I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this place, and it’s time something is done about it. Despite having their own delivery service and being less than a 10-minute drive from my location, they consistently fail to deliver on time. I often place my orders around 10 PM, as I work night shifts. Their delivery estimate shows the food will arrive by 11:10 PM, but I never receive it before 12:10 AM—well over two hours later! What’s even more infuriating is that they close the shop by 12 AM. It’s clear that they’re holding onto the food until closing time and then delivering it on their way home or wherever they’re headed. This is completely unacceptable. No one should have to wait over two hours for a single pizza. If you can’t deliver food properly, then don’t accept the order in the first place. Charging for delivery and then failing to deliver on time is incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the person answering the phone is utterly clueless and has no information about anything. This kind of service is not just disappointing; it's downright disrespectful to customers.

Asked for churn extra and I got pineapples??

Horrendous experience mould on pizza and when I complained offered £10 back even though meal cost £17.20. Was told that it wasn't mould and that I was a liar and it was off a dirty try

Pizza and chips both very poor unfortunately.

Food was good, only thing I will say is I selected pay by cash when this was ordered and I had 30 pounds and my order was 24 pounds something, the delivery driver could not provide me with any change, therefore couldn't give me my 6 pound change. I feel this is wrong as he should have change on him especially if we've selected pay by cash.

these guys are top dollar! I made a payment mistake, the driver offered to pay my bill if I called the company, what a guy. called the office, the guy on phone was amazing. Food stunning A++++++++++

Sorry to say but has to be the worst bbq sauce I've ever tasted. Plus they they had so much cracked black pepper corns on it I couldn't eat them dreadful. I'd change the bbq sauce and change the pepper to ground black or white pepper. Not everyone likes heat. It was like having a mouthful of spicy gravel

Onion rings didn't have much filling and soggy, chips okay but soggy, jalapeño cheese bits where nice at all, but then again I've not tried it before, pizza was great. If we come back it will only be for the pizza.

!!!Russian roulette !!! Excepts your order & a estimated time of arrival... Then text 40 minutes later saying it's delayed &will be with you soon ,, A hour after receiving the text. calls shop to be told its on its way ,, gutted still never received not for 1st time either & Still Waiting on refund ??? Foods good (Newports best) if it do arrive but I wouldn't rely on it turning up !!

Bloody awful. Wrong sauce base made it inedible. Messaged.. totally ignored. Not even a sorry, had I had a sorry, I wouldn't have posted here. I will be going back to Dominoes, because, they do put things right.

Took 45 min to arrive from the time I was notified it was on the way. Was warm but no hot. Garlic bread wasnt crisp at all. Pizza was decent to be fair. Mozerella sticks average....not decent cheese. Decent grub after a night out but not worth the cost. Wont be ordering from here again sadly.

2nd time ordering this week, this time £60 worth of food for a family gathering. Could not fault anything!! Piping hot when delivered, really tasty, lovely delivery lady and overall fantastic value for money. Looks like this will be our regular takeaway spot from now on!

It was cold, such a shame as my daughter (8) was so happy to be trying it. Nothing worse (food wise) than dried up, cold pizza. So she was very disappointed. Money down the drain. Maybe if it was fresh it may have been nice and edable?!?!

Impressed how quickly it arrived but they forgot the ice-cream. However they came back with it within 15 minutes so I really can't complain. I've used them a few times now and will definitely use them again.

Gave me the wrong flavour of chicken wings, I wanted hot and spicy but got another flavour, luckily though I had a chilli sauce to dip them in which added the fire I wanted

great size pizza, delivered earlier than expected.

I know the restaurant was busy but the staggeringly late delivery meant the food wasn't as hot as it should have been. We will continue to order from Square Pizza because we love their pizzas, but we won't order on busier days like Halloween.

Pizza was great, sides were a bit limp and sweaty due to type of packaging. Quite a long delivery time for a weekday.

I love square pizza it’s changed a lot since I first ever went there and I think you’re better off going in there yourself rather than delivery but nonetheless I love them💜

The driver was weird asking all sorts of questions, name, where did I order from and through who? The pizza box was dented in the middle, resulting in the lid going on the pizza (the tripod thing wasn't there). No sorry, I'm late etc.

The delivery lady was extremely rude. Asked me to go to her car to get my order. Explained mine couldn't as my sonnhas additional needs and she laughed and said " ain't my problem" Wont be ordering from here again!

Kebab shop style pizza. If you want proper pizza go elsewhere. Ingredients tasted cheap and looked cheap. Very disappointed as the quality doesn't reflect the prices charged. If you want cheap food fine but don't pay £30 for 2 pizzas which you could get from your local kebab shop cheaper for the same quality. Delivery driver was friendly

I requested delivery at the stated time, due to still being at work. Luckily my son was in so we didn't miss the delivery, although it wasn't as hot as it could/should of been!

Great pizza but this shout goes too the lovely delivery lady who always has a lovely smile I adore that she's honestly really sweet as well always has something nice too say .

Ordered the pizza on just eat, my pizza arrived before the delivery time showing. Very pleasant delivery driver. The pizza was yum yum, dont think i have ever tasted such a delicious pizza, will definitely be ordering a next time.

Messed up the sauces, lack of flavour in the sides, pizza was okay. For the overall meal experience it felt a little bit overpriced, especially when compared with the competition.

I love square pizza company! I use the other one in Newport quite a lot, but as I was passing this one on my journey, I decided to try it. Stunning pizza as always. Their garlic dip is the best I've tasted and the service is always 10/10. Loveliest guy in store today too who went above and beyond to accommodate to (quite a fussy) customer- me. Thanks so much! Will defo be visiting this store again soon.
