The best restaurants serving Thai food in South West

My sister suggested this place and to try Chicken Pad Thai so we got two of those between three of us and some garlic potatoes. Barely managed to finish it, there was so much food. It was very nice but as I have never had a Thai meal before I have nothing to compare it to, hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

We have been here a number of times. The food is excellent, the restaurant is lovely and the service is brilliant. They do takeaway and deliver too which is a bonus!

I was very excited to try what Davana Thai had to offer as I have not had Thai food in a while. We got our food delivered and spent about £60, the food is cleaner and less greasy than a Chinese. Well packaged food, and arrived warm. We had: Black bean tofu, this was quite nice came with rice, my husband quit enjoyed this. Pad Thai, this was stodgy and really lacked flavour. I don't no if pad Thai doesn't travel well? The noodles where so chewy and really just didn't taste of much. Salad, we ordered a tofu salad and it was not what I expected it to be. The salad was tofu, rice and salad leaves, not exactly Thai food. When I ordered this dish I thought it would have more Thai influence. The salad was healthy and if you want a healthier option then this is for you, but you could make this exact thing at home for about £2.50 and I do not pay that price at Davana. Spring roles, these where disappointing, no flavour. Prawn crackers, had the most flavour out of everything. The food came quite quickly but the food just wasn't hitting the spot, for the price I paid I just can't say it was justified. The left overs went in the bin, I couldn't handle eating the rest the following day. I like supporting local businesses but I'm sorry to say I won't be back.

Nice location and friendly service but the food is barely average to below average. Nothing tastes fresh at all. I can report sadly later lots of griping stomach pains. Will never be returning

Best chicken Tikka masala in bristol !

I like the pub, but they changed the food menu 4 months ago and I struggle to find anything to eat. It's all high fat food. Tonight (Saturday) there was hardly anyone in the pub and I choose Tacos with crispy chicken, that's what I got, nothing else, no guacamole, no sasla, no sauce, no sour cream, nothing to gel it together. Very bland. Shame. Simple food like Cod and chips and Ham, egg and chips. Maybe it would be fuller.

Sadly the Nit Noi Thai cafe didn’t last for long but from the end of April/early May 2022 it’s been replaced by the very different Kicki’ Caribou Canadian style restaurant which is quite interesting in its own way.

First time dining at Prezzo, and wow, just amazing. Our server was so friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. Food was absolutely delicious and ambiance fabulous. Very good value, too. Highly recommend.

I bought food last night usually nice. But this time was vile. Chowmein was dry like it been cooked yesterday the chicken was nasty the beef couldn't even chew it. Chips were burnt everything I bought went straight in the bin. I will never order again. And I spend a lot of money here everyweekend.

We ordered a meal to be delivered, while we was on holiday. I wish we hadn't now. It took 2 and a half hours to come, apparently the chef was on his own and had to deliver. If it hadn't been for the children who were starving I would of cancelled the delivery. When the food finally came, it wasn't the best. You could tell it all been rushed. We won't be ordering from here again.
