The best restaurants serving Spanish food in England

Update - Sadly now closed. What a vegan feast! Delicious food and great owner. Will definitely be back. Not currently listed on TripAdvisor, so have asked them to add it

Lovely small bar in the centre of Hebden Bridge. The woman serving was very pleasant and the pizzas (served by 'The People's Pizzeria') are very very good. (Note - you order drinks at the bar and food from the pizza window) The outside covered seating area is really nice, and some of the tables have heaters above. Nice clean toilet inside.

We had a lovely experience. Jose was very welcoming. Unfortunately it was very quiet and rarely open but he will do anything for you and the food was very tasty.

Su cocina se está ampliando próximamente (en septiembre de 2024 ). Ofrece comida caliente + fría + aperitivos + bebidas – pero hasta ahora no ofrece gluten - gratis, etc; Quizás lo haga cuando la cocina se amplíe. Hay música en vivo los viernes por la noche 7 - 9 pm (desenchufado) y muchas cosas pasando allí toda la semana.

Fantastic choice of tapas. In our group of 9, everyone had at least one different dish. Good service and quality of food excellent. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

It was a very quiet Thursday lunchtime and we were the only diners in the restaurant, yet the food took forever to arrive. The service wasn't particularly great either, which was a shame given it wasn't busy and was a leaving lunch for a colleague. Also, the big bowl of guacamole with unlimited tortilla chips is false advertising - the pots of guacamole were tiny!! The tacos were nice, though!

Personal muy servicial y amable. Amplio menú. Pedí cinco platos y cada uno estaba delicioso. Mucha comida para satisfacer todo tipo de preferencias. Cerveza fría refrescante.

The food was pretty poor. It looked like it was all brought in then heated up in the restaurant, even including the patatas bravas. The calamari was terrible. I wouldn't come back unfortunately.

What a fantastic gem of a restaurant. Mix of Spanish and Italian cuisine in a tapas format. Love pulpo and they did a great job with it!

Wasn't overly impressed by this place. Wanted authentic Spanish tapas, but it really isn't that at all. The food is OK, I ate it all. I wouldn't go back, though. The most criminal part was that when we asked for a good wine, we got told the Maximo Blanco priced at £35. It tasted like a £5 bottle, I Google it, and yes, £5.22 you can buy a bottle for. Shocking.

Please don’t waste your time and money going to this place. The food was very poor, Luke warm and much of it seemed to be microwaved. The service was awful. A waiter who had his earphones in all night, you had to go to him if you needed something and he moved slower than the earth’s tectonic plates. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to survive and probably won’t.

Deliciosa comida, maravilloso servicio hospitalario. La decoración interior es auténtica y acogedora. Definitivamente volveré. Muy recomendable.
