable but not Marine Ices. However the fish and chips were excellent will buy again.

I wrote in the notes section for the restaurant however they were not followed and on top of that the delivery driver called me saying he was outside and I put the wrong address however the address was correct as I've ordered from multiple other restaurants with no issues and he also said that he was outside although I was waiting outside, this ie very unprofessional from both the restaurant and the driver.

i'm in the Travelodge hotel the driver went to another building then drove off. so i won't be order from this place again just got robed basically and just eat never refund me 😡😡😡😡😡😡 fuming!!!!!

Failed to adhere to dietary requirements / items missing. Called them up, they did not apologise or offer to send out missing items. Instead they said that they sent items and we should check again (all items laid out and still missing), the person spoken to who claimed to be the manager but would not give his name said we could order more and then add items we had already bought and paid for that had been omitted. He suggested we drive to collect missing items. He then said he was busy and hung up, kept calling me darling and not offering any solution. I paid for items in good faith and did not receive what was paid for. Awful customer service. Would not order from them again or recommend them unfortunately.

I paid for chilli sauce but it’s not here. Meat very tough.

This is the second time we've ordered and it was just as good as the first.

Don't order from them on Friday or Saturday night they seem to always get our order wrong this time they didn't put any salad or sauce on the kebabs.

This restaurant has no phone number to complain for missing or wrong food sent to you, Ordered two Chicken Donner Kebab, one large and one regular, both arrived regular smaller than the kids meal, very few quantity of chicken on each not enough for a kid and the chips not cocked well mixed like dough waist £27 for nothing.

The chicken shish was just pieces of other chicken already cooked. Chip oil terrible

Driver has one job . Drop food to address .. I put instructions on .. and yet still watched him walk up and down the road . Not even difficult., tell him to get another job uses less

Falafels didn’t taste fresh, was quite dry and stale

I enjoyed my first kiss with my now wife outside Marathon Kebab house and can only attribute this pivotal moment to their exquisite chips. If you want to find true love via fab post beer chips, Marathon Kebab is where you need to go.

The chips were undercooked and chewy. The portion size was much smaller than before despite paying for a larger size.

Originally left a 2* but as I live local and always go back after a drink, I must say it gets better each time and had it last two times sober and enjoyed it, also workers very friendly. Maybe just not great on busy nights, but defo got much better 👍

Portion sizes are very small and the quality of the kebab is bad. The chips I got with it were soggy and all of the food lacked taste.

I didn't receive my delivery. Where is your driver?

donner is bad, chips were old and cold. I asked for no chips but forced me to buy chips then when i asked for it seperately they still brang it on the same plate. There was a bug on one of the seats.
