Absolutely delicious fish and chips. Huge portions and very reasonably priced. Battered Halloumi was so good and a humongous portion.

Superb fish & chips. Ordered online to collect at a certain time, packed up fresh when I got there & the fish & chips x a few, battered sausage & delicious fruity curry sauce went down a treat. Highly recommend.

I made the mistake of ordering a large cod, a battered sausage and a half portion of chips. It all tasted amazing, the right crunch and soft inside of the chips, a perfectly battered sausage and a piece of cod big enough to feed 10 people. It was lovely to eat but next time the regular cod will be ordered.

Looks like change of owner since my last visit which means now open Monday's & Tuesdays. Change of owner also looks to have bought better fish and chips than before - What more could you want except somewhere to shelter from the rain when its busy ! Service was good- Will definitely be going back.

More like pub fish and chips. Not a chippy. The chips look remarkably like part cook catering chips. Not firm like hand cut fresh chips. Fish a lot like cook chill. Not at all convinced fish is bartered in shop.

We got takeaway from small Fry Fish and chips during two days in our holiday. The fish and chips are very tasty and would recommend anyone who goes to Church Farm holiday Park to have a takeaway there one day.

Went to investigate a lovely friendly fish an chip shop good portions all made to order so was nice an fresh. Would definitely recommend here as was reasonably priced unlike the fish an chips on site at haven which were horrible

Absolutely delicious fish, chips and mushy peas, with homemade tartar sauce. All packaged up beautifully and with such friendly service. It really cheered up a rainy Saturday! 100% recommend.

Was visiting relatives and we decided to have fish and chips normally we go to Rosegreen but this time we decided to try somewhere new. We were not disappointed the chips were cooked perfectly with the bonus of some crispy bits. The fish was delicious firm and chunky and was not greasy at all. The home made fish cake will be ordered again next time we visit. A lovely old fashioned chip shop with friendly staff.

Some of best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Everything perfectly cooked and piping hot. Just a shame I do not live closer, but definitely pop in next time I’m in the area

Placed a very large order- 15 of us- it was being completed when we arrived so everything was super fresh. Our group ranged from 82 years old to 3. Unanimous decision is the food was fantastic! Not greasy at all, the tiniest critique would be that the fish wasn't particularly big but it was so tasty it didn't matter. Thank you!

Always tasty and good value for money. Would not go anywhere else. My husband had standard cod and I had 1/4 chicken breast with the obligatory lovely curry sauce! We shared a large portion of chips which were more than enough for both of us and did not all get eaten. My husband accused me of getting him a large cod it was so big! This is a tiny shop, people start queueing up outside 15 minutes before it opens it's that good! People I know drive past other fish and chip shops to come here. Need I say more?!

We love our traditional fish and chip suppers, and having recently moved to Chichester, this one was normally further than we wished to travel. We had tried others nearby us, and along the way, but this is definitely the best around. The batter was amazing, crispy but not greasy! The only thing I would say as a negative would be they are not open on enough days!Thank you Small Fry!

Small Fry has become our Friday evening meal place. I generally order from the app & arrive at 4.30pm to collect. The app is really easy to use & it speeds up the order, rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes & that includes wrapping the order up.The fish is cooked to perfection, always really fresh & the chips are out of this world. So often the chips can let a place down but not here. The cod is great & my partner says the plaice is amazing.The owners are lovely & welcoming, both the young women who take orders & wrap the meal are always happy & go out of their way to make sure your meal is what you’ve ordered. 10/10 on service, quality & price

This is a tiny shop. However the visit was worthwhile. Very best quality fish and chips. We sat outside on this sunny afternoon in May and loved every morsel. My only criticism is there are too many chips. I'm sure lots of people share a portion. In these days of waste we should save waist lines and food waste. Thanks Smallfry your a big winner.

Had some cheeky fish and chips from here while staying at Church Farm. Didn't know what to expect but absolutely lovely crispy cod and delicious chips cooked just right. So glad we found this place. Very busy so expect queues but we'll worth the wait!

Wow this place is a little gem! Well worth a visit! The queue was just outside the door when we arrived, which can only be a good sign! There were local people and tourists waiting in the queue. They have a nice selection of food on offer and they even do home made tartare sauce which tastes amazing. I can honestly say that the queue went down fairly quickly, the service was good and the food tasted amazing. This place is worth a visit, just take a look at their website and open hours as they only open on certain days. If you are staying local to pageham or Bognor please go and visit small fry, you will taste the best fish and chips ever.

Being a northerner and living close to the east coast ports of Grimsby and Hull, my husband and I know our fish and chips. On holiday at Church Farm holiday park, we left the site in search of food and came across Smallfry. Pleasant and helpful staff (despite being rushed off their feet) and the best fish and chips I have tasted in the South. Small portions available for our grandchildren and delicious home made tartare sauce perfected the meal. Thank you.

Someone recommended this little chippy and it didn’t disappoint! We had fish and chips from here a few times whilst away from small fry and it was fresh, crispy batter and delicious. The service was with a friendly smile and you felt appreciated for your custom. When we come back next year we will be back for more

Family run Fish & Chip shop whose food is always top quality and a generous serving. The staff are always friendly and happy. The shop itself is quite small so customers will often spill out of the door. Your food is cooked to order so sometimes there will be short wait, but it is worth it. I won't shop anywhere else now I have found Smallfry.

