Sadly the Nit Noi Thai cafe didn’t last for long but from the end of April/early May 2022 it’s been replaced by the very different Kicki’ Caribou Canadian style restaurant which is quite interesting in its own way.

I ordered fried chicken wings which is so smelly. Looks like fired the rotted chicken. Although it mentioned on the menu that it came along with sticky rice and papaya salad , when I received it , it just smelly fried chicken. I won’t order from it again.

We had ordered food for takeaway. First the order took more than an hour to arrive. We had Pad Thai that is super sweet no other flavour at all. Our special fried rice is bland and super oily. Very disappointed as we love Thai food and this is the worst one so far. The portion of meat is tiny compare to the price. Not happy with this meals.

Nitnoi’s place has just opened and we decided to give it a try. And I’m glad we did. Nitnoi was very welcoming and gave our daughter a free drink! Her milk tea (kind of bubble tea) was yum and the food was delicious and good value. I usually find pad thai a bit bland but hers was delicious.

Had my 50th birthday party here. The service and staff were great. Ran out of a beer but it had been a busy day. Decorated the room a few hours early. Had a musician play and all the right facilities were there. At the end of the evening the staff looked after my things until the following day. Would recommend. Cost £250 to hire as it was a Saturday. Came back to get my things the following day and had a lovely sunday roast. Carvery was great.

We ordered a takeaway. It arrived on time which was good but sadly the food wasn’t so impressive . We ordered a starter to share which was nice but sadly the two main courses were bland and watery with dry chewie meat . The rice was also very tasteless as was the keema naan. All in all a disappointment . We have ordered from here many times before . Our final conclusion is that it’s very hot and miss as we have had really good and bad . We won’t use again .

We had an amazing dinner at the new Thai House in Plymouth. The food was incredibly fresh, with locally sourced seafood that really stood out. Portion sizes were generous—we ordered three mains and three sticky rice between the three of us and still had enough left over for a takeaway portion. The new venue, just a few doors down from the previous location, is bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food with great flavors and excellent value, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant place! Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked, the service was spot-on, and it's a really nice, cosy little dining room. It's also really affordable - I'm so glad it's still a BYO. Will definitely be coming here again as soon as we can.
