Oh Dear I had some hi expectations and to be fair I didn’t take enough pictures as it was only after we had started the food that it was apparent that this was not a great place to eat. £23 mixed kebab - 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lamb … seriously ? Chips - Arrived 5 mins after the mains and were not cooked... semi raw. Clearly not cooked at the same time Starters - the didn’t have half the items when we were ordering..... which was a shame . Starters were nice - the bullet chillis are not for the faint hearted !! Won’t be back though . Not good value at all . And the toilets ?? Oh dear , nuff said

Getting more and more disgusting this place, i reluctantly thought let me try after so many months, walk in and totally empty, 1 guy who is the worker but he's right infront eating , it's absolutely disgusting, customer walks in and guys eating? It's meant to be a restaurant? absolutely no clue or sense for hygiene/ cleanliness nor any order Other weirdo guy he puts ton of stinky onions on kebabs when I clearly said no? I don't get it? 3 different people jumping in on the flame ? Whose the actual chef/ cook? Should be 1 person allocated to the cooking and specific to each duty? Here it's like anyone of the street? Food is absolutely disgusting truly shocking Wouldn't feed to a dieing dog, tikka bites burnt to death, kebabs horrible soaked ? With horrible smell, no clue whatsoever about anything just hand anything to a customer blindly ? No care, no cleanliness/ hygiene or quality anywhere And then it's bagged in a black bag? Disgusting taking food in a black bag? It's a poo bag basically It's absolutely disgusting, so annoying A real shame as was easily the best place for kebabs, now it's the worst

La comida es tan salada que no podíamos comer. le preguntamos al camarero y no lo cambiaron así que hablamos con el gerente a cargo y mientras dice que parte del plato es salado se negó a aceptar que todos los kebab eran salados. Nos cobró en su totalidad y no había reemplazado u ofrecido descuento. ¡No iría allí!

Very tasty takeaway food, nice meat, good salad, five star hygiene rating

As a family we have used Kempston Kebab for years now and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is normally excellent and staff great. I don’t know what happened today but I can honestly say we will never use them again. I ordered a doner kebab with extra salad and a portion of chips extra salt and vinegar through their website. Unfortunately my kebab was smothered in chili sauce I tried to remove the top bits of meat and eat from the bottom only to discover the meat was burnt black and rock hard. I’m thinking ok just a bad day today I’ll just eat my chips, open the box to discover a huge dollop of chilli sauce right in the middle of the portion. I don’t really complain about much but I was pretty annoyed by now. I phoned them to request another meal I was told I requested chilli sauce check my receipt funnily enough I didn’t have a receipt wasn’t given one by the delivery driver. I don’t like chilli sauce so it’s not something I would have asked for but they argued this fact practically calling me a liar. What about the burnt black and hard meat I ask I’m trying to stay friendly and I hear them having a discussion about me as if I’m not able to hear. It was really unpleasant and totally unnecessary. I’m trying to figure out why they can’t just say no problem of course we will send you another meal. You are a good customer and have been for years. Instead I heard one of them bark tell her we will replace kebab not chips and we want the original kebab back!!!! Wow really well ok then. What would it cost just to have been polite. My new kebab arrives in minutes. Tiny bit of salad and I kid you not burnt hard meat and then I find a hair. How sad is that. This must be a joke. If I had been treated in a polite courteous manner I probably wouldn’t have bothered with this review but the terrible food and such poor service together just did it for me today. All I wanted was what I had payed for nothing more and now they have lost 3 families custom. What a shame!!!

I was searching for a decent kebab place this side of Glasgow for years and i finally found it. Excellent quality donner with plenty of fresh healthy salad and homemade chilli sauce. Although, putting chilli sauce on top of the salad seems to be a local trend I prefer my chilli sauce underneath the salad, so i have to ask for this specifically when ordering.

Ordered two large haddock and a medium chips. Portions were fresh and generous. The fish was excellent, fresh, moist, and not overloaded with batter like you sometimes get elsewhere. The chips were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. A great spot for local fish and chips. Will definitely be back.

We came in for a table tonight and the service was amazing. The food was amazing, God bless the chefs. Amen...Nisha, Lonnie, Leila and yasmin were all brilliant waitresses

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Comida fresca y deliciosa. Nuestros favoritos son los kebabs y chuletas de cordero. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficientemente!

Unfortunately this restaurant cannot cope with large bookings. Firstly to mention the food, it wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t the best either. I had feta triangles to start and they were greasy and lacked filling. I had the Ottoman casserole for main and it was quite bland. But more importantly, the chefs forgot to cook the main meals for 7 people out of our group. 3 of them left early as they didn’t want to wait and the rest were told after around 1.5 hours of waiting that they hadn’t even started them. It was a shambles and it ruined a 40th birthday meal.
