The best restaurants serving Seafood food in City Centre Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh and Lothian

Lovely spot. Warm welcome from the owner. The food was great, huge portion in the haddock and chips which comes with a mini tartar sauce. My only regret is not trying the haggis after seeing all the other reviews!

Almorcé en Cádiz celebrando el cumpleaños de mi mujer. Ambos teníamos el menú establecido y cada curso era agradable. Los dos teníamos los mejillones Shetland para empezar, para el principal mi esposa tenía el bacalao asado del Atlántico Norte y yo tenía el pollo asado y para el desierto mi esposa tenía el pastel de queso y yo tenía la panna cotta. El propietario era muy atento y hablador. Volveremos.

Dulse is a lovely place for seafood. The dishes were tasty and they definitely had some unique elements, but I do wish they had just slightly larger portions.

First meal here in Edinburgh from the USA and i am so happy with this experience! Their bread appetizer amazing great quality bread and their 3 dips. my boyfriend and I decided to play it safe with the Haddock and chips. The flavor and freshness of The Haddock and the chips were a great choice but I wish I hadn’t played it safe, I feel like I missed out on other amazing dishes. Definitely will be back!

Female member of staff at the bristo square stall was so rude and horrible, completely put me off ever giving them my money again.

Had a fantastic time on the bus when it came through to Glasgow The food was simply devine, especially loved the fact you have 6 (yes 6) mini courses to eat and each one is just amazing. the whole look of the bus is sleek and modern. It's all so comfortable,and cleverly designed so that cannot drop or spill anything. Aga and Martin who run the bus are excellent hosts,both bringing their passion to the bus,and always putting the customers first nothing was a problem for them. I would highly recommend this bus to everyone,it's a amazing experience with brilliant food, wonderful staff and it is also something a little different.

This place is a gem of a find! We came for my husband’s birthday, and we were not disappointed. The food is excellent, the service amazing and the ambiance perfect! We have eaten in many places around the world and quite honestly, the steaks were the best we have ever had. There was a slight hiccup with my husbands steak order in terms of the size, they were up front and very transparent about their error and handled it perfectly with complimentary desert and a glass of wine each. Great service! We will recommend and will be back. Thank you everyone, we had an amazing night. Tina & Steve We were so enamoured by this place we returned Saturday 15th. Again I rarely give out full stars but this place is seriously something. I saw some people mention how theyre expensive,I can't fully comment cos I went during lunch but I can say for sure their quality ingredients justify their price to a great extent. Also lunch deals are insane, 20£ for 2 courses for something of this quality is really hard to beat. The langoustines were amazing. First of all it's hard to find good langoustines, secondly not a lot of places allow you to order by piece. Here I got 2 pieces and they were more than happy to oblige if I only ordered one(I checked w them explicitly). Langoustines really tasted super fresh, my eyes opened when I shoved the first piece into my mouth. There's something inexplicable about insanely fresh seafood, and theirs is really top class given how they have 2 deliveries daily. Linguine pasta was good too, their sauce is very unique with a hint of tomato and some heat, but certainly different from most. Seafood was fresh too. And the sticky date pudding is the best I've had. Never had a sticky date pudding this intense, and the sponge was reasonably light given the mad intensity. As if that wasn't enough, there's a tremendous amount of shredded dates. The sauce and the cream worked brilliantly too. For someone who loves sticky date pudding, I'm really surprised the best I've had comes from a Scottish place All in all, they're famous for a good reason. If there's any complaint, it's that they don't allow takeaway cos they don't have some license Service was exemplary too, both of the staff who served my table were extraordinarily charming

Food was tasty, but very overpriced for the portion sizes given! Very good service which upped the score and food didn’t take too long either.

The location is outstanding. The food is mediocre at a horrendous price. This is not what one would recommend. We're not going back there, and as I understand from friends, they're not doing so either. Go to Carlton Hill, take in the view, and then eat somewhere nice....

What an amazing find! The ambience on a Monday afternoon was just incredible and the oysters amazing! Can’t wait to get back!

Best Thai restaurant in Edinburgh.

Compró varios tipos de dulce de azúcar. Fue increíble y muy cremoso. Si visitas Edimburgo, este es un lugar maravilloso para ir. Solo el olor solo merece una visita.

Cenamos y desayunamos aquí mientras estábamos alojados en el hotel. El personal es muy agradable y servicial, la comida era buena, no buena comida, pero no caro, así que por el precio está por encima de un montón de otros lugares. Normalmente no iría al restaurante de un hotel si no me quedara, pero volvería a ir allí si estuviera en Edimburgo.

Siamo stati sia a dicembre 2018 che novembre 2019 e ci siamo trovati bene.Personale cordiale,pulito e soprattutto buon cibo a prezzo giusto.Noi abbiamo provato tutte e due le volte panini con hamburger e patatine davvero buoni.Un saluto dall'Italia.