Cozy little chip shop that unfortunately cannot accommodate many people at a time due to its size, that cooks a good variation of food from their extensive menu, I was served by a really nice lady on a busy lunchtime and found my haddock & chips cooked to a very high standard, i can't wait to return.

Great little shop, brilliant fish. We ordered online on the beach and popped up to get it. Ready in great time everyone said how lovely it was.

We have a holiday home at Church Farm and have ordered from here before, but this meal was very very nice. My wife had fish n chips (no surprise there) really enjoyed it. The food was freshly cooked to a very high standard and once again superb. We will definitely order there again, and thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I have eaten Fish and Chips in most places in the UK but none compare to this little Fish and Chip shop...Everything is cooked to order...their Cod cant come any fresher...anything fresher is still swimming....and all reasonably priced considering the high quality and standards...For all you Skate lovers this place is a must but they go very quickly so you have to be really lucky if she has any in stock...their other speciality is large Tiger Prawns in batter....you'll definitely be back for more....we use it every day when at our caravan at Church Farm

Smallfry is a fantastic place, the fish & chips are of a great standard, consistently good week in, week out. Their batter is amazing, the oil that is used doesn’t give a greasy meal. The owners are lovely, the young women on the counter are professional but friendly, always a smile. Get there early, there is always a queue, a good sign that the food is great.If you are in Pagham, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

This is a tiny shop in the parade in the centre of Pagham. This was our first visit and we were delighted with the superbly fresh cod. Portions were large too. Cod and chips for one person came to £5.80, I think, and was good value. Service was friendly and fast.

Cod was excellent - chips were good for me, although my wife didn't really enjoy them. Usually used to "northern" cooked using beef dripping might have been the reason. The service was good - we ordered on-line as advised.Friendly and prompt service - excellent value.

Looking at all the other reviews I was surprised at the standard of the fish and chips I received tonight. The chips were undercooked and basically the same as frozen oven chips, not what I expect to receive from a fish a chip shop. Fish was a bit sorry too. Shame as a friend reccomended me.

Have been using Small fry for several years, have tried other local fish and chip shops but none come anywhere near in terms of excellent freshly cooked non greasy fish and chips. Excellent value for money and a first class service! Highly Recommend for great food.

The best Fish and Chips I have eaten for a long time. You can even have a half portion of chips! A lovely variety of fish, freshly cooked fish. A real good reason to come to Pagham. To go for a walk along the beach when the tides is out, then sit on the beach with the lovely fish chips in a box from Smallfry! Something simple and so pleasurable, :)

Having been brought up in Yorkshire and being the daughter of a fish and chip shop owner there, I can say, with some experience of the subject, that these are the best fish and chips that my husband and I have eaten wherever we have lived in the U.K. Consistently excellent quality. We are local to Smallfry and use them regularly. Four of us had Fish & Chips on Saturday evening and they were the best we have ever had. Lovely crispy batter and the freshest of fish, delicious! We also thought the chips were much better than usual.

Recent visit not as good as previous visits. Called in early evening for pie and chips. Unfortunately the pastry on the pie was so hard it made it inedible. Chips were very dry and were served with far too much salt. Perhaps they should ask if you want chips with your salt!

Always get fish and chips here, they are fresh and delicious. The shop is small but the food is really good and there is usually a queue but no one minds waiting!

My wife had been fancying fish & chips for ages so tonight was the night. We have a few places to choose from around the Pagham area and a couple of friends recommended Smallfry. I found their website and was delighted to find a really easy order and collect system!!What a bonus, no waiting. Brilliant. It was ready to collect in 15 mins, and it was. At home we dished up the hot steaming portions and tucked in.We all had the cod, which was magnificent. No skin or bones, thin batter it was delicious and had been cooked to perfection. Not too many chips, just right!Definitely be going back when my wife fancies fish & chips again.

As owners at church farm, we decided on a fish and chip supper for our family of 5 last night. Portions were huge!! Very busy but well worth the wait.

The only chip shop to date I have eaten the whole meal and also my 2 young boys ate the whole thing.. The fish is amazing and tasty and the chips they are in a league of there own.. If you're staying at church farm this place is a must Thanks for the good meal..

Delicious fresh fried fish and chips the way they should be dry and crisp.Not greasy and limp .good size portions at reasonable prices.Of course they also do all the chip shop favourites like scamp __pies__and sausages in batter etc You may have to wait because it a favourite with us locals but it's well worth it WARNING they close very early at 8pm

Staying at Church Farm Holiday park - this tiny shop is under 5 mins away by car so visited tonight for a fish supper. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. We had large cod and lemon sole, both with chips and mushy peas. I can eat for England, but it beat me!! The batter was crisp, the lemon sole sweet, the cod was beautiful, and the chips were crisp & fluffy. Portion of mushy peas larger than most other shops. Well worth a visit if you are staying in or around Pagham.
