The best restaurants serving Thai food in East of England

The restaurant is small and sparsely decorated but the food was truly delicious- there was not one thing that I tasted there that wasn’t excellent- I don’t live far and will try the take away menu on another occasion- but would highly recommend

I love this place and never had any issues but today my noodle portion was so so stingey! I wouldn't even say I had half the container full. Considering its nearly £4 for plain noodles and not getting a full portion was extremely disappointing. Other than that it was amazing as usual.

Absolutely incredible restaurant every single dish I tried was so good. The service was so attentive and even why I needed hot water, the owner was so friendly and nice. Coming all the way from Washington DC in New York City, this was honestly the best Thai restaurant I have ever tried in the United Kingdom and Ireland so far,not up for discussion lol

Such a great spot, the staff are so friendly and were joking around with my group, got to know us by name too. Food was insanely good, I had the scallops and some egg fried rice aswell as some prawn spring rolls. I'm not someone who usually likes too much spice, but it was perfect for me, the flavors were amazing. Everything in general was great but the service was just top tier! Thank you to James and the team for a lovely meal :)

Been coming for nearly a decade at this point and the food, service and value are as fantastic as they have always been. Never in Hertford without paying a visit.

I went with my Friend who was visiting from London. To start with they got our searing preference wrong despite booming 2 weeks in advance. I had fish cakes as a starter which is the worst I've had to date. It was very rubbery. My friend did not like her Chicken satay starter it was very bland. Then I had the Green curry which looked new baby poo poo. It had nice coconut and very cream. I've been to numerous Thai restaurants over the years this by far the worst. My friend was able to ask for a discount which was granted. We were very disappointed. I would never venture there again. They really need to sake the chef! And invest in a proper Thai Chef. Responding to the owners comments. Firstly we did inform you we going to be late! stop lying I called you. When we arrived you said you forgot about my request for a preferred location. Secondly. My friend's food was terrible, and she asked for a discount on her food. You initially brought an expired red wine, then another awful white Wine, till eventually we said if you had any prosecco, which was ok. Customers have the right to ask for a discount if the food is not of good quality. If you don't want to admit this that is on you. I have eaten Thai food on many occasions and this was awful. accept it or don't you have lost two customers who will never frequent your eatery again.

Brilliant food, excellent flavours and hot

I am fussy about thai food having spent a lot of time in Thailand. This is hands down the best thai I’ve been to in the UK. The staff are attentive but not pushy, the food is amazing, served quickly and hot, the quality and portion sizes are great. It’s also good value for the quality. The lunchtime deal is also good value for a limited menu. Thoroughly recommend. I took one star from atmosphere as the restaurant is long and narrow so when they bring food out on a sizzling hotplate in certain parts of the restaurant the smoke and smell can linger.

Great food and 1st class service, how anyone could give this restaurant less than 5 stars is beyond me. A genuine hidden gem

Wow We have visited twice in two weeks. We both love it. Good food and good varied choice. My partner does not like spice but with the waitress assistance and advice can find something to suit. The food is lovely, tasty and fresh. The choice is large. The service is superb. The restaurant is small and intimate. We are both 70 and love it. Highly recommended.

Terrible treatment. I would recommend you to avoid it. The food isn't worth it

Me and my partner walked it and got seated swiftly, the interior was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The food was delicious, starters, mains and desserts, as well as being reasonably priced for great authentic food. I ordered a Green Curry with coconut and lime rice and my boyfriend got the Pad Thai. Both dishes were delicious. I would definitely recommend dining here and definitely be returning.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered food over phone at 17.52 Writing this at 19.35 Spoke with restaurant at 18.52 and was told 5 mins. Nearly 40 mins later and still not here. Was told over phone been delivered to wrong house. Order then collected from wrong house Driver on phone and can’t find house Absolutely useless service Don’t order from this place
