Ordered nuggets, chips & a pepperoni pizza, no complaints whatsoever lovely food

Avoid this place like the plague!! Placed a £46 order tonight and I found a dead insect in the fries. Absolutely disgusting. Bottle of coke was hot? And sauces were missed off the order. Terrible.

Best tasting pizza in town and great value for money. Excellent service and delivery.

Ordered 4 kebabs plus 1 large chips Ticked the box on 2 of the kebabs for all salad but there was no coleslaw provided The red cabbage was pickled but didn’t state this it was always freshly chopped …The bread was very thin and dry and hard Very little sauce and in every photo on their menu it shows tomatoes in the kebabs yet there’s none to choose from Not impressed at all for £40 !!

Ordered a pizza, completely wrong order came. i tried to ring for over an hour and nobody picked up. The order was then put in the bin as it wasn’t edible.

The food quality has gone downhill. You have to pay and order extra cheese now on the pizzas as if you don't, you're basically eating a tomato pizza. The prices are not competitive at all. £9+ for a 1/2 burger, which you'd pay around £6 for in other takeaways. £5+ for cheesy garlic bread, £4 in other takeaways. I get they need to make a living but when you compare it to other places, it's astounding they can charge so much.

This place is great for your pizza. Freshly cooked so it takes a little longer. Well worth the wait.

Literally the worst domino's I have ever experienced the manager stated I can't give you garlic and herb dip because I don't have enough??!! What in the actual world 🤣🤣🤣 what ever you do avoid this domino's at all costs!! I will never order from there again and will encourage anyone who'll listen to do the same all these bad reviews don't lie!!! WORST DOMINO'S EVER CONGRATS!! Disgusting 🫣 🤮!!

We walked from Chepstow to the King Kebab and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Excellent selection of food. Highly recommended.

Food was late, had abuse off one of the workers on the phone. Now have been band from eaten there. If you can't take criticism your in the wrong job

I've had several positive experiences with Domino's, so I was disappointed with my recent Saturday order. After contacting prestatyn store, I was met with a dismissive attitude and that my order discrepancy was impossible due to "the process." This was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Fortunately, I was able to escalate the issue to a manager and received a prompt resolution. However, the delivery driver's lack of basic courtesy upon arrival was an additional negative. I believe Domino's would benefit from a review of customer service training for both in-store and delivery staff.
