The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

Last night we had one of our most idyllic meals which was perfect for our needs. A combination of “smaller plates” made the meal so memorable with superb flavours. Oysters, tempura prawns, mussels and dressed crab salad. Without doubt our favourite restaurant.

Sunday lunch: Very nice restaurant. Pretty quiet whilst we were there? Excellent staff. Attentive, very professional and highly skilled. They could teach the staff at Smiths in Ongar a heck of a lot! The young lady serving us , Neide(?) was a joy, adding the the occasion. The whole restaurant team were very polished. Well done! 👏🏽 Food was good, although part of my lamb was over done. The hottest roast lunch we've ever been served. We didn't have a starter and were still unable to finish our meals. Quality wines were served at the correct temperatures. The desserts and Calypso Coffees were exceptionally good 👌🏽 Thoroughly recommended!

Friendly, fantastic service, amazing, delicious well presented food

I came here with my family at the weekend and we all really enjoyed the food. The fish cake and haddock were well cooked. The chocolate moose for dessert was delicious. It was strangely quiet, possibly just due to it being Sunday evening.

There are a lot of Spanish tapas restaurants in London. There are not however, a lot of consistently excellent tapas restaurants. Escocesa is exactly that: consistently excellent. The authentic menu, quality ingredients and delightful presentation all add to the depth of the cuisine. Add a nice wine and cocktail list and you’re all set!

Fish shop that provides lovely fish and chips the curry sauce was tasty, I made the mistake of asking for a fish lot which went like tumbleweed but the food and service excellent

Really good fish and chips, crispy and still hot when we parked up with it. Lots of space to eat in also, which I would possibly do next time. My only complaint, if possible greaseproof paper at the bottom of the boxes. It had already soaked through before I put gravy on top. By the end of the meal a lot of the chips had stuck to the cardboard and had bits of paper on them and the box was almost falling through. Other than that lovely!

Such a great spot for food. The service is impeccable as is the food. Any time my partner and I find ourselves in Weymouth we come here. Very much looking forward to the newer addition coming to Lyme Regis!

Really great value. Had a lovely Satay curry rice bowl with chicken. Cheesecake dessert. Mains was great value at £10. Desert was ok. Service was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
