Kay's Kitchen in Wyre

My son and his friends have recommended Kay’s for several months and we had a takeaway for the first time tonight. Brilliant, lovely food and great value. Will definitely be using this regularly. Can’t recommend highly enough. I only write reviews when I want to write something really positive and this was fantastic.

Love the fact you can choose how spicy or what meat and veg are in your curry because I'm very fussy. Lovely staff working when I went to collect. The food was delicious. Best thai takeaway we've had. First time but it won't be our last.

I love this place, the food is the best ever, the staff are really lovely. Service is excellent, I ordered online and 15 minutes later I was picking it up. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff , lovely gentlemen always serves us very bubbly and smiley as well as kay who makes amazing food and is lovely also. Thai Food is amazing always here :)

Had thendish and chips, what can I say ? Delicious, light, crispy batter, even the chips were fab. My friend had the steak and ale pie.. looked and tasted beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Been 4 times now and just the best. Have to collect at the moment but can order so no waiting.the staff are lovely and the food exquisite.

Picked up a menu after seeing queues outside Kays. Being so popular is always a good sign, and the aromas coming from the kitchen convinced me to return.Drunken noodles (v) were amazing, and the soya meat was an incredible addition! Massaman curry and noodles (v & GF) went down a storm and the Salt and Chilli chips were like nothing I'd seen or tasted, beautiful and a meal on their own. Seriously, the tastiest, most authentic Thai food outside of Thailand. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the different depths of flavours. We ordered online and the food was ready to go, bang on time. Genuinely the best take -away ever, great prices and wonderful service with a smile.Can't wait to work through the menu-thank you Kays!

During these unprecedented times it's difficult to decide and order a take away. A friend on FB said Kay's Kitchen was an excellent Thai takeaway, so I looked online and found them. Reviews were good to very good so I gave it a try. Very easy to order online, they gave 10% discount for my 1st order and most importantly, an exact time it would be ready for pick up. Portions were a good size, I'm a big eater and my wife quite small. All food was piping hot, tasted brilliant and was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Been twice and enjoyed my noodles, my partner enjoyed her cooked breakfast and whenever we can we will come back. Also the service was great and didn't wait long.

Kay’s kitchen is simply the best!!! I have been to many Thai restaurants who can’t create the magic food this little hidden gem can do. The Thai dishes are so good that I can feel my tastebuds dancing around. No fancy frills just simply amazing fresh made to order Thai food at its best!!!!

Great food, atmosphere and staff, and that is all you need to know really. Highly recommend you visit this place if passing!!! Oh and the Golden Bags are to die for!!!

I'd been told about the place a few weeks ago so thought I'd give it a go.The staff are very friendly and helpful and were able give me an idea on what I wanted, which was something hot and spicy.I chose the Chicken Khow Pad with onion rice, and a portion of the Golden Bags.The quality of the food was excellent, and a return visit will happening very soonThe price was just under £10, and was well worth the value.

Was working in Cleveleys around lunchtime so thought I'd finally try Kay's Kitchen on Rossall Rd.Years ago I used to make the trip to fleetwood When Khwanjai and Jules had a place there. Back then I was relatively inexperienced with thai food, I only came across this place when we walked past and could smell the food cooking! I remember they did the best thai spring rolls, and the noodle dishes were amazing.Today I could smell the same awesome thai food cooking, knew i was in for a treat straight away.I think there was a bit of miscommunication when I ordered, as I asked Jules for a Pad Kee Mao Gai (drunken noodles with chicken) and he asked me what rice I wanted, so I said no rice, noodles please! Also asked for it very spicy :)When I got my food back to the office I noticed it had "holy basil" written on the container, so I presume it was Pad Kra Pao that Kay had cooked, with noodles on the side. However, these 2 dishes are extremely similar as to what goes into them, and the fact that I got rice noodles with it essentially made it a bit of a wetter Pad Kee Mao.The dish itself was absolutely fantastic. The chicken, veg and noodles were all perfectly cooked, the flavours of the saus were delicious, lots of chilli (Very spicy towards the end!), garlic and that astringent aniseedy flavour you only get from thai holy basil.If you haven't tried the thai food at this little Cafe yet then get yourselves down ASAP, you won't be disappointed, Khwanjai's cooking is another level! It whips ting tong's arse by miles if you ask me. 10/10 (and I don't give them out for fun!).P.S. They also run a website called thaicookingschool which I often refer to when cooking thai dishes, I especially like the recipe for Kai Toon (thai steamed eggs)

We're lucky enough to live literally round the corner from Kay's and we buy lunch from there regularly.

I love this place and eat there every week. Vegan options are amazing and they are willing to change most dishes to suit your needs. The food is the best Thai food ive had. Great value as well! Brilliant place! I only wish they opened in the evening too!

First ever visit was driving by and seeing the waving flag and thinking yeah, I fancy something different. I was not disappointed. Fabulous menu, amazing portion sizes and all made fresh while you wait. We recently ordered a working lunch, 6 of us each got something different so we could try the menu and not one complaint. Had the starter platter too which was gorgeous. My only comment (not complaint) is that it is only open til 3pm (I'd love this for my tea too) and no delivery service (but since its freshly cooked, I understand why) but really can not fault the lovely friendly staff and service.

Kay has been bringing delight to my taste buds for many years now. I struggle to chose new dishes because my favourites are cooked so well and taste so good that I don’t want to deviate.

I visit as often as I can over the last 2 years, the food is out of this world and I have never tasted food as good a this is a must place to visit for anyone who is in the area or well worth driving just to eat here. Thanks Jules, Kay, Karla and the others.

Can’t recommend highly enough. The food is amazing and the staff are always upbeat and happy. I would warn once you have been you will not be able to stay away. Working my way through the menu but keep finding my favourite dish over and over. Big thanks to Kay the cook x

Been a few times passing .well cooked and delicious. And fair priced. Will def be returning and trying the many different choices.

Came for a brief visit one morning and ordered a simple breakfast barm. Was asked exactly how I liked it - a great attention to detail which left me happy and satisfied. Owner was lovely and friendly and I left happy. Well worth the money.

Yakidon noodles are amazing and the prawn toast is to die for. Staff are friendly, service is quick (around 10-15 minutes) and everything is tasty!

This is pretty much a daytime takeaway although there are 3 tables available if you want to eat in.

The food from here is unbelievably good and very well priced. Its the best kept secret in Cleveleys but it shouldn't be.

This place is fantastic, picked up take away Thai / noodles from here several times and it’s always spot on. Cooked fresh whilst you wait and the owners are lovely too. Will change things to suit what you like and also really well priced. Will go back over and over. Also does all ya breackie food & burgers but not tried this yet.

Tried Kay's Kitchen after a recommendation from a friend. Lovely and very helpful staff who helped me decide what I wanted as I wasn't sure

I was recommended to visit this eatery, was not disappointed. Timing was perfect as the lunchtime rush was over and we had time to eat in rather than takeaway. Owner was attentive and informative, chef cooked authentic Thai food that was delicious. Well recommended for a lunchtime takeaway, but remember closes at 3.30 pm. Top food!

A LOVELY HIDDEN GEM !!!!!!!!! The Vegan Food Is Devine , And Always a Pleasure To Eat Here , We Are Always Greeted With Warmth And Smiles The Thai Curry Is Addictive As Is All The Veggie Vegan Spicy Food For Me Mmmmmm Yummm

Each time I have been the food is always fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced. Nice little find would recommend eating in or take away. Staff very welcoming and friendly too :)

Just had a Thai takeaway from Kay’s, £3:95. Fabulous.. Freshly cooked, right amount of heat delicious. Will be back
