The best restaurants serving Thai food in England

So , I was out for a walk, with the Mrs, saw this place . I wasn't particularly peckish, but Mrs was, so I randomly went it. Saw the menu , ordered some food, and waited. Food came, took a bite.. OMG, I wasn't hungry but finished off the whole plate. I said to the Mrs, " Is your food good. ?" I can tell from the facial expression she was in heaven. She is a foodie, so no words were needed. Then I come to find out, they , the establishment, have won awards. No wonder! Only draw back, I have to keep taking the Mrs Back!!

Food is always great from here, delivery and eating in. I order gluten free everytime due to coeliac and I’ve never had any problems. Very knowledgable and helpful and curry tastes amazing. The best around!

Beef dish bland. Missed out some ingredients, unlike previous orders which were fine. Same with seafood curry which wife said was not same as last time. Relief chef?

We just had a take away from this restaurant, and the food was simply outstanding, while, at the same time, good value for money. So often these days, you feel ripped off by restaurants, not in this case. We will definitely be back!

super cute coffee shop with delicious traditional pastries and vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free options. Staff was incredibly nice too! We will definitely be coming back in the future 😊

Found this place by chance via a google search. It was very good! The price point was good and the quality and standards of food and service were high! It is also only a very short walk from the Cathedral.

Went for a family meal and the food was incredible, the meat was cooked perfectly and the team were so welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely wonderful food. We chose this for my husband's birthday while on holiday in Whitby. We no longer have a local Thai, so really wanted to treat ourselves. It did not disappoint. My husband is lactose intolerant and eating out isn't much fun. The waiter here knew exactly which dishes to avoid - which is pretty unusual. The waiter was friendly, knowledgable and funny and gave good advice about the different dishes. The food was beautifully prepared and so delicious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Even better, the food really was diary free. Out of the four places we ate in Whitby two were inaccurate about their food and made my husband ill. What a joy to eat somewhere where a dairy intolerance was not a big deal and the food was as stated. This is the first place I would come back to if we visit Whitby again.

Este restaurante tailandés en particular no estaba demasiado lejos de mi hotel, así que pensé en darlo. La última vez que estuve en Brighton, probé un restaurante tailandés completamente diferente, y no estaba demasiado interesado en su comida. Tristemente, este no era diferente. No sé si es solo Brighton, pero los restaurantes tailandeses en Australia saben completamente diferente. Aunque la comida no era exactamente insípida, sin duda no era tan bueno como lo que suelo encontrar.

Pleasant enough food for the money, vibrant at times,, basic decor ..... all in all good value for money with delightful staff

Never again! The staff member , a man, barely acknowledged me and was down right unwelcoming. Some of the chicken satay ( starter) was oily and not cooked in the middle and the massaman chicken curry (main meal) was watery and tasteless.The chicken was chewy. I binned the massaman chicken curry meal after tasting the chicken and watery sauce, along with the “iffy” satay that was pinkish in the middle. I tried adding pictures of my described meal, unfortunately I couldn’t find an easy way to do so. The Thai Cottage and Giggling Squid in Berko have never let me down in all the years I have had the pleasure of getting food from them. Never again! I will never ever visit this restaurant.
