I have visited many fish and chip shops across the UK, from Aberdeen to Southend via Blackpool and many places in between. Fish Out serve just about the best fish and chips I have ever had. The chips were cooked to perfection. The fish was wonderfully fresh and coated in an excellent light batter. Service was great, the two guys running the place were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and will certainly visit again when next in the area.

Unlike croft Street and the bearded sailor, the fish and chips were pretty poor we all thought. Batter, hides the fact that these are pre frozen fish and chips, chipies called fish bars usually are. Definitely better chip shops around.

Great fish and chips. Cooked to order, so a little wait required but completely worth it. Flaky fish in a crisp batter with tasty chips. Excellent every time.

Personal amable pero pub necesita una renovación y limpieza. Moscas por todas partes. La comida está destinada a ser buena, pero no comió en mi visita, pero si yo fuera ellos deberían mirar el Beck and Call en Meanwood, dar al lugar un poco de un cambio de imagen y un exfoliante y si la comida es tan buena como se ve en las fotos será embestido

I cannot recommend Woodside more. They have by far the best chips in West Yorkshire. The steak pie is a must, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Truly my favourite chippy in Leeds!

Pedí pescado grande y patatas fritas normales. Bonito pedazo de pescado grande, no una pequeña cosa resbaladiza que se obtiene de algunos chipspies (el pescado regular también es un tamaño decente). Not great for pescatarians / vegetarians because of beef dripping. It could be really easily done and crisper in oil and accessible for more people in the community.
