Today turned into a special day. Walked.to an AGM which then turned to a Turkish vegetarian food talk which then turned into going to Fees to taste some of the amazing dishes which were prepared for our special group. It is great to be fed when least expecting it, it is even nicer to be fed very well. Each dish that we were served was not only plentiful they were all vegetarian and most vegan. The soup was perfect as was all of the other courses that were spread out in plentiful fashion. We were even given our desert as we paid a few of us had no choice but to leave early. Thank you to Ergin and his team of very capable chefs and servers. The price was of good value too! A great Turkish meal after listening to the very warm and amazing Özlem Warren! Her book Sebze is a sheer delight that was an icing on my cake! Enjoy!

Efes stands out against all of the other Turkish restaurants in London. They use the best cuts of meat and everything is cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly and always a good atmosphere inside. Highly recommended!

Just rolled into town and our Airbnb host suggested this location. It was slow inside so we took a table and looked through the menu. After spending 3 weeks in Italy, it was nice to find a place with meat! Both dishes were very good. I especially enjoyed the steaks. I felt the kabob meat was a bit dry but with some tzatziki sauce it was better. The rice was also flavorful. Didn’t have room for dessert as we finished our plates. Service very attentive. Bit pricey but very good.

Came here to see if the private room was suitable for a friends 50th. The room downstairs is overly hot and unfortunately the food poor. The chicken donner was £18 and dry, also hard to chew. When I give the feedback to the waitress she just said “ok.” I wouldn’t come back. I was with my Turkish friend and he would not recommend. Guess we have to find another venue.

Visited with my best friend after a busy morning wedding dress shopping and we received the loveliest service! We were made to feel wonderfully welcome and even received a complimentary fruit platter after our beautiful selection of Meze and a bottle of wine! Would definitely visit again.

I ordered 2 orange juices which were £3.3 on the menu and when paying was told that because I ordered fresh orange juice, the price was doubled. Quite surprising as no one mentioned this and it was not on the menu. Food was generally average and the baba ganoush tasted like it was filled with mayo. Do not recommend.

Came very late on a Friday, 22:30 I think. Seemed empty, but didn't stay that way for long. Ordered hummus and a aubergine / lamb dish, out of this world. Bit pricey but fair enough! A homeless man came in and stank the place out. Not their fault. They dealing dealt with him with humanity and grace: I think they ushered him out, have him chips, and opened the windows discreetly. Well done, what a place

Efes is an excellent Turkish restaurant in London, not to be overlooked, and it's perfect for either lunch or dinner. I’m lucky to live just around the corner. I once ordered takeaway köfte, and they were excellent—perfectly cooked, not too greasy, with a light salad and rice that wasn't oily at all. The cacik sauce was just like in Turkey. I'm really happy to have discovered this place and highly recommend it!

I like the food at efes, but it’s becoming more and more expensive. On top of that the “optional” but always included service charge of 12.5% simply makes the place too expensive

There are many Turkish restaurant in London but Efes is hidden gem with their fresh meat and friendly,professional service.I must also mention how good the prices compare to many restaurants. Good food Great price

It is a struggle to find a decent Turkish spot in central London. In my experience, many of the best Turkish restaurants I have visited are located in the North and East London regions; However, this place did not disappoint at all! The food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious, the atmosphere was nice and cosy (we visited during the daytime so it was rather quiet) and the service was exceptional - our waiter was very courteous and professional. All in all, I would highly recommend this place. Definitely one of the best Turkish restaurants in the city!

Best Turkish restaurant in London, apparently the first Turkish Restaurant as well, has amazing atmosphere and delicious food, big range of food menu everything fresh compared to other places. Also fun nights are amazing! Definitely recommend! High class food with great price!

Excellent Turkish food strongly recommended.

We kept coming back because we liked the food and the service. The staff are friendly. genuine and accommodating for any different request - especially Erklit and Ertan. The menu is quite extensive and while we concentrated on the sea food all dishes appeared to be delicious and obviously prepared and cooked inhouse. We were on a 5 day holiday in London and we visit this restaurant 4 times. Next time we visit London we will be back.

Great food. I had the lamb shish kebab, rice and salad with tea and water. Lamb was succulent and juicy. Salad was tasty. I dined in the restaurant and the boss was friendly. Good value for money for food.

It was an absolutely wonderful evening. Service and food was amazing, brilliant staff. We asked if we could get a shared platter which wasn't on a menu and they had absolutely no problem to prepare it for us. It's a nice and cosy place not too far away from main road just enough to give you that unique experience. Very highly recommend. Big thank you to Erkut and all stuff working that evening.
